First time stopping by this location, I was really taken back by how clean it was in here, very efficient, staff were super friendly, knowledgeable. Huge plus, everything looked fresh! Made you feel like family. The two managers were really friendly and welcoming. They took the time to ask about myself. I was craving simple Chinese food that I know will hit the spot, taste delicious and won't break the bank. This is it right here! I'm glad I took the initiative to visit this location. This place is the newer, nicer, Panda Express that I've been to. Came during lunch hours and the service was very pleasant and the lady at the drive thru was so generous and nice. I offer to tip but they kindly don't accept it. Only to donations for other reasons. Now to the foods. I got the teriyaki chicken and that's one of my daughter favorite items. The meat was tender and tasty. Getting a toddler to eat meat is already difficult but the chicken teriyaki is a big hit for her. I got the chow mein noodles with black pepper steaks. Since I haven't had it before I thought I try something new. The noodles was a bit bland but added in the beef it gave it a spice flavor to it. Overall very satisfied with my visit here. read more

Stopped in for the Yelp event and have to say I'm glad to see an event in the Boro... The staff were super nice and the food was hot and fresh. I tried the Panda Express on the other side of the Boro and want a fan. But after visiting this location they may have a new customer when I'm looking for fast Chinese. We came here during dinner hours so it was pretty busy, but the service was pretty quick. We didn't have to wait at all. I felt the parking was great. We didn't have a hard time finding a spot at all. They also have a drive thru if you don't want to get out. We were greeted by Kris right when we got to the counter. Kris was very polite, nice, and did a very great job. Thank you for the great customer service. They had a variety to choose from. I got a bowl. I tried the honey walnut shrimp and chow mein for my side. It was really good. The chow mein was seasoned perfectly. I liked how they had cabbage in it. The chow mein didn't have too much going on so it went well with the perfectly seasoned entree that I got. The honey walnut shrimp was also perfectly seasoned. It was nice and sweet- pretty much up my alley since I love sweet. I also liked how the green beans in this dish still had its crunch in it (it wasn't soggy). I also tried the fried rice and enjoyed it very much. The rice was cooked perfectly. It was nice and soft. I really enjoyed my experience. The place was very nice and clean. read more

Had a delicious dinner with my lovely husband. This was our second time to Panda in YEARS and we really enjoyed the food. We'll definitely be back to try the new Wok-Fired Shrimp! We love any and all things spicy. The line moved quickly and we got a decent portion of food to eat. The service was friendly, bathrooms were clean, and fortunes were funny. I tried the SweetFire Chicken Breast with fried rice and my husband had the Beijing Beef with chow mein. Both were delicious! This is a new location so we were very hopeful that they would be on their A Game.... Welp, unfortunately that was not the case. Panda Express is Panda Express and IYKYK... This is a beautiful new space... That was the best part. The food was not at all presenting as fresh but.of.course they say oh it was just made... Absolutely no one said hello to us or cared to tell us about any of the foods or new menu opinions. I waited for fresh food and it still some how taste old, freezer burnt and stale. The noodles had literally just came from the wok, I saw them and they still taste freezer burnt and stale, . The chicken had an awful texture, like thigh meat, fat, and grissle. The appetizers were great, my spring roll was piping hot and the cream cheese rangoons were good as well. I just threw the meal away. Didn't even bother asking for a solution bc the managers were preoccupied with standing in the way in the middle of the line speaking to a new hire. There also was a stray kid running around that belonged to one of the employees. It's nice that they tolerate that but at least make the child behave. ‍. Came here at 630 pm after work for the yelp event. Went inside it was super busy so we popped through the drive thru which wasn't as bad. Told them abou they yelp event which no one seemed to know what we were talking about until a manager popped into the conversation thankfully. Ordered our beef and broccoli with chow mein and off we went. The staff was friendly and the food was steaming hot which is always a plus. Food has flavor and portions. There is plenty of parking and long drive though and it is clean inside and out. Will be back for sure as this is one of my husband's favorite fast places. read more

The day crew here are awful, they skimp portion sizes compared to the other locations I've been to. I've been twice during the day, one time i had to ask for fortune cookies for my kid. Dining room was so hot, not very comfortable. I'll try again at night to see if that changes my view. read more

Every time I go here they either don't have items in stock or they close 20-30 minutes before their posted hours. Why did they even build this store? It's useless. Panda, you'd be better off closing this location. Pathetic. read more

Three times I have gone to this location and found that they were out of teriyaki chicken and this last time they were also out of chow mein. I don't understand how a restaurant that specializes in these items can consistently run out. Very frustrating and disappointing. I have talked to others who have had the same experience and they are not going to make it if this is the reputation. We are not talking about the same time of day either. Delivery was quick only good thing! The orange chicken some of the breading was coming off, some chicken tough and the flavor was missing! The Kung Pao chicken was to sweet and no heat and some of the chicken was cold! The noodles where cold! The size of the box has gone down and the price has gone up! read more

The food are as always excellent, but the server did gave us lesser scoops of gen tsos and all of what we ordered. I think I only have three little pieces of chicken. Not at all of what we get at Thompsons Lane. Maybe a little more training on scoops? Still hungry and disappointed. read more

I'm honestly surprised the amount of times I've had a less than great experience at this location. I will say that all of my orders were through the app, and I'm sure a dine in experience would be much better. I've ordered from this location 3 times and have had issues every time. My first time, I ordered the 6 piece of egg rolls and received only a single egg roll. My second time I didn't receive an entire bowl out of a 3 item order. My most recent order was all correct, but they handed it out to a customer at the drive through, so I had to wait an extra 20 minutes to receive my order. I will say though, that the food has been well made every time and the workers have been relatively kind, but the lack of follow through makes me not want to return to this location in particular. The actual inside is well maintained though and I've never seen a piece of trash on the ground or dirty tables. read more
