Horrible attitude from one 'supervisor', not once but twice while collecting DD orders. Now tonight my own order I placed online because of my rewards. As soon I drive up to the speaker at the drive, I am told, "it will be a minute" Not we are having issues, or how can I help you. I asked again, respectfully, after minute, "Did you say wait a minute?" "Ya, it'll be minute". Not just me but four other cars lined up, honked and left with no response. The food here is almost always trash. They never make anything fresh, especially the breakfast. There was no one in the drive through but I did not get the correct order and the potatoes were old and cold. Some workers have good customer service but most seem like they could care less about what they are putting out. read more

This is hands down the best Wendy's experience I've ever had, and it's a WENDYS. I didn't get her name, but the employee in the drive thru (she's got lighter hair, looks to be about 30s or 40s? sorry if I'm wrong) was so kind, and I got my decently sized order as SOON as I got to the window. I'm a big lover of Wendy's chili, and it's SO GOOD today, SO MUCH meat and piping hot. They had fresh potatoes probably the best I've had at a Wendy's, and my sisters order was correct and hot. Night shift has the worst employment.. kid that takes your order is rude. You can barley understand him. He literally uses as few words as possible. I'd give less stars if I could . The service at this location is beyond horrendous. They do one order at a time . I waited 15 minutes ( I was the only car in the drive thru) for two bisect and two of the morning potato wedges... my order was wrong . I called the shift manager on the phone .... She was rude made it out to be my fault and then hung up on me .... I called back and got a different manager who told me that they were short staffed and that he had to come in today on his day off .... ( not my fault) and then when I asked who the general manager was and when would he be in he told me that the GM would be going on a week vacation starting tomorrow ...... even though they are short staffed.... After receive my order then ate part of it and then saw a bug in my bag then I had food poisoning after and had to go to the emergency room afterwards. Fist the delivery order was missing not one item but 4 of the 7 I called the location spoke to the manager I either had to contact the delivery service or come in and they would replace it they did ! One of the worst fast food experiences I've had since COVID19. I walked over from a repair shop to get lunch while waiting. Someone that appeared to be the owner or manager yelled out to the staff that someone had left the door open so now he had a customer in the dining room. He eventually came and took my order. I ordered the jalapeño popper chicken sandwich combo because it sounded good, and looked awesome on the pos ad. What I still don't understand is how they managed to keep me waiting for several minutes and still serve me a barely warm, dry, chicken pattie that wasn't even able to make the cheese melt at 10:40 AM. There was only jalapeño Cream cheese on less than half of the bun. I asked for more and was charged $0.55. Also, before I could sit down to eat, I had to get them to wipe down the tables because the only clean tables in the entire restaurant had signs stating you could not sit there due to social distancing. We did wait a little bit for our meal at the drive through and when they woman handed us the meals she rudely said " it's all in there" well when we got home it wasn't. But anyways we wanted to try the new menu with melted cheese. It was okay... the cheese was very very thick and you felted like you were going to chew for forever to make sure you don't choke. I did like the added bacon to the cheese but I don't plan on going back there to get this meal. The baked potato was delicious for a simple baked potato. read more

Very long wait times. If you want food in under 25 min go to another location or a different establishment.

This Wendy's doesn't care about customers or put them first. They have spent over 15 mins on one persons order which brings the total time I was waiting in line for my food with only one car ahead of me was 28 mins. Fast food? Ridiculous here. I can see the employees joking inside and not in a hurry at all. Also it is impossible to hear anyone on the drive thru speakers . Good luck eating here if your not in a hurry. The employees need to understand more of what it's like to hold a job and make sure the customer is taken care of instead of laughing and joking and dropping food on the floor. read more

They always burn the bacon and i've gone here multiple times to give them another chance. They gave us undercooked fries. It was almost like they just pulled them out of the freezer and gave them to us. The fries were WHITE. Last time I went there they didn't even give us half of our order and we couldn't prove it. The worst customer service ever. They will make people wait in line forever while employees chilling inside not answering the microphone. This isn't a prime time or one time thing its constant thing they do all the time. It was around 10:30 Friday nights, and line was full of cars which obviously no one answering as usual. This Wendy's has seen better days. Service is so- so and food is just okay. I haven't been inside in a few years probably but at last visit, it was dated. They have a short drive thru exit and getting onto Memorial can be extremely hectic. Turning left is pretty much impossible between 3-6, traffic is just too much.
