Baskin Robbins, you did it again! I have purchased my son's birthday cake here the past couple years and it's been a hit! I love that you can customize the flavors and even pick what type of ice cream you want on top (in my situation this time I had mini ice cream sandwiches on top). I will continue to buy their ice cream cakes for birthdays or special occasions! On top of that I still love their cappuccino blast! Service is still good! So it's been over a year since I've been here. Came in on a Sunday afternoon. There were two employees working but no one acknowledged us coming in. One gal was cleaning tables and the other was behind the counter. We were standing for a couple of minutes when one employee finally asked us what we wanted. We had our grandson with us so I asked if they had a 'kids cup' size to which she said yes. She preceded to grab a cup for a standard scoop (charging us the full rate). We grabbed a table which we saw the employee just clean. There was still dried ice cream on the end of the table and on the front and back of the seat. There was broken waffle cone left on the floor. The first replacement seat we grabbed was broken. While finishing our ice cream the two employees stayed in the back, possibly visiting. Used the bathroom and the light fixture was broken, giving out very little light. Mind you it is dead slow in the store so employees should have the time to keep the place clean. The owner must not care much about their business to let it get this bad. Show up and inspect your employees' work and train or fire those not motivated to work hard. read more

There was pinky purplish swirl in the center of my mint chocolate chip ice cream. I think it had a fruity flavor, but when mixed with the mint in my ice cream it tasted like Robitussin. Also, the cake cone tasted stale. I tried to call and let them know about the cross contamination, but nobody answered. read more

Honestly had such a great experience here! So many flavors to choose from and the workers were very patient as I tried samples and decided! I have been a huge fan/customer of BR for over 25 years and will continue to be, but maybe not here at thus Murfreesboro shop. I am a disabled veteran and senior citizen and was absolutely blown away and disappointed by the lack of military/senior discount at this location. I was informed that the manager " Roshan" is steadfast in not giving any form of discount to anyone, which is disappointing since so many seniors and veteran patronize this location due to its close proximity to Walmart/McDonald's. Come in and one employee is sitting on the counter where they serve food from for starters. We showed up at 930 and got attitude instantly from the supposed shift manager. Made our order then was informed that the dining room supposedly closed at 945 even though the door clearly says 10, god forbid they stay 10 minutes late. The turtle and original cappuccino blast are the best caffeinated drinks here that are made with ice cream. If you haven't tried one, and you like coffee and ice cream, try it. Zero stars if I could! We are big supporters of Baskin Robbins typically, but we will be avoiding this location from now on. We came in at 9:30pm and the 3 younger workers were on their phones and sitting on the counter. The one girl, who said she is the manager, actually scowled at us as we entered. She said to her coworkers that he better get serving us because she wanted all of us out; however, the checkout process alone took 5 minutes since she had no idea what we got since she was on her phone talking about us the entire time. I completely understand they want to go home since the business closes technically at 10, but she was being unnecessarily rude when we hadn't even done anything. She then told us after we already ordered that the lobby closes at 9:45 instead of 10, so we would have to eat outside. Then she proceeded to tell us that they have 15 minutes to mop and clean because they have to be out of the building at 10 even though the store closes at 10? She said the system clocks them out, which I have never heard of. If that is the case, I would feel bad for the workers. I also do not see how they clean to the extent they are required to if they do it all (as well as still taking drive thru orders) in 15 minutes or less. Keep in mind, the bathroom and the lobby were all dirty when we entered even though they were all on their phones. Overall, a terrible experience. The supposed manager, Maria I think, even said that they are a franchise so they don't have to follow any corporate policies when we questioned this practice. Do better Baskin Robbins! If the lobby really does close earlier than posted times, say so on your door so people know! read more

I don't even know where to begin other than to tell you to never waste your money here. I placed an order for a custom cake. An associate sent me a photo of what the cake looked like. When I went to pick the cake up, it looked like someone decorated it with their hands behind their back. I showed the picture of what it was supposed to look like, and stated I was not going to pay full price for what they were giving me because it was not what I ordered. They refused to take off any money because they knew I didn't have another choice. When I placed my order I stated I would pick the cake up at 11 am for a party that was set to start at 11:30 am to give them the necessary time they said they needed to complete the cake. When I showed the photo of what the cake was supposed to look like, that they sent me from their selections mind you, the associate stated she would need another 30 minutes to complete the cake. I paid for the cake and requested the owners information and left. When I called the owner today, she cut me off immediately stating she already knew the story, that "her girls had already told her what happened." When I was finally given a chance to explain my perspective, I requested a full refund. The owner then told me she would need photographic proof (which I have) because her girls didn't deserve the way I treated them. Come to find out what "her girls" told her was that I called her a POS. That infuriated me because I NEVER said that, nor did I say anything near that to the employee. When I told the owner this, she attempted to scream over me, and then hung up on me. Like I said, do yourself an immense favor, and take your money elsewhere. Went inside due to drive through not moving, drive through orders were at 24 minutes as I saw once I was inside. I asked for a chocolate malt. She gave me a chocolate shake, I said did you put malt in here? She proceeded to say, what's malt? Concerning when none of the young girls knew what malt powder was at an ice cream facility. I would rate this particular Baskin Robins a negative if I could. Love Baskin Robbins ice cream, but not this location, due to the manager, which I should have read the other reviews before ordering...same situation for several people I see! I ordered a cake for my son and grandson's birthday with their names on it and was to pick it up the next day. When I arrived, the employee said I'm not going to like the cake -- I asked why. They couldn't fit the name of my grandson on the cake, so it had just one name, and the personalization on the cake looked like a pre-schooler was trying to write it. How could I bring that to a party for BOTH with only one name and you couldn't even read that clearly? It could not be fixed that day, and our birthday party celebration was 2 hours from then. I said I didn't want the cake and wanted my money back. Then I found out you have to have the manager refund money. I left without cake and told to call manager, which I did for days on end with no call back. Finally I went to the store and talked to the manager who yelled at me and said there are no refunds on cakes and he had no cake at the store, I must have taken it. I said I didn't take the cake, and I want my money back. He could look at his cameras and see that or ask his employee who I know her name (she was not the problem at all, and in fact felt bad). He replied and said he had to find the cake first or I needed to bring it back (what part of "I don't have it nor did I take it" does he not understand!). To date (2/7/22), I don't have a refund, and my receipt of payment states I ordered it on 1/20/22). I'm going to make one more attempt at going there. NEVER will I go to this location again for anything. Save yourself a big headache if you plan to order something! They don't tell you there are no refunds at time of order. read more

I am always delighed by a quick visit to Baskin Robbins after a busy afternoon in town with the dogs. You can sample a large variety of flavors such as Strawberry Shortcake, Cookie Dough, Chocolate Almond, Caramel Praline Cheesecake, Berry Frozen Yogurt, Daiquiri Ice, Mint Chocolate Chip, and more. My personal favourite is one scoop of Chocolate, and one Black Almond scoop. I always get a free cup of softserve for the dogs, too! read more

Waited 10 min in the drive thru with just 2 cars ahead of me. The car immediately in front of me left after attempting to order. After pulling up and waiting a minute or so to be greeted, asked about "no sugar added" flavors. The female employee said "we don't have any". I asked about the ONE listed and she said "No" so I ordered a single mint chocolate chip cone. I got no response and after waiting a few minutes I pulled up. There were 2 cars behind me. When I got to the window, she asked why I didn't order... I explained and then I asked if they were simply out of no sugar added flavors or no longer carrying them. She said she's been there 3 months and they've never had them. I know this isn't true because I have gotten them there! There were 2 other employees who appear one "goofing off" and after some "confusion " (cup or cone). A guy in a red sport team t shirt handed me a cone. No gloves or napkin. The cone was STALE. If I could give negative, I would. Awful experience ordering a cake from them. It's my dads 70th birthday and we ordered an ice cream cake. Well, my mom decided "okay, never mind, cancel it", so I personally went down to the store to explain everything to have it cancelled. Not only did I wait around for 15 minutes, I was told they would call me back and let me know if they could cancel it or not. ????? Okay, whatever. So 3 days go by, I haven't heard anything. So I'm thinking "okay, we'll they haven't called me back or refunded me, so that means we're still getting a cake. That's fine, we'll eat it". So we call to make sure the cake will be ready. Unorganised as hell. They couldn't find my order until she found it just laying somewhere with a note that says "needs to be cancelled". Why is it just sitting there for 3 days? Oh, because the boss of that location never answers their phone and "it's weird trying to get ahold of them". Um, first off, that's a lame excuse and a lame excuse of a boss tbh. Anyways, we tell them that we've been waiting to hear back for 3 days and since we never got an answer, we want to go ahead and get the cake. "Um, I'll have to try and get with my boss and make sure that's okay". ???? What do you mean make sure that's okay? I PAID FOR THIS CAKE. So basically I'm going today to see if I have a cake ready or not, because if not, I WILL be getting my money back on the spot. I will not be taking home a rushed cake so they can keep their money. I wanted an original cappuccino blast, made with vanilla ice cream NOT yogurt. Topped with whipped cream but no cinnamon. I was very specific about my order as I've been drinking this EXACT drink for 7+ years. I know what I like plus I've even worked at a Baskin Robbins before, I know how to make it. The girl started making it, she put a scoop of ice cream in it & then started putting yogurt in it so I stopped her. She told me she had only put a little bit in it. I told her the yogurt breaks down weird so I want the ice cream please. She continued what she was doing, not restarting the drink but just adding additional ice cream to it. She blended it, handed it to me & I tried it. It was horrible. Tasted like an icy vanilla "shake". So I say something... they take the drink back, throw it back in the blender & then hand it back to me. Obviously, re-blending an already tasteless drink doesn't change the flavor so I say something AGAIN... they get the manager & she starts to re-blend the drink AGAIN.... I stop her & tell her I either want it re-made or I want my money back because I'm not spending 7 bucks on something I'm not drinking... The manager starts slamming things around but does actually remake it. Luckily, it was a success this time! During all of this, the 5 teenage employees are grabbing spoons & helping themselves to ice cream in the coolers. Which is all well & good but there's someone just chilling at the drive-thru window waiting on their order. All in all, it was just a crappy experience. Will I go back?
