    Pho Beef

Vui's Kitchen is a nice, casual spot for pho in Franklin. You order at the counter and they bring it to your table, which keeps things quick and simple. The pho is decent. Not the best ever but not scary for those who haven't been to a hole in the wall Vietnamese restaurant. It's clean, friendly, and easy for anyone new to Vietnamese food. Overall, a solid choice for a quick, light meal.

Big Vui's fan here, first time at this location! Came to pick up pho for my partner and I when a bit under the weather and it was still hot when arriving home. Great service, fabulous quality, fair prices. I also think it's a great spot to meet up and dine in - very calm environment with a minimalist clean aesthetic.

I like this place . The food is fantastic ! Fresh and healthy .. good reset after the holidays . The employees are friendly and helpful . Bathrooms clean . I like that they have kombucha made locally in Nashville . I get the vegan options and they are good . Portion sizes are big . I like the appetizers .

This is how Pork Belly Banh Mi was served. That little plastic container is the slaw. ‍ Ordered cucumber salad for additional fee.

Yup I don't get it?! People rave about the place and it's just okay. I will say this review is not a reflection of the staff who are really nice and get 4 stars! I wanted to give this place another try but it was disappointing. No Their floor gets a 1 star. Went during lunch and it was sticky and gross. Like your foot got stuck as you walked. The trash was overflowing. The place itself has a lot of seating but tables are so close together, you are in other people's conversations. The food was just okay. More of an Americanized take on Vietnamese food. I gave the fresh Summer Rolls (shrimp) another try and completely bland. Even the sauce was meh. Same as my first experience I had here. My S.O. had the regular Pho (beef) and his broth tasted like dish soap water. It did have lots of ingredients and he ended up having to put a lot of spices to eat it. He actually left all the broth in the end. Pork Belly Bahn Mi was okay, bread wasn't as good as other places. Fully loaded almost a little too much. Pork belly was good but way too much pate. The whole point is for the flavors to blend and pate overpowered it all. The slaw was good but the portion size was like a taster. Of the whole meal, the cucumber salad was the only memorable item. In the future, probably making the drive out of Franklin for Vietnamese food.

Service was really good, I loved how the dish looked. Place was clean and had good amount of seating. I ordered a Pho and it was not my favorite but maybe because I'm just not a big soup person, I'll try something different next time!

While vacationing we were looking for something light and came across this little gem. All of the dishes were refreshing and very flavorful. It was just what we where hoping for. The food was delicious but the highlight was the level of customer service we received from Oscar. He was so sweet, engaging, and more than helpful in making recommendations for things for us to do during our visit. We will be back soon.

I really enjoyed the pho here! I've had the Beef Pho and the portion is smaller than what I'm used to, but felt like a refreshing meal for one person. The local kombucha they serve is Walker Brothers. Blueberry Jasmine and Cucumber Melon are a new favorite! Overall vibe was nice and the restaurant was extremely clean. Staff was super friendly. I personally don't think I'd buy pho here in the future because of the serving size, but am excited to go back and try different dishes.

Vegan pho, edamame dumplings, tofu Bao buns
    Zaven S.

Great food and great service. I always get the vegan pho, edamame dumplings and tofu Bao buns, mix up a little soy sauce and chili oil and add that on top for extra flavor and spice.

Chicken bowl with noodle. With chili lime sauce & peanut sauce.

This is good value for the fast service, price, and taste. It is a little Americanize & marinade on the sweeter side but I love the freshness and abundance of veggies in my bowl. Ordered the chicken bowl with noodles and spring rolls. The spring rolls wrapper were a little dry like it was not made fresh & noodles undercooked which made the texture too dry & firm. Wished I would have ordered the steamed bao instead. Overall the food was fresh & good. I would come back here because it is fresh and fast with healthy options perfect for taking pick up to go.

Does anyone know how they handle allergies? I have a peanut/tree nut allergy, and I know they have menu items with nuts. I'd love to try it if it's safe!

That would be an answer I would only call and ask the manager. I can't see a consumer giving you accurate information, even with the best of intentions. Even a worker might not understand cross contamination. My dish had crushed peanuts.

The pho has great flavor, but the noodles are a bit too cooked by the time it's delivered. They tend to break easily and get soggy. I usually transfer the pho to my own bowl at home, and I think slightly undercooking the noodles would really help it hold up better for delivery. The fresh spring rolls are good, but I'd love to see more of the other ingredients and less noodles inside. The sauce is really good. The taro boba with coconut milk is hands-down the best drink! It's creamy, flavorful, and not too sweet. I haven't tried adding extras yet, but I'd prefer an option to add extra boba from the app next time. Very happy with the extra lunar new year donuts that they included in our order! Thank you!

When I got there late afternoon on a Saturday, it was somewhat busy, some families and a few groups of friends. There was a line to order. Seems like it is family owned and there wasn't a lot of staff. The cashier was also bussing tables and serving the food. The staff seemed friendly and hardworking. They have a little water station that you may help yourself to throughout your meal. I ordered the Viet Tea Trio (appetizer, entrée, & drink) with a Beef Pho, Pork fried egg rolls, and a rose milk tea. They had a variety of milk teas and matcha flavors along with many toppings (i.e. boba). The beef pho was full of flavor. The beef was tender and cooked through, brisket cut. The egg rolls are crunchy and come with a sweet kind of chili sauce. They also have hoisin or sriracha sauce on the tables if you would like to add more flavor to your food. The tea was delicious, though on the sweet side. I like sweet, but let the staff know if you would like it less sweet (25/50/75%). The whole meal was quite filling. It was a bit loud, which is fine, but the kitchen is just behind a curtain so you can sometimes hear the clanking of pots and dishes. But overall a nice experience.

I think this one of my first date spots almost 15 years ago, and has now become a reliable spot for dine-in or takeout on nights I'm too lazy to cook but still want comforting, filling food. Almost every time I come in, I'm delighted to see one of my regular servers who remembers my favorite items, makes friendly banter while I order, and overall makes this an incredibly welcoming experience. There's a lot of regulars like me who have been coming here for years for some of their staple favorites: green curry, red curry, fried rice, pad thai cashew chicken, and truly any of the soups are always hits to me. I always get an appetizer as well with my favorites being the chicken spring roll, the fried tofu, and the small wonton soup. Nothing is spicy unless you request it so, and my meal is always about $14-18, even if I order an appetizer; it's truly one of the few remaining inexpensive spots in the area. Even my parents still request to come here, which is wild as they are truly some of the world's pickiest eaters; there is really something for everyone. Sushi is not my favorite here and I wouldn't call this the most authentic Thai food, but that doesn't make it any less delicious. Easy parking in a plentiful lot, thanks to the shopping complex it's located in. Welcoming atmosphere, comforting and delicious food, and the opportunity to support a longstanding local business - it's truly a no brainer to come and eat at Jasmine.
