I'm so concerned for the employees there and their lack thereof situational awareness. Tell me why it took over 10 minutes to get a frozen custard when 3 separate employees saw me sitting there with the number on my car for over 10 minutes! Multiple cars came and went and my car was chilling there the whole time. It wasn't until I said something that they actually decided to look into the situation. Always enjoy a Culver's visit! Great service at the counter by a young man who took our order. Everything was correct, and our order was brought to our table in a reasonable amount of time. All of the food tasted great and was freshly cooked and hot. The restaurant wasn't overly crowded, but it was pretty cold in there. Mixed emotions here, but currently the reason they are getting a low rating is because they are closing at 8pm but their sign says 10pm. The workers told us this has been the case for over a year or two now, but yet the sign has not been changed. Besides being hungry and having to leave without food, this place has good food. I love a good burger place and Culvers is one of my favorite fast food burger joints. The burgers here just hit differently versus other fast food joints. My go to burgers are the original or the bacon burger. My wife enjoys their patty melts. We also like their cheese curds and their daily frozen custards are good too. Being from the Northeast, I love a Culver's trip regardless of where it is. The cheese curds are always so good and I usually either get a butter burger or the chicken strips. When we were there, we arrived around 3:30 pm and sat in the dining room. They had closed at 4 due to staffing issues (it was a Sunday). I'm not sure if they have their new hours posted in the store but they were not posted online. They have a large variety of items that caught my eye but I stuck with the basic Butterburger to see what that was about. I also had to try the Cheese Curds because they sounded different. They are basically deep fried cheese. Service was friendly, prices were reasonable, and the restaurant was clean. That is a lot of expectations that were met. I don't normally eat at Culver's or other fast food. But recently I heard a commercial about their chicken coming from local farms and humanely raised. That's so great! Good for the environment and for the animals. So I decided to check it out. I went several times to try different items to get a feel for the place. Here are my thoughts: The CUSTARD is pretty good. Rich and a lot of add ins. I got peanuts in mine and there were a ton on there (they are +$1 but you get your money's worth.) Very sweet. Great for kids and ice cream lovers. The SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH is pretty good. It is slightly spicy - not too much. Mine was very crunchy, probably a little over cooked. Very fresh though and piping hot. The CHICKEN SANDWICH was bland. Really bland. It only has veggies and there just isn't enough going on here. Definitely not as good as Chick-fil-A. CRINKLE CUT FRIES are my favorite! I do it without salt and add pepper. They were hot and fresh out the kitchen and so good. Overall, the food is ok in my opinion. If I go back I'll get the spicy chicken. But if I want to get a regular chicken sandwich I'll go to Red Robin - they have cage free free range chicken breasts and their crispy chicken sandwiches are larger and more flavorful. But for a quick meal, the spicy and fries will do. read more

The food was pretty good-I had the fish sandwich and instead of fries I substituted the side salad. Prices were pretty high though at over $7 before tax for this with drink. I'm thrilled that a Culver's has finally opened in the Nashville area. A "Butterburger" sounds a bit strange, but its the bun that is buttered.. You aren't eating an actual burger of butter. The place is at its core a burger joint, but they have more dinner oriented meals too. I'm a big fan of the Wisconsin Cheese Curds too. They sound disgusting, but they are amazingly good. They also have a selection of Soft Serve Ice Cream and various ice cream treats. This location did not disappoint. It was very busy, but there was still plenty of room. A storm came through while we were there and they were very friendly to let everyone stay in the restaurant. This past Sunday after church went here with friends we hadn't seen awhile. Being from Texas Culver's is pretty common there and a favorite of his family. They cook their burgers on a flattop and they are pretty thin and well done with crisp edges. I would recommend a double if you really want some beef flavor. They have a very extensive menu for a fast food restaurant so you might want to go to their website and make a decision before you go - otherwise you are going to hold up the line and make the people behind you start yelling at you to make up your freakin' mind already! Not that that happened to me or anything. While I am not a fan of crinkle cut fries there's were pretty good. I think they are commissary items that arrive frozen, but that's just how the world is now. Bun was soft, tomato was hard, but it was fine. Are you like me and always get the first and smallest cut from the tomato? For once I would like to get the big center cut... If you are not real hungry, they have "snack" versions for under $5. That's what my wife and I got. Just know it only has a single patty. It comes with a small drink and small fry. Honestly - it was more than enough for lunch and I'm a pretty big guy.
