Used a coupon for carry-out. It was a smooth transaction and the server was very helpful. I was in at an off time between lunch and dinner. The dining room was empty but the pickup and delivery business was hopping. In spite of being busy the dining room was clean, comfortable, and ready for "eat in" customers. The food was still hot and tasty when I arrived home. We had no complaints and are thankful for a place like this on our side of town. read more

I was in the area nearby around lunch today so I gave this location a second try. Everything was great this time! Tender grilled chicken, fresh vegetables and perfectly steamed rice. I am updating my rating and will eat here again. read more

I think Teriyaki madness is decent overall. My wife doesn't really like their chicken teriyaki, but does like their orange chicken and noodles. I think the breast version is bland but the regular version is decent. I like their orange chicken spicy version even better but it does taste kind of funny with the veggies. The chicken katzu is a good new addition for my kids. Others I asked didn't care for the restaurant but I think it's pretty good. I keep going back. read more

Food very favorable and good portions. I just couldn't finish it all. This is my 2nd time here and Wife's 1st time.

Stopped by the brand new Teriyaki Madness here in Murfreesboro. I've been to the one in Nolensville/Brentwood several times and really enjoyed it. I had the Teriyaki salmon this time which was small, but excellent. I also ordered the spicy Chicken over noodles, but the sauce wasn't as I remembered it...just ok. read more

Not totally impressed with this place. The chicken has good flavor however it's dry and over cooked. There is only a small amount of veggies in the bowl. I'm sure you can order more at a cost. So based on the overall flavor and quality of the food this didn't make it to my comeback list. read more

Teriyaki Madness - customers at a fast food restaurant - Asian Fusion Near Me - Murfreesboro, Tennessee

We really enjoyed this for lunch! We got a to-go order of the large spicy chicken teriyaki with fried rice and one with Yakisoba. The chicken was cooked perfectly and was just the right amount of spiciness. I was glad they gave you extra sauce to drizzle over the chicken and rice, also. It was enough to have leftovers for dinner later. Service was friendly and we didn't have to wait very long on the food. read more

I got the chicken teriyaki. There was nothing special about this place. I could make this at home 10x better and pay the same amount but make 5 more servings. read more

Made a to go order here and the food was ready to go on time and freshly made. I'm very happy that this was added to Murfreesboro with its vegetarian options. The food was delicious and I will be back! read more

Teriyaki Madness - Mad Spicy Tofu Bowl - Asian Fusion Near Me - Murfreesboro, Tennessee

I went with a regular Teriyaki Chicken bowl with fried rice ($1 upcharge)...and I was on my way home with my food in under 10 minutes! Everything smelled great, the veggies were nicely Al-dente and the rice looked good. While all of the flavors were there, and I did add the extra teriyaki sauce provided. I liked the chicken (this was the dark meat option) and the teriyaki flavors were solid. Overall I liked it and the price for the regular bowl was great and you got a lot of food. So for me loved the chicken flavors, great veggies, and solid rice and I will try them again! read more

This is a nice alternative to your typical fast food. It is a chain and has the fast food vibe inside. The people are nice, the food is decent, and it's nice to get vegetables and something healthier than fries when in a hurry. For the type of restaurant that it is I give it a thumbs up. read more

Very good and fresh food. Like it better than Yogi down street (which was closed) They have 3 serving sizes which is great for smaller appetites. Walk up to counter to order. Atmosphere like Yogi but with smaller sizes come the smaller prices-which was nice. Will definitely go again. read more

Meat and rice were mid. It's something that hard to mess up. Spiciness was on point: no complaints. BUT: The vegetables smelled like straight ammonia. Pure-dead-aquarium-snail funk. I tried to let them know, all I got was blank stares in response, wouldn't eat here again read more

Teriyaki Madness - Orange Spicy Chicken Bowl Side Stir-Fried Veggies - Asian Fusion Near Me - Murfreesboro, Tennessee

The spicy chicken here is amazing! Perfect level of heat--not too overwhelming, but with a kick that builds just right. Super flavorful, juicy, and cooked perfectly. Definitely one of the best teriyaki spots I've been to. Highly recommend if you like your spice just right! read more

Let me just say this is my new go to spot! I ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl with brown rice and an order of chicken potstickers. The bowl was amazing. Chicken is fire grilled with a drizzle of sauce, but it comes with sauce on the side. I got a piece of steak in my bowl and it was delicious too... The potstickers were ok. Probably wouldn't order them again but definitely not deducting any stars. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Ambiance is a casual counter service type restaurant. You order and then find a table. read more

Good food but way too expensive for what you get. I am not buying into the excuse as everything is expensive these days, a bowl of rice and a few veggies and chicken should not costs more than a sit down restaurant. Bring your prices down and maybe we will be back. read more

I ordered a large Orange chicken, half vegetables/half rice. I received 90% rice and 10% vegetables. Very disappointing. $27 for this and they pull the old tightwad shuffle. I understand that rice is cheaper than vegetables, but that is NOT what I ordered. This is your classic "stepping over a dollar to save a penny". The other locations must have better training. This is very disappointing as it is on the way home from work. Sorry that I was foolish enough to assume that all franchise locations would serve the same quality of food. The picture shows how much rice I have to throw away after eating this. Ridiculous!! read more

Teriyaki Madness - Too much rice - Asian Fusion Near Me - Murfreesboro, Tennessee

It's great to have more healthy options for quick food. I've been impressed with Teriyaki Madness. Service has always been friendly, helpful, and quick. Food quality is excellent. You can customize if there are any veggies that you don't care for. Slightly more expensive than the burger places, but better quality. Glad they're in town. Definitely recommend. read more

We gave Teriyaki Madness a try for lunch today and were pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately we have had some not so great luck with restaurants in the Boro lately so I went in skeptical. I am thrilled to have something semi-fresh/not traditional fast food close to the house. WE NEED MORE OF THIS MURFREESBORO! My kids (ages 3 and 6) split the large teriyaki bowl with noodles and veggies, and have some noodles still leftover. I had a medium teriyaki bowl with white rice/veggies. Everything was delicious. I didn't eat the broccoli because I am in general picky about broccoli and only really like fresh steamed broccoli. I think theirs is frozen? It's an easy fix and I plan to steam my own next time we order for dinner take out. The rest of the veggies were great! We also shared an order of the crab rangoons and loved them. Only complaint here is the little cup of dipping sauce needs to be larger so the rangoon actually fits in it. Luckily we were eating at home so I had my own small bowls to use. Restaurant was clean (floor was wet by the door and had a caution sign) but probably needed to be dried by hand as it was quite slippery. Cashier didn't seem to go out of her way to be friendly but at least wasn't rude and appeared to be well trained. There were 2 people ahead of us in line when we arrived and it took maybe 8-10 minutes to get our food. Price was fair for the portion size, quality and convenience. Definitely will be back! read more

I ordered the spicy teriyaki orange chicken with fried rice and it was really good. It was piping hot and the rice was delicious. The flavor isn't too spicy and the orange gives it a bit of sweetness. Only thing is I got quite a few pieces of chicken with nothing but fat on them that I had to throw out, but other than that it was very tasty! read more

The food is legit delicious BUT we had to wait over an hour for three bowls, which is completely ridiculous considering this is a fast casual chain. The location is new, so the staff are probably still learning the ropes, but an hour long wait for something that should have taken 15 minutes at most is egregious. Also worth mentioning, the dining room where we had to wait was freezing cold so the wait was that much more unpleasant. Water was steadily dripping from some of the lighting fixtures in the waiting area, causing at least one of the lights to flicker steadily. I'm no electrician but it seemed pretty dangerous. read more

If I could give less I would! Our food TO GO was so spicy I couldn't eat it. I didn't add any sauce to my meal. I was charge $33.78 and when I picked up the food the receipt $27.09. I emailed the address for the company but they don't appear to care how bad my experience was or how much I was over charged. It wil be a long time before I go back! read more

Well, today for lunch my girlfriend and I went there. We both had spicy chicken teriyaki both with vegetables and I was amazed at the girl working behind the counter how rude she was. Our food came she brought it to our table. I told her about the tea machine, not working it was spraying Very very strangely for the sweet tea and the regular tea tasted strange. I tried to explain to her about it she didn't wanna hear it. In fact she was so rude. She just walked away. Didn't even give us one moment a time. So as we left, my girlfriend said to me how rude she thought she was And she will never return. And you know I've had issues with this location previously. I thought we would give it one more try again today, but frankly, it's the last time I will ever return there ever. This ownership doesn't care they can say all they want, but frankly, the evidence is how things are managed and taken care of for their customers. And you would think the customer is the one that matters. read more

They have gone down so much. Which is sad. The woman who took our order kept up charging when it's not what we ordered. Explaining it to her she just stared at me. It's sad service has gone down so quickly. And our portions on the orange chicken was disgraceful. Also the orders were completely messed up when got home & noticed it. I asked to scan my points & was told to do it on receipt. It didn't work at all. I asks for help, which that never happened. All around disappointment. read more

Decent food, horrible wait. If you want to eat here, order online, but still expect to wait. When we got there, the one person working the register walked away to go to the bathroom, so one of the guys working in the kitchen had to come out and take our order at the register. He obviously was not trained to work the register, as it took about 10 minutes just to put our order in, and he also couldn't figure out how to validate my first-time bogo coupon. We then waited another 45 minutes for our 2 chicken teriyaki bowls. Almost everyone who came in after us got their food before us, including those who ordered in-store. When we checked on the food, she said they were waiting on orange chicken, so it would just be a minute. (We did not order orange chicken). Upon finally receiving the food, we didn't get any chopsticks or forks for our to-go meal, and there was only 1 tiny sauce container. There also wasn't very many veggies in the bowl. Food was decent, but definitely not worth the wait. Overall, It felt like no one working there had any sense of urgency, as we would constantly see the cooks going in and out to chat with their friends, while the whole restaurant was filled with waiting customers. read more

***UPDATE*** the owner called me.. I guess he got my number from the online order details. He was very kind and genuine. He processed a full refund without me even asking and he said that he will personally sit down with the employee to retrain her. He said "I already know who you're referring to.." with a sigh, I'm assuming because she's had other complaints made against her. I explained that I'm not trying to get her fired or anything, but I just hope that she doesn't treat other customers this way in the future. Some people are handicapped and can't just come pick up missing items from their delivery order. I try not to complain much and I'm never out to get a refund without a very good reason, sometimes the truth is that restaurants/employees fall short. At least in this case the owner did above and beyond to make things right. Original review below--- I'll never order from Teriyaki Madness again. I ordered delivery from their app. An hour later it was delivered, missing two orders of crab rangoons. The rice was old, mushy, and gluey. The veggies were cold and raw. There were zero napkins, zero soy sauce, and for $72, the three of us are still hungry because we couldn't even stomach this nasty food. Aside from the poor food quality, when I called to ask about the missing crab Rangoons, the lady on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. She couldn't pull up the order, so I offered to send a screenshot or tell her the order number. She said "well, we're very busy, but if you want to order more and come pick it up, we can put in the order for you." Excuse me? I already paid for them, I ordered delivery because I'm dealing with a back issue and didn't want to get out and pick them up, and they were missing from my order. No apologies, no offer for a refund/credit or anything else to make things right, just an attitude and lack of customer service. read more

Food is up to standard I have had at other Teriyaki Madness locations. Service is not up to par and employees seem more interested in stacking little containers than taking care of customers. Disappointing how quick the service has tanked! read more

We wanted this place to work. It's close to our house and looked like a great place to grab food. It is not clean. For just opening there was trash on the ground. Behind the front counter was a dirty floor and a clerk that licked her fingers. I saw more "workers" walking around than actually working. Sad. Hopefully y'all get it together because it does have potential. read more

I moved here from Seattle, the wall compares the food to Seattle Teriyaki, great comparison. Seattle has teriyaki shops on every corner just like starbucks. It is great to see a teriyaki store , I will be a frequent visitor. read more

We waited almost 45 min for our food. this is the 3rd time we have been here and the last. We have waited over 30 min in the past!! Update... My son got home and the noodles had some kind of garlic paste in it and half the noodles were actual spaghetti noodles not lo mein. My son's rice was pasty and he had clumps of garlic paste in it as well. my chicken was black all on the top and my son's stake was like layers of fat uncooked and uncut. For waiting 45 min I was assuming it would be fresh cooked and perfect. Not at all. We don't even eat what we got. I'm not sure who was cooking today, but they need more training for sure! read more
