The Pho is a little different than your more traditional pho only in the style of meat. The traditional typically has very thin sliced raw meat where this has thicker pieces. Five stars from this guy! Best Pho I have personally had. The broth is ridiculously good. The bou buns are fantastic! We got to meet the owner last week and she was extremely friendly. Wow! Very disappointed with the take-out quality. Has definitely gone down. The Bahn Mi original sandwich is half the size it used to be. And the original Pho was same. Only shreds of a few pieces of meat I could barely see and taste. I remember when they were large chunks of juicy meat that really made this special. I think the food is not as good as before. Ordered two sandwiches, both bun are so greasy that I ate half only without feeling upset. Also one of the bun were burnt and taste bitter. I'm sad to say that it's just not the same anymore. I've been going to vuis for almost 4 years now at different locations. I was so excited when they opened the Franklin one since I live 5 min from that location. The last few months the steak option changed and was not up to the quality we were used to with Vuis. Tonight we went and the chicken is a pressed "chicken" breast that was cold when it was served. I understand the cost of inflation and food cost going up. Use to manage a restaurant with numerous locations so believe me I get it. But I think I won't be coming back anytime soon read more

Another fresh option when looking to eat out and healthy is Vui's. Vietnamese flavors have been influenced by many Asian countries as well as the French so Vui's offers flavors similar to Chinese and Thai food. The pho which is a bone broth soup is both tasty and healthy and is also made with vegan broth. I had the original pho and the 12 hour bone broth in my opinion is the star. It had a richness to it and I know it's healthy. The protein choices (ribeye beef or chicken), rice noodles and healthy vegetables make for a filling and delicious soup. The salad (Vui's bowl) with the pork belly (tofu, egg, chicken, ribeye steak, mushrooms are other proteins) was delicious and the meat was very tender and tasty. They have three choices of dressings and I went with the honey citrus vinaigrette (Chile lime and creamy citrus dressing other options) very much to my liking. If I had to pick a favorite it would be the summer rolls with shrimp. I could eat them for every meal. The rice paper holds together an incredible amount of flavors. With each bite you taste shrimp, fresh mint, cucumber, carrots, noodles, scallion and arugula. I could drink the peanut sauce that comes with the summer rolls it's that good. We had the coconut pudding for dessert and I really like a tapioca so it was perfect. Light and had the sweet coconut flavor with peanuts and chia seeds on top. Nice texture combinations. Vui's has plenty of seating inside as well as tables outside so it's a great place to bring your dog too! Looking forward to exploring more items on the menu. A must go to spot for sure. read more

I got the beef pho, and it was really good. Broth was somewhat customizable with a cup of spicy paste you could add if you like your broth spicy. The things I didn't like: 1) they don't cook the meat that they is in the pho (if you get takeout). the idea is, you pour the hot broth over the meat, onions, noodles, and bean sprouts and the heat fully cooks the meat. Since I was taking out, I'm not sure if my broth cooled down, or what, but I was fairly convinced after pouring the broth on the meat it wasn't fully cooked. 2) they were very heavy on the bean sprouts and onions. I like bean sprouts and onions for the texture, but I would've rather had more noodles and less bean sprouts and onions. All in all, a very good place, especially because they just opened a couple of weeks ago. I will definitely be back but probably get the vegetarian pho, and ask for light bean sprouts/onions Came back again next day. They included a sticker which had instructions for ensuring the meat is sufficiently cooked, which was really helpful. read more

We ordered beef pho and the vegan pho, pork belly bun and summer roll. Pho was in a large bowl mostly filled with soup. I had three tiny slices of beef, and the vegan one had just a couple of fried tofu. Both prices are the same $12.99. The pho's taste is really just so so comparing to other pho places in town. The pork belly bun only had half size of the pork belly meat shown on photos. The supposed-to-be diner turned into an appetizer, and we went to other places for more. read more

Tried the Franklin location for the first time. I am giving 2-3 stars mainly because I liked the pork steam buns but there's a couple details that could have made the experience a lot more positive. Got the Pho beef, the portion size is tiny... like half the size I would normally get anywhere else I've gotten pho. Size of soup aside, there was VERY LITTLE actual beef pieces in it. To be honest I was a little surprised picking it up for takeout to see this considering the price. After taxes and paying for extra sauces you're looking at 15-16 bucks. I ordered takeout, there were no napkins, no utensils and actually they forgot to include the broth which I caught because of how light the bag felt. I also paid for extra sauces which I assume weren't included because what I got with the pho was a ketchup packet-sized amount of saracha and hoisin sauce which normally anywhere else you would expect to get more than that for free to begin with, without the extra fee. I would consider trying other items, maybe the pho isn't where it's at but the other items would be good. read more

Excellent. Pho is very good. Ordered for curbside pickup and asked that noodles be excluded and extra shredded cabbage instead. They put all the cold ingredients in separate boxes so I could mix at home to my preference. Broth is delicious. Only problem is that they are on the wrong side of town.
