The service and ambience in this place are very well done. It's not common you see a place with an open sink to wash your hands in the front of house. However, this place has TANKED since I came here in 2024. We had lunch here around 1:30, and not a soul was in sight. The guy taking our order was the same guy to make the food for us. Which is unfortunate, cause he was stingy with the chicken. When I came here two years ago, they LOADED my flat bread with chicken chunks. This time, there was maybe a tender and a half on it. For a small place it has a little of everything. The food surprised me- it was very good and filling. The wings were great but on the pricey end. I'm surprised that the flatbread was pretty good. It's a quick and easy pick up and go. They have beers if you're interested and a small indoor/outdoor dining. The service was awesome and he gave good recommendations. The service was really good . The woman was attentive and super friendly. You don't see this everyday anymore. The wings were decent nothing to brag about. I was expecting some unique flavors or a signature sauce. Nope just your run of the mill flavors., I wouldn't turn around from this place if I wanted wings in a hurry, but I wouldn't list them in my top 5 wing places. I can't give this place a high enough review. The chicken is high quality and DELICIOUS!! The jalapeño poppers are so fresh filled with creamy cheese and a large slice of jalapeño. The waffle fries are better han chickfila's by far. The carrot and celery sticks aren't old and dried up like Wing Stop or BWW. They are so fresh and good!! This place is really good. We go often. The chicken is very high quality. Both my kids love it too. We live nearby, so it's a great pickup spot. The owner really cares about his ingredients. The flatbreads are really good too. Give it a shot. It is a little slow to get your food because it's cooked to order, but the high quality is a fair trade. read more

Not bad by any means but definitely not the best wings we've had. Tried some traditional wings with half tossed in garlic Parmesan and half topped in sweet and tangy sauce. The sweet and tangy were pretty disappointing and bland but the garlic Parmesan were decent. If I could I would have given a -5 rating. Absolutely terrible, horrible, unkind, uncaring service. The cashier (Breana W) according to the receipt, was on her cell phone the entire time we were there. The "manager,or owner" no idea who he was, walking around on his phone which was on speaker so loud my husband and I could hardly hear each other he was so loud and rude! Walking around the really tiny dining area which was dirty and literally no more than 600-750 sq ft of dining space. Food was ok, nothing special could have gotten the same flavor profile from any place that specializes in chicken wings. Ambiance was a place where you take your food to go, obviously they don't want people to stay long as all tables 4-5 of 6 were either dirty or not taken up by employees. I had the clean a table so we could sit. It took way too long 20 minutes or so, to receive our order even though we were the only customers in the restaurant. The drink station ugh, well I'll attach photos as the drink station which has fountain drinks (supposedly) only had two out of 8 options working. I would tell people don't waste your money (expensive $28.51 for a 3 piece tender combo & 10 piece wing combo) !!! Really, how in the world they can justify the price is beyond me. Freshest wings I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. I appreciated that the wings weren't drenched in oil like wing stop. Fries were delicious. Staff was very friendly and let us sample different sauce flavors as it was our first time. Looks like a small business so definitely loved supporting our community! FABULOUS! I am not a big review writer, but had to let people know about this place. I ordered the BYO Chicken Sandwich. It was unbelievably great! The portion was huge. I am so used to the competitor chicken sandwiches and wings that I was pleasantly surprised to see how gourmet the chicken sandwich and wings were. Get the slaw on the chicken sandwich. Also, ordered the wings -- love it when they wings are not puny in size. The food was really great tasting! I am probably going back in a couple of days to try another item on the menu. And, I am definitely coming back next week for the chicken sandwich again. The price and amount of food is worth it. ish I could give zero stars. I placed an order online it said that my food would take a hour to get done. I call atomic wings immediately because this time seems weird they answer and put me on hold and never pick the phone back up I proceed to call back multiple times and it says the line is busy so when I go in to get my order, he asked for my name. I'll tell him my name he proceeds to say this order has been sitting here for quite a while, and I immediately tell him yeah that's why I was calling because I didn't want this problem immediately a manager walks out. I'll tell him exactly what's wrong even try to show him my call log to prove that I called and they have me on hold never answer the phone back. He immediately begins to say there's there's nothing he can do for me. There's nothing he can do for me repeatedly over and over and over again and to the point where I'm just like OK well refund me my money then he starts yelling. Well you need to talk to corporate you need to talk to corporate. Why should a customer have to call corporate to get a refund....but that'snot it he proceeds to yell and threaten to take me out the store himself and call the cops . wich then i proceed to tell him that's not in his best interest. Then i leave frustrated and on the phone with my fiancée who ordered this he proceeds to tell my fiance when she gets up there that he treated me like that because he thought i was high. Straight racially profiled me ima 6'5 black man never in my 10 years of living in Rutherford county have i been treated this way i won't stand for this or allow him to treat other people this way.
