When I think of Dairy Queen, I just think of the "chill" part not the grill portion lol. But I have never tried their food here before, only ice cream. We had ordered some burgers and onion rings from here and they actually have decent fast food. The onion rings are probably the best I've ever had! They taste exactly like the ones at the carnival! I went at an off time mid afternoon, probably my first mistake, and waited a while for the sandwich but I thought Great, at least it will be hot, which it was. But no lettuce or sauce, just the fish on a bun and it wasn't even cooked all the way through. Ate around the middle but I've felt sick ever since. I've had them before here and they used to be good. Constantly messing up my order, my burger is always wrong and frozen in the middle, with one very small nibble of lettuce and a singular tiny tomato. Constantly only filling up my Pop (soda) half full in the cup, and putting two singular Oreos in the blizzard. It's multiple times, it's more than not, and I hate being picky but it just sucks getting 35$ worth of food that my boyfriend and I can't eat because it's all wrong read more

Extremely disappointed! Came here on a Monday evening, drive through had a long line so we went in because the lobby was empty thinking it would be quicker. We waited almost 20 minutes (yes I was counting) for 2 blizzards. There were 10 employees working and at least 3 were just standing around not doing much. They took care of all the drive through orders before making my two ice creams. Not one person even said anything to us after we had been standing watching them for the 20 minutes. I finally brought it to the guy who took our orders attention on how long are wait had been and he proceeded to tell me we'd be up soon yet he stood there doing nothing. On top of it all my ice cream was made wrong and I paid extra money for it to be made WRONG. This place needs an actual adult to help run this business correctly. Would not recommend read more

One of the best DQ's around. The food is always good, treats are made right, and we've even ordered a cake from here several years ago which turned out great. When dining inside, the restaurant has always been clean. The drive-thru is usually pretty quick, order accuracy has never been an issue and the food is always fresh. I particularly like the Flamethrower, the double cheeseburgers and their BBQ sandwiches. Good stuff! I love that they have an extensive menu. Burgers, panini's, quesadilla's, hot dogs... It's been forever since I have stopped at a DQ. Wanted to grab something quick close to Old Time Pottery. The latest $5 commercial was just enough to get me in. I got the chicken tenders, my wife got the burger. I must say it was truly a $5 meal, including the ice cream Sunday. The chicken was mostly breading with just a little thin strip of over cooked chicken in the middle. Wife said her burger wasn't bad. We agreed that the ice cream had no flavor. We scraped the hot fudge off the side of the cup and trashed more than half of the ice cream. The lesson here is you get what you pay for. read more

As I'm typing this we've been waiting 28 minutes and all we ordered was blizzards and lots of folks in front of us. Not sure how you could not anticipate crowds with this deal on Saturday night. Inconsistent is best way to describe this DQ. My family ate there two straight Fri.nights and the service, cleanliness, and food quality was average. There seems to be all young people under 20 years old working at night with no management presence. Sandwiches and onion rings were cold. New funnel cakes are good but small. Blizzards are always consistently good. This location needs more management at night, cant speak for day time hours. read more

Nothing special just another good DQ! Lets all face it, DQ is pricey fast food, but their ice cream is always going to make us come back. Now I have been to a fair amount of DQ's that get a little stingy on the ice cream but this store actually gave a good "fair" amount and not disappointment in a cup! Will for sure be back! read more

So we just moved here, as many of you may know, and I have to say that I was absolutely ecstatic about a few places, one of them being Dairy Queen. Something like Dairy Queen that might be taken for granted by so many other people is definitely not taken for granted by me. In the first few days we were here we actually went there twice. I have to say that first of all, the food there is top notch and great quality for a fast food restaurant. I was also really shocked that they had local things on their menu that other DQs don't have, like chicken quesadillas. Who'd have thought, right? Well, they're really good. Fresh tasting and awesome. The only complaint I have is that sometimes it feels like the staff isn't really listening when you are placing your order. There was one time that we went and the girl asked me if I could hold on, so of course I did. Then once she said she was ready and I ordered, she messed our order up big time. I said that my husband wanted a Sprite, she said "You said a Coke right?" Uhhh, no. They don't sound remotely alike. Then I ordered a chili cheese coney for my nephew that was supposed to be footlong and it came out as a six inch. Seems as if they were really preoccupied in there that day. But it won't stop me from going, that's for sure. We are glad to have one close by now! :) read more

Let me start off by saying that I LOVE DQ, I will hardly go anywhere else for ice cream. That being said, this particular location has disappointed me for the last time. I ordered a brownie cookie dough Blizzard and the ice cream had so little chocolate in it, it was basically white. That's not the first time that this place has given me massive chocolate FOMO. This isn't probably somewhere you'd go to get a good burger, but the blizzards are decent. My most recent experience was tonight and I ordered the $5 lunch deal with the deluxe burger. I got a pumpkin blizzard instead of the sundae. I got my blizzard before my food and I noticed it was a tad runny rather than the usual churned consistency. I decided not to say anything as I had already started eating it. When I got home I started eating my fries, which were a tad cold and not fresh but eh I didn't care at that point. But when I opened the wrapper to my burger, I noticed the burger patty itself was burned on the outer edges of it. So at this point I just had to go back and say something. I went back through the drive thru and a lady named Katie listened to what I had to say and apologized for the mistake that was not hers. She kindly gave me another blizzard and burger for free. The burger was a little better, still kind of dry and "chargrilled" on the edges. But the customer service made up for it. read more
