Still in the opening up crowd phase

Update visit The food was well prepared, hot, and tasty. Even with a chartered bus ahead of us our wait to order at 5 minutes was a fraction of my first visit. Even with the crowds the dining areas, inside and out, were well maintained. As before we opted to order inside at the counter. Even with a very long drive through line our order to pickup time was about 12 minutes. Tip It's a popular place so expect to have a wait and a crowd of people. Allow some time to accommodate the wait. Be flexible and willing to switch between driving through and in shop or inside dining to out.

It's worth all the hype! A quick process for counter service and hot and fast orders. So delicious. We've watched the tik toks and knew how to order all the perfect things! Mustard grilled, get the Flying Dutchman with onion not bread, and the animal style fries! And that special sauce and peppers, the perfect burger and fries. We ate inside I would not trust myself to eat that in my car.

Alright. As someone who is super familiar with and has eaten In-N-Out for years in California & Arizona, this location nailed my order. Dare I say it was better?! Insane. I know. My animal style fries & single patty flying dutchman were so dang good. I haven't had In-n-Out since I left AZ 2.5 years ago. Saturday afternoon drive-thru took about 20 minutes. Average wait time for a busy AZ location that's been open for years, so in my opinion, they're doing good since this Murfreesboro location is new. I'll be back!

This was my first time trying in an out on the way from Chicago to Alabama and it was everything I've dreamed of. The wait was about 40-50 minutes due to the location still being pretty new but it was definitely worth it! The staff were very nice and organized for it being so many customers and orders. I can't wait to visit again!

Before I even get into why I love In-N-Out, we have to talk about the logistics behind this opening--because it's seriously impressive. They've thought of everything: overflow parking, an overflow drive-thru, cart rides shuttling guests from the lot to the restaurant, and canopies set up outside for those choosing to dine in. It's not just an opening... it's a full-on production. Yes, there's a wait--but it's absolutely worth it. And the reason is simple: everything is fresh. The menu stays beautifully uncomplicated with just three combos, and they execute them perfectly. My go-to order? Animal-style crispy fries paired with a chocolate-vanilla shake. Every time. The service is top-tier--fast, friendly, and totally dialed in. Add in the classic 1960s diner vibes, and it's easy to see why In-N-Out lives up to the hype.

They are really doing an amazing job considering how busy they are after the grand opening. The staff was all fantastic, helpful, and friendly. The restaurant was super clean, with staff constantly on patrol to keep it that way. The food was exactly as it has always been, which for me makes this perhaps one of the best backyard-style burgers you can get anywhere. I know not everyone appreciates fresh cut fries, but theirs are really good for those who enjoy them. They're so busy they have an overflow parking lot and a line outside for folks to wait for a chance to get in. But they are running the place like a well-oiled machine. Obviously for those of us who previously lived somewhere In-N-Out had restaurants, there's a big element of having them in Tennessee perhaps making the experience better than it was. But it really was great!

Being a CA native, it has been a dream come true having In-n-Out available to us again!! We've missed their tasty burgers and fries with your milkshake. The burgers are thin, so we always order double, doubles (double patties, double cheese). They have so many options for different dietary needs - keto, gluten free, even vegetarian. My favorite way to order is a double double with extra grilled onions (you can ask for whole onions) and protein style (wrapped in lettuce). I order their fries well done. This location gave me the best fries I think I've ever had at an In-n-Out, surprisingly! The staff were wonderful! They brought some staff from CA to help with the opening, from my understanding. They were all so helpful and kind, true southern hospitality. I think they were maybe even a little over-staffed for it being the first night. Multiple staff offered to come take out trays when we were done, asked if we needed anything else, etc. Go get yours!!

Well not much to say for this one! Everyone been storming this place! everything on the menu is great! But the fries... yea those are not hitting the spot for some reason. They feel not cooked and frozen. Not sure why. But the burgers are !!!!! Protein style or not they are amazing and can't go wrong with any of these! Don't forget the animal style and the not so secret menu! And get the shakes as well! A great spot for quick burger and the price is just shocking! I've been here a few times and make sure you get your order in properly as at times they mess it up! But the lines have finally started to get better so hopefully it's better once the craziness calms down! Will be back for sure! Haven't tried the dine in yet but drive thru at random times take about 15-20mins which is not bad but they are pretty quick! Hopefully it calms down with all the multiple locations now!

Let's start with the bad. First for me. The fries are subpar. When I go to a burger joint good fries are necessary. Now the good. The staff were all really pleasant and helpful. The burger was really good. The place is still packed most times I ride by. The restaurant is good with the children. They were all running around with the In-N-Out Burger hats. . I asked one of the managers if there is a better time to eat and he said lunch or after dinner. The dining area is bigger than most other fast food places. Noisy due to the place being packed. I got my stuff to go. I'd say be prepared to wait.

This review relates to a dine-in experience on a Saturday afternoon about 2:20 PM. First, the parking lot was packed with no available spots so we needed to park at a neighboring business and walk over. Once inside it was packed, with no seats available. We decided to get the food to go but we were lucky enough to catch a family leaving their table. It took 23 minutes to get our food. Per usual, the burgers were excellent. Chocolate shakes are okay but they're better fast food shakes out there. Every time I order In N Out fries, I have to ask myself why I ordered them. Had them done 'Well' today, but they aren't much better. I love In N Out, but (at least on a Saturday) the experience isn't worth all hassle of getting the food. Hopefully as more locations open, it will be less crowded.

We had to find out what all the hype is about their burgers. First time eating at this new chain. Went with the basic cheeseburgers and fries. Service was amazing. Must have been 30 people working in the restaurant never seen that many people in one kitchen at one time. Burgers were juicy and seasoned well although the buns got a little soggy from the special sauce. Will be returning soon to try other variations I hope they're famous burgers from the secret menu.

The food is delivered to your table. While waiting, I noticed that the old building has a faint mold smell that would have set my wife's allergies off. I was alone on a lunch break. I ordered their Greatest American Hero burger with Cajun fries. The fries were crispy and perfectly cooked. They were great. The burger was perfectly cooked and had enough lettuce that the fresh crunch came through. Joanie's Magic Sauce was served on the side. It was good with the burger but not the fries. This was my first trip here and I can recommend it. The burger was better than average. I'd give it a 7.8 out of 10. Other than the moldy smell, I can recommend it. The condiments are in small packets on a wall, which I didn't care for, but not the end of the world.

I took a look at the menu and it didn't really resemble what most food trucks offer. The offerings indicated someone who cooked using a bit of flair and looked like they knew how to enhance a dish with sauces. I selected the Rosemary Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas. Now these are not like any quesadilla I've had as a "appetizer" at many restaurants, this was a creative melding of intricate flavors into a quasi-soft shell taco/quesadilla. The grilled chicken had great flavor and the bacon and ranch really complemented the quesadilla. The tortilla was perfect, slightly crisp, and held the entire quesadilla together and didn't fall apart after the first bite. To top it all off...I got to meet the owners/operators Frankie and Tony Wong. This couple works hard, serve up great food, and are really fun to talk to.
