Then a large party came to the window, that appeared to be the employees friends. They all received their orders and my wife was still waiting. I reminded them one more time before we received it. When she started eating, it was clear that it was missing toppings. So that was very irritating. Price: 3/5 The average price is about $6-7 per ice cream, Not terrible but, just ok. I'm from CA and this was pretty close to the pricing I see at home. Ambiance: 3/5 This is not a sit down ice cream place. They have some benches outside but, this type of venue is a walk-up window and you eat your ice cream while standing or in your car. Not bad, just do expect to have a table like you would at a restaurant or other types of ice cream shops. They do have a cool custard machine you can watch though the window from the outside.

One word for this DQ, down right DIRTY. From the employees to the service extending all the way from the owner. Food is under-cooked, milk shakes runny, possibly from the fact they stay backed up due to inexperienced teenage employees. Complaints need to be directly addressed to the owner due to the managers neutral "could care less" attitude. Owner name is Richard Van Buskirk residing currently in Shelbyvile, Tn. However if one is able to contact Mr. Van Buskirk please keep in mind this business was handed down to him and his attitude is much like the managers he hires. Loosey Goosey- anything goes!
