As always this sweet treat hit the spot. We always enjoy their concretes and sundaes. They had a very long drive-thru queue and a good-sized crowd at the walk-up window. The line moved quickly and the servers did a great job of matching the order to the customer. It's an outdoor ice cream shop that is clean, has trash cans available and lots of glass to watch the "magic" if you want. I had the chocolate custard and my wife had the vanilla. Always, consistently good.

My very first time trying frozen custard and I was not disappointed! My sister had mentioned having frozen custard when visiting the east coast (We live in Cali) and I've always been curious to try it. So when we were on a road trip and near a frozen custard spot of COURSE we had to stop by! I'm not too sure what I was expecting it to taste like but I definitely enjoyed it. I decided to go for their seasonal flavor at the time which was Peach concrete. Can almost never go wrong with peach flavor and it was perfect for the summer day when we visited. The custard was just the right amount of sweetness. Very refreshing which I wasn't really expecting. It did taste more like ice cream but I'm definitely not complaining! The fresh peaches added such a nice little bonus to the custard. My fiancé and I enjoyed it! Customer service was pretty good. Nothing special worth mentioning. The location looks brand new. They have a decent amount of seating benches in the front and one that we sat at on the side of the building. Overall I'd say it's a great spot! They also have a drive thru for those that want to take their custard to-go. Will definitely come back to try other flavors if we happen upon another Andy's Custard location!

In town for a business trip and couldn't pass up Andy's. Delicious options for everyone!

I ordered the butter pecan concrete. Taste exactly like the regular butter pecan icecream. Very good definitely should try it.

Three stars because the desserts were good but the service was very slow and unorganized. There were customers who ordered several people ahead of us and didn't get their desserts until the same time we did. Also, we ordered and several customers behind us got their desserts before we did. My husband finished his banana split before we got the rest of our order because they said they didn't have lids for it. They need some sort of name-taking or number system because shouting out the name of the dessert had other people in line taking someone else's order by mistake. Also, there was a piece of plastic found in my dad's sundae that was really sharp. I think with time and more training/work experience, this will be a better location but it's still too early on at this point.

Takes too long! Need a better way of taking orders and preparing them. Overpriced and slow

Three words... CHOCOLATE. CHEESECAKE. SHAKE. Still thinking about their delicious custard now, even after time has passed.

when I went there, they took like 10 hours to get my ice cream. It was a simple vanilla ice cream.

Ok so i decided to finally try them again. I haven't been since they were in Nashville…read more I ordered the regular peach cobbler and vanilla ice cream on the side. It was ok. It tasted as if it had been sitting alllll day and the crust was gooey sticky but not in a good way. The peaches were good. The icecream was ok. I really wanted to like it especially since I had a craving for something sweet. I tried , but I'm not sure if I'll return. I may need to go in the middle of the day? Not sure.

I've had a lot of cobbler from Georgia, Mississippi, Alabama, and even southern ex-pats in…read moreCalifornia. As mentioned the overall balance of these recipes are good, especially for the price. The peaches are probably defrosted from frozen, which means they're very good quality. But not necessarily like a fresh picked peach. The blackberry mix in was more of a compote or jam, and less of fresh blackberries cooked with the peaches. The spice syrup is very good. The cobbler crust was crisp and buttery in the middle between truly flaky and a shortbread crust. Ordered without ice cream because delivery doesn't tolerate ice cream melting. I did add the topping of bourbon pecans, which was a great addition. Packaging was perfect for a very good service experience. And everything was delivery quickly and still warm from the oven. A superior cobbler, perhaps not a county fair winner, but nonetheless hits the spot for a traditional southern dessert. even though this is a multi location restaurant, I get the feeling that it's a fairly family centric management that seems to care about its customers. They definitely get a plus one for that effort.
