It was somewhat busy when we came in, but no line. It seemed like the cashier was maybe overwhelmed or not in the best mood, so not overly friendly. The dining room very dirty - the floors had food/opened ketchup packets/tons of peanut shells all over. It definitely hadn't been swept in a while. We got our food, but didn't have the shake we ordered. I told the guy handing us our food that we also had a shake. He looked over at the shake and said "oh, ok" and walked away. After five minutes of no one coming back to the handoff plane, we asked the employee at the register if there was a mixup or something. She walked over to the shake and said "yeah it's been sitting here waiting to be handed out". Service definitely lacked. One of our burgers was protein style (wrapped in lettuce) and it had one thin piece of lettuce on either side of the patties. I ended up taking them off because they were more of a hassle than anything at that point. read more

2nd time here & I'm totally blown away by their hamburgers ! Not a big eater so I ordered a Mini cheese burger & it was just as big as their Quarter Pounder! Freshly made & the condiments were fresh & tasty! Same goes for their abundance of great tasting fries ! Ordered a small & you could feed 3 people with it! The place was nice & clean .. service was friendly & quick ! Beverage machine was very clean as well no spills or trash around it. Well we knew it would nt last, too many fries was the joy of eating them as a meal. Not anymore. The large 9$ fries are now measured to what s a cup more than a small order. Lot of money for potatoes and now it's less for the same cost. It's at all stores but it's another way the fast food world is saving money. What's real fishy is the issue at all fountain drink machines. They all started to trend of reducing the flavor agent in the mix. . It looks like the soda you picked/ it looks the color ,BUT WHERES THE TASTE. It's very very fizzy. . Went Saturday July 5th around 845pm. They weren't busy. They welcomed us in and took our order and had it to us super quick. My wife and I were grateful cause my 2 year old son was up past his bedtime and hungry. We were in and out in 25 minutes. Food was fresh and well seasoned as always. One of my favorite place to get fresh french fries made locally. You would think it's easier said than done but majority of places use frozen except this place. I love the Cajun seasoning as well. I do wish they offered a vegan or veggie burger. It would make the difference for those who enjoy the plant based lifestyle. Like myself. However I still stop by and get my fries with a bun, that comes with grilled veggies. That's their only option for a veggie burger. Regardless it's still delicious. read more

Peanuts, huge burgers, free toppings, what more could you ask for? The food is basic but plentiful and of good quality. The staff were cheerful and upbeat. We sat next to a huge wall of bagged potatoes were we had a clear view of the kitchen, and the staff were happy the whole time we were there. The little burgers are singles and the regular burgers are doubles. Be forewarned, we had two orders of fries and it was WAY too much! They literally put the burgers in the bag and then scooped in about a half a bags worth of delicious fries. We ended up taking them home. Peanut allergy sufferers beware, the fries are cooked in peanut oil, plus customers can help themselves to peanuts out of a large bowl at the door when you walk in. My wife and I went to five guys last night for first time since a short time after it first opened. The first visit was disappointing as was this one. The first time the fries were soggy and greasy. No change. I didn't realize that they would only cook the burgers well done. If we had wanted a dry overcooked burger we would have gone somewhere for half the price. When We got home, I was sick. I don't know if I had food poisoning or something else, but I down for the count the rest of the night. read more

Always a great burger. The problem is something that happens every so often and it is typical of how people are these days...lacking work ethic and professionalism. We were in last night and had 30 minutes to get to a movie, plenty of time to get some burgers especially since there was 6 employees and a handful of customers already eating. We ordered 3 burgers and a single order of fries. The employees were too busy goofing off to remember to put our patties on the grill. The overweight kid working the grill did however have time to make his own burger and proceed to the back for his break (seemed so selfish as he smirked heading back there). 15 mins later we got our food. Of course it was delicious...but would have been better to not have to shove it down to make up time. BTW - This is not the first time we have had a poor experience with the staff here. Maybe one day I'll write a review about the employee glaring at my wife. 5 Guys is popular burger chain sweeping the nation. The burgers are good, though a little greasy. There are many free condiments you can choose from. The little burgers are single patties and the regular are double. The fries Cajun style are the bomb. I highly suggest a party of the two order the regular size. The large size could literary feed a family of four. If you looking for a quick burger and fried this is the place for you. Possibly the worst Five Guys ever. The last 4 times my wife has gone in there and picked me up a bacon cheeseburger on the way home, 3 of them were missing bacon. Order slip shows that she ordered and paid correctly, but the bacon cheeseburger is missing bacon. Making a mistake like that 75% of the time is pretty bad. Other than that, it is Five Guys, and it is what you would expect. Unless you are expecting one of those awesome pop machines with a bazillion flavor combinations like lots of the other Five Guys have... because this one doesn't have that either. Maybe they should put the Fries before Burgers in the name. In the age of gourmet burgers, these guys take a step back. Not in a bad way, just in a I've already made this burger 10 years ago on my own grill kind of way. The burgers are greasy, very greasy. I mean... bring a LOT of extra napkins. It's just a mess. They are decent burgers, better than you'd get from fast food but not nearly as good as you could pick up somewhere else that specialized in them. The fries are amazing. The perfect blend of spices come together on this little bits of fried perfection. The fries are really what saved this place for me. Love me some Five Guys! If you haven't tried Five Guys, you will be very happy with their burgers. Unlike other fast food places, they don't charge you for every single topping. Their burgers are nice and fresh. Also, they give you an insanely amount of fries. At this particular Five Guys, the service is good. They are always friendly. The wait is longer than you would expect. Sometimes they leave the bacon off of my burger (it has happened 2-3 times), so always check your food before leaving.
