Neither of us finished our soups with close to half of each of our bowls left. The shrimp rice noodle rolls were a surprise. Normally, they are full shrimps inside the rolls, but at this location it was made with cooked shrimp paste. The taste was ok, but again, odd texture. The sausage skewers were a sad joke: they were two longer beef hot dogs that were fried up and served with ketchup... I am not kidding you. I didn't know what to say. We had a long drive ahead of us, so we did a double order of the popcorn chicken to go when we placed our initial order. The flavor was ok, but it had no crisp at all. The hot and sour soup was warm, slightly spicy, and not too sour. It had a nice balance of soup and vegetables/tofu. The General Tso's was piping hot, crispy without too much breading and slathered in that tangy, sweet sauce. The fried rice was good too, actually with bits of veggies and meat (although I don't know what the meat is). It definitely hit the spot and it's not always that I go to places like these. While service was excellent when they first opened, it is quite poor now. You must order off a tableside wireless computerized menu. When I tried again to ask how much longer I needed to wait for an order that had been placed an hour earlier, he didn't even listen to me, cut me off mid-conversation, and walked away. Their behavior was extremely unprofessional, unfriendly, and disrespectful. This is not something I will forget, and I'm sure they treat other customers the same way. They should understand that this is the United States, where customer service truly matters, and it's the customers who give value and credibility to a business. Based on their behavior, it honestly felt like I wasn't in the U.S., but somewhere with very poor customer service standards.

There was also a hibachi area that I didn't use, a fruit bar with various melons, grapes, pineapple, oranges. Also, there was a salad bar, and a dessert bar. I was seated and a server checked to see if I was doing ok, which I was. This will be my choice for asian buffet when I'm in this area. I ate lunch which cost $12.99. It was a busy places but seemed to have plenty of seating.
