The food we ordered was not always what matched the menu or what we actually even ordered. Eggsample: we ordered Hot & Sour soup. It was (1) not hot, at all, and (2) it was egg-drop soup, not H&S. We ordered the appetizer sampler and were expecting the sticky ribs, but he said they were out and substituted dumplings (gyoza) instead. All three of my party's entrees came out at different times (despite two of them being the same dish), and none of ours except for ONE was hot at all.
