After a work conference at the nearby hotel, Jamba sounded great for the ride back home. I couldn't get service to make an order online so I went in and had to be social. There was plenty of parking but it is shared with other surrounding businesses. The shop itself is very small. Service was very friendly and super quick, I was in Jamba for maybe 5 minutes total. The Razzmatazz was delicious and really helped get rid of this cold I can't seem to shake off. All in all, super happy with my visit! This was my first time at Jamba and I had a pretty good experience. It's located in a plaza so parking wasn't hard at all to get. The staff was also pretty friendly. I had their strawberries wild smoothie and I really liked the flavor to this one. My smoothie was perfectly made. It wasn't too watery and wasn't too thick. It was just perfect for me. Let me start off by saying Nora is a racist piece of dirt! Not only did she get my order wrong, she filled up my cup barely over half way and then proceeded to yell at me to get the f*** out! Not only that, she told me "f*** off, n*****!" Yes, the n word! She called me the n word after giving me the wrong order and not even filling the drink up half way! I never provoked her, met her, hell, I never even made eye contact with her before she started acting strange around me! I am very familiar with Jamba Juice as it was launched as a graduate business project at Cal State San Luis Obispo 10 minutes from where we lived in Morro Bay. We used to frequent they're locations regularly and loved the health and not so healthy concoctions. Anyway, we were thrilled to find a location here in Murfreesboro about a year ago, and have done the same here. The Greens and Ginger is my favorite: I just love that spicy aftertaste of the Ginger, and always ask for extra to be put into mine...I know I'm weird! My daughter likes the peanut butter chocolate mood: peanut butter, chocolate, soy milk, and Greek Yogurt. Micah likes the Strawberry wild: strawberry, banana, and apple with a little Greek Yogurt. I cannot comment on the food because they were out of their açaí concentrate when I went. However, I will share my experience. I walked in and was completely ignored. There were 5 people working and not one person even acknowledged me. I stood there thinking perhaps I have to order on an app or at this pad in front of the register. I stood and waited until a lady begrudgingly walked up front and asked to take my order. I was then informed they could not make any bowls as they were out of the product. These things happen but you could put a sign on the door so people do not waste their time. read more

When I called they said there was a tip added (without permission). I've always had good customer service at this location. This is my third visit and today's was below average. Very rude and unfriendly faces! I was the only customer in the drive thru at 3:27 on a Sunday. Haley was my server. I asked to enter my phone number for rewards and she said " Um I'm gonna need you to slow down" in the nastiest tone. Then another girl just handed my drink with the same grumpy face. I just had the best experience at Jamba Juice Murfreesboro! This review is not about the smoothies that I ordered (even though they were great). It was the customer service that blew me away! I was in the drive through being a little indecisive. I had only been there once before today. Jamba, your staff is excellent. The lady over the speaker was extremely knowledgeable of your product and was able to offer much needed suggestions to a needy customer after a long workout at the gym. I must say, the enthusiasm and energy at the drive through window was amazing. I wish I could remember the name of that employee. I did ask her name but I can't pull it back up. She made me feel like this was the best place in the world and even changing my order was a small task in life. Accommodating, happy, energetic, laughing along with fast service.
