Great food , horrible customer service lady upfront was not friendly, restrooms were filthy

went to drive thru on 9/7/26 ordered $11.00 box with chicken sandwich, logs and two tenders with drink also a 3pc big box, original all white, green beans and slaw with drink. Took it home and the $11 box had 1 fresh tender and 1 old tender, fries were in with the logs. Took one bite and could not eat it. The big box was extra crispy, not original. took back to the store. The manager immediately threw in garbage and said it had already been eaten, said she would only replace the Big box. When asked for refund, said no and balled up receipt and threw back at customer. We came away with no food and no refund. Can't get it resolved. read more

I tried their Mac and cheese not good at all not recommend sorry I'm trying to be nice but it's not good 1 star

Chicken was well cooked.Just wondering if the recipe has changed. It was so salty.Never have we had chicken so salty.

This is the worst KFC ever. They never can seem to get an order right AT ALL as if they just don't care or they or just slow. The customer service is horrible. And the food at times is serviceable at best. For kfc to be a national brand. A customer shouldn't have to drive 30 minutes to go to the "good" kfc to trust that you will get your order right and service without an attitude as if I made that employee choose that job. read more

So we ordered KFC on Memorial Blvd tonight as I'm reading the menu the 16 piece family meal comes with 4 drums, 4 thighs, and 4 breast and 4 large sides. So I paid $5 a piece for 3 extra drum so I could make sure everyone in the house got one drum a piece and we did not get any extra drums we got breast we got a total of 4 drums, 3 thighs and 7 breast. The large sides were not full all the way, I paid extra for more biscuits and they decided to put all the large sides on top of the biscuits so they were smushed. I'm not happy with this at all we paid over $110 there tonight and I can promise you KFC will never receive another cent from me. I don't care if they were close to closing we placed our order at 8:50pm. I feel that is enough time to make sure a customers order is made the way they paid for it to be, considering they don't close until 10:00pm. I will be contacting corporate Monday because this is not okay at all. read more

Chicken pot pie is always consistent. They can't screw that up because they just have to throw it in the oven and bake it - They added fries in the past year or two to the menu and those were also really good. Food is never really the problem at KFC. It's always the customer service same with Popeyes. I really should leave them a two star review as there was no ice in my sweet tea & it's 95° outside. Also unnecessary feedback trying to pick up the mobile order seemed like they were directing me to come inside, but then eventually gave me my stuff through the drive-through -once again 95° didn't want to have to get out of the car- Fried chicken sandwich is overly salty. The bottom bun fell apart due to the amount of barbecue sauce and pickles and simply being like a standard hamburger bun from the state fair, compared to a nice brioche bun top definitely Good portion, but you're better off with Chick-fil-A if you're gonna get actual chicken, I'm only gonna come back for chicken pot pies read more

This place is so funny. Honestly, it seems like a requirement to work here is you have to have a bad attitude. Everytime I go inside the workers attitudes are terrible and the manager ( light skinned with ponytail) is the ring leader. I was picking up a DoorDash order and I was the 3rd person waiting. The woman at the counter had 2 Togo orders behind her but she didn't touch them. One of the drivers said my food is behind you and she tells him it's not up. I tell her my persons name for the order and she says it's not ready without looking at the orders behind her. She finishes taking someone's order and the guy points out again my order is behind you and it's been there for 5 minutes. She says I still have to see your phone. The dasher says well if I say it's behind you then it's behind you and he thanks her for giving him attitude lol. She again tells me my order isn't ready. The 2nd dasher waiting asks her very nicely if she can check the other order behind her and lo and behold it was mine. GM needs to be fired because birds of a feather flock together and it starts at the top. Because she doesn't know good customer service nobody else does either. Whoever is over her needs to reevaluate who they have in the store. I only have these issues from night shift but day shift is cool. read more

I have ordered from here multiple times pay for the food and then when it's time for my delivery I get a message saying there is a problem or something went wrong and my Oder was canceled. With no explanation as to why and the restaurant is still open for a few more hours so what is the issues here that they can fill orders. If I had an explanation call me down but you get nothing but oops, sorry. That is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. If you buy here don't order it online drive there and get it yourself or you won't get it. Oh my god talk about crap service. The one star is me being kind. This place sucks. read more

Big mistake. We quit going to KFC about 8 years ago because the food was so bad. I suggested to my wife that we give them a chance. I ordered a 6 piece chicken and sides, not any better, maybe worse. The Mac and Cheese was not bad but the green beans were flat, no flavor at all. As for the chicken, it was dry, overcooked, and the grease was old. Needed to be replaced. Won't make that mistake again, we won't be back, and hope you don't get the same results. read more

Went Inside this restaurant and ordered. The young man that took my order did not ring in my order correctly. I said I wanted white meat and got to the table and it was 2 thighs. Took it back to the counter and told him I ordered white meat and crispy. No apologies for the wrong chicken. No nothing. Then a lady came back to the counter and again I got thighs. Again no apology or sorry. I work in customer service and if they worked for me they would be fired!!! Usually we get good service there but this time was a bust. Tables dirty also. read more

Way overpriced, 8pc chicken and 2 sides 32.00 dollars, two people in line got there order and both were wrong. Waited over 20 minutes for my order. Should have went to Publix's. read more

The service was HORRIBLE. I rate them -0. I ordered a 12pc meal crispy and was told they didn't have enough and it would be 12 minutes. I asked if they had enough to mix with original because I was in a hurry. The young lady said yes. I gave her my card after she got my money she then proceeded to tell me to pull up it would be right out. After 15 minutes and three cars later, I went inside to ask for a refund. The lady gave the manager my receipt. The manager peeped from behind and asked what was my order and then stated they were working on it. I told her I just need to get my refund so I can go because I was late for an appointment. She told me that I should just wait for the food since I was already late. I asked again for a refund and the cook said she'll be right with you ma'am. I stated that I would stop payment and asked for my receipt back. She told me it's in the bucket. I did not have a bucket. When I told her that she printed a duplicate from the back and sent it by another employee. Then she yelled out you should've just took the food. read more

Worst service, rudest person I have EVER dealt with at a business. Run, do not walk, run away from this place

There isn't much of good service from a messed up order, taking over 25 minutes No recommendations for this location read more

I pulled into the memorial location I asked for a two-piece and a family size coleslaw and when I got around I went to go check my order as per intelligence because sometimes people get things wrong and the coleslaw was only halfway full and when the lady gave me my receipt I told her I'm tired of this being ripped off by big corporation she said to me I would have filled it back up if you'd ask me.. I only thought of a response as I drove down the road and my response would have been well if you had done your job properly I wouldn't have had to say that she told me I had an attitude and I was simply stating a fact it is half full and you are charging me full price this is not good I have many times have problems out of this particular location however I happen to be on that side of town and not for nothing I only had a leg a size of biscuit and some mashed potatoes put the chicken was so dry and so old I'm just very very disappointed in read more

Ordered online got grease soaked chocked was supposed to be all dark meat apparently Simone doesn't know what breast are. ordered potatoes and gravy got potatoes only ordered extra gravy which is all we received who eats plain potatoes it even shows In pictures and descriptions with or without gravy put the dang gravy in lazy ass get management that make sure orders are correct, at least make an order correctly read more

It used to be so good, however recently, their standards have slipped drastically. I always order the strips, but last few times they have been over cooked and dried out. Specifically, I ordered the 12 peice, but was given 7 strips and 5 half strip peices. I quit...time to start choosing gas station chicken instead of what used to be an American standard. read more

Second time at this location, employees assert they can't swap biscuits for other items, yet every other location I've gone to for the past twenty odd years has been able to. Your biscuits are not good, get over it. They also give three wings and a breast in a 4 piece white meal. That's not how that works. I'd rather drive across town to order from a competent crew. Get it together. read more

If you haven't had the lunch buffet here, you're missing out. There are items on it that aren't on the regular menu, and the veggies are to die for. Hominy grits, greens, cabbage, green beans, along with the standard KFC mashed potatoes (and two kinds of gravy), biscuits, cole slaw and potato salad. They even have several desserts. And everything is excellent. In addition to the regular and extra crispy fried, there is also their wonderful baked chicken -- and fried chicken livers. KFC's downfall has always been that they don't serve fresh lemon for their tea in a "Southern" restaurant. And this restaurant's soda fountain could use a good cleaning. Lastly, the staff here pays little attention to the customers, even when waiting on them. If spoken to, they are delightful, but they should be delightful -- or at least professionally friendly -- without the customer having to draw it out of them. read more

Excellent food and service since they remodeled the store! All the people working seemed to stay busy, they got my food out quickly and it was high quality product. The management was also very helpful, they made sure they were giving out good food and such. I really didn't like going there before they remodeled, the service and food sucked back then, but now it's a great place to eat! read more

I know it's fast food and the bar is pretty low but come on! There is food all over the floor, the staff is indifferent and tonight I got a 20 piece bucket and seven of the pieces were wings, 6 legs, 2 breasts and 5 thighs. I thought it would be five of each. Check your buckets ya'll. The Nashville hot chicken is pretty good though. read more

Went through Drive-thru around 1:45pm. They forgot my drink. The grilled chicken I ordered looked dried up and from a mini-chicken. Went inside to get my drink and got the larger or regular sized leg and thigh to replace my tiny shriveled "grilled" pieces. When I entered the business with box in hand the first response from female clerk, loudly, was "Oh, lord" and it wasn't in a pleasant manner. I got my order fixed. But her customer service skills were direly missing or poor. She acted openly like I was putting her out and sighed when I requested my drink and asked if all the grilled chicken looked like this. She said yeah it does. But allowed me to swap for two fried pieces. I was nearly late for work for this and it just isn't worth it. In the 80's this (in Nashville) was the place to go for family events. But now. Service makes everything. And they have lost their Total Quality Management ways! very poor service. would not recommend this particular restaurant until the management retrains their employees for proper customer service etiquette. read more

I'd never tried KFC before, but my boyfriend said their chicken was good so we decided to try it tonight. He came home and told me about the experience. He had originally ordered an 8 piece meal which comes with buiscuts and he got mashed potatoes and sweet corn. They told him when he paid that the corn was brown so they asked him to pick another side. He got mac and cheese. Then they told him "you dont want those buiscuts, theyre old" so they gave him an extra bowl of mashed potatoes. Then they said they didnt have enough crispy wings so they gave us a few regulars (I do appreciate that they were striving to make sure they didnt give us old food) So he tells me all this and I start opening boxes. The mashed potatoes were super watered down, so I went to put gravy on it and it was all congieled. I tried to mix it up and when I put the fork in it I noticed that the bowl was full of mashed potatoes with a thin layer of gravy on top. Like seriously? Idk if it was an accident or what but that was rediculous. We threw everything away. read more

KFC - It was supposed to be a bowl full of gravy. We were given a small bowl of mashed potatoes with a thin layer of gravy on top - Fast Food Near Me - Murfreesboro, Tennessee

Consistently screws up drive through orders - if you must have KFC (and I would recommend other chicken places instead), be sure to check your bag before you drive away! I've even had them take my order at the drive thru - send me forward to wait while they make something, and totally forget I was there. The worst in every way. read more
