Byob with Chicken Bone Broth, chicken, tofu, broccoli, kimchi, scallions, carrots, and kale

Doordashed this for three days in a row! Really great and healthy food, I love the bone broth. It was extremely spicy, even when I got a mild dressing or no sriracha, but other than that it was great. Lots of topping options too!

Arrived at 4pm to grab a bite to eat. Restaurant is pretty clean from what i saw. Everything looked fresh. Understand that it's cleaner/healthier type of food. Line was long, but got through it pretty quickly. Easy to order when you get to the front. I ordered the regular Korean Pork BBQ bowl and a Hand Crafted beverage. -Korean BBQ Bowl- I have mixed feelings about it. The purple rice was just okay. Carrots and cucumbers were nice and crunchy. Spicy broccoli wasn't spicy, but tasted good. The Kimchi was so delicious, full of flavor. I should have asked for extra of that! Now the Pork BBQ piece that i got , wasn't really flavorful. It was on the dry side as well. Felt like it was a small portion of pork too. I put sriracha on top of it to show the amount of pork i got. Luckily the kimchi kind of saved it when you ate it together. The fried egg was cooked great! - Cranberry Cayenne Lemonade- I'm about 90% sure this was the one i got. I remember seeing cayenne and lemonade, but not sure if it was cranberry or not. But EVERY drink i have tried there is absolutely delicious. Lemonade and beet lemonade is very good as well! I'd probably skip the Korean pork bowl next time and get maybe a Tuna Poke bowl or something with their grilled chicken to try . Definitely getting some more of the lemonade!

I had been meaning to try this place for quite some time. Finally went for a date day with hubby on Veterans Day. Not bad. I had the Spicy Thai Chicken and Rice Noodles bowl. He had the Steak Bacon & Bleu bowl. I really love the fresh ingredients. I should have ordered extra chicken for my bowl and it would have been perfect. My husband felt like he didn't have as much because he didn't have noodles. For the drink, I mixed the cranberry cayenne with the beet lemonade--SO delicious. A little heat with tangy sweet! Also tried the fig & vanilla which was nice and sweet. I have to get back so I can try the tacos, soups and wraps. You really can have endless options here and never get bored. Why the 4 star instead of 5?? I wasn't blown away but I definitely liked it. Staff were also helpful to us in figuring out what to do and even came by to ask how we liked it.

If you appreciate undeniable umami, texture adventures, and flavorful freshness in your meals this is a perfect place for you! The menu features are longer than a 5k and you have the option to customize everything. I love the focus on crisp colorful GMO and additive-free ingredients. Grains, greens, veggies, legumes, broths, healthy proteins, house-made sauces, and dressings it's a take-out move you can feel great about *If it's your first time make sure to mention it at the start of the assembly line. Most locations will give you a free drink card. The fresh juice bar was delicious. If lemonade is your jam enjoy unique blends like beet lemonade, ginger-cinnamon, and cranberry-cayenne among others. This is the Spicy Thai Chicken with Rice Noodles. It was my first visit so I went with one of their best-sellers. I also took advantage of their daily made sauces the carrot vinaigrette is not to be slept on. I was a bit extra with the fresh cilantro and basil but I always tip so..

Being a vegetarian family we were a bit unclear about the options but saw tofu and other options when reading there menu. the restaurant is nice inside. You go to the line and work your way up where they will make what you want to order. A little overwhelmed at the start but they guide you and opted to take a menu item and customized it. i had the tofu spinach wrap added some hot sauce and ginger sauce . The drink options are great which i selected the beet lemonade. Order was ready in from of you and was fairly quick process over all. The wait to make your order was the longest process. Had a nice outdoor table... got comfortable and wow what an amazingly fresh wrap and fantastic juice. It was exactly what we were after! If your looking for high quality meal... CoreLife is Amazing!

Do you eat to simply stop being hungry or do you want a meal to elevate the quality of your life? Do you know what it means to "eat a rainbow"? Take eating to the next level by dining at places just like CoreLife Eatery. I just finished a large Sriracha Ginger Tofu bowl and I feel like I could run ten miles in this Tennessee summer afternoon. Each bite of the veggies, tofu, and sauces were fresh and delicious. There are healthy options for everyone--even the carnivore. The servers were informed and helpful. The dining space is energetic and inviting. If you are too accustomed to living at half capacity, find this place and launch a new you. You read it here first!

this place is very delicious. i have tried the kale chicken ceaser and the teriyaki bowl, both of which i recommend! the food is pretty filling and they have lots of healthy options. the main reason i love this place is because there aren't many casual healthy restaurant options in the area, but this place checks off all the boxes!! the food is filling and packs so much flavor and nutrients. love it!

The food was perfect and really not even that expensive compared to my home town. I started with a nice Cabernet. I had two in fact. I did not know that Tennessee has an extra tax (LBD - 15%) on alcohol sold by the glass! I thought Republicans were all about low taxes. I also enjoyed an absolutely delicious shrimp bisque. It was really good (and only $6 for a bowl). It was smooth and flavorful. In my neighborhood that would cost $15. My entree was a daily special, yellowfin tuna. It was nicely seared on the outside and sushi grade on the inside. I could really taste the healthy Omega 3's. The fish was served on a nicely flavored bed of long grain rice. A wonderful mango salsa topped the fish. The accompanying broccoli was perfectly steamed. This was only $26. I shall return again to this great place.

It felt very comfortable and almost elevated. My husband ordered a NY strip steak with mashed potatoes and macaroni & cheese. He ordered his steak blue rare, as that was not an option on the ordering machine. Our waitress kindly said she could make a note for blue rare if possible. We later learned that the kitchen staff had no idea what blue rare was or how to cook it, which is a red flag for a restaurant that is supposed to be a "steakhouse". As you could guess, it didn't come out blue rare or even rare; to be honest, it came out medium rare and with no seasoning. He decided it was fine and he would manage, so he did not mention it, although we definitely did not ask for a box. He added his sides were okay, but overall, the food experience was 3/10. I had a mocktail called "spa day." It was a pineapple mojito without the alcohol, and I love a good pineapple mojito, so I enjoyed it. I also ordered a steak. Filet 6 oz medium and it was cooked fine, but the only seasoning was pepper, and thank goodness I have grown accustomed to pepper; otherwise, I would have had to send it back because it was the only thing on it. I ordered a loaded potato and the apples as my sides, and they were perfect. The apples honestly were probably the best part of the meal, although they did taste like they were from a box. Overall, in my opinion, it is definitely not worth $130, but the waitress was very nice and attentive

We ordered a bottle of wine (delicious), and noticed some guests bringing their own, though I'm not sure about corkage fees. We started with the smoked pork croquettes, which were outstanding and ended up being the highlight of the meal. For entrées, we tried the lamb, braised beef, halibut, duck tacos, and mushroom ravioli. Everything was served promptly, and overall the food was very good, though there's room for small improvements. The braised beef came highly recommended but didn't stand out in flavor or texture. The lamb, cooked medium rare, was excellent. The ravioli was rich and tasty, though the cream sauce slightly overpowered the dish. The halibut was well prepared, but the potato leek cream truly stole the show. As we were leaving, the staff surprised us with a serving of strawberry ice cream for the birthday guest; a sweet and memorable gesture that capped off the evening nicely. Overall, a great experience with attentive service and a few standout dishes.

From the moment we walked in, I could see and feel the sheer energy coming from the crowd and the ambiance: it already felt like great food and great people. It was packed to the brim for Wine Wednesday! They had one table available for two! Our server, Sarah, was outstanding!! She was sweeter than pie and extremely attentive! She always made sure we had exactly what we wanted when we wanted it. She advised sharing a bottle of wine since we wanted the same one, and since it was half price most wines. The young manager on duty delivered and uncorked the bottle, and she was just as sweet as Sarah! Her name escapes me, but I will find out the next time I go. The Spanish Tempranillo we tried was divine! It was perfectly balanced without being too dry or too tannic or too sweet. It was so smooth and thoroughly enjoyable to drink! For food, we started with the goat cheese bruschetta. It was perfection - rich in flavor and well balanced in the distribution of each component! From there, we tried the special of Steak Tips Au Pauvre - with a peppercorn wine sauce. We chose brussels sprouts as our side, and it also came with a side salad. We weren't too hungry, so we split it. Sarah even had the kitchen split both the salad and the main dish in half for us! The salad was so fresh (with ripe grape tomatoes!!) and the ranch dressing was classic and delightful. The wine sauce was everything I wanted it to be: rich, complex, thick, and buttery. It reminded me of the beautiful sauces you find on a steak or chicken dish at a sidewalk cafe in Paris. The dessert menu looked amazing, but we didn't have any room left. The sweet potato fries were inedible due to the salt they were doused with. I will, however, recommend the house fried chips with onion dip and it was a shame to have to leave it since there was so much of it. It probably would be great in place of mayo on a burger. I also observed 5-6 people wandering in and out of the back that weren't wearing uniforms but seemed to know everyone as they stood around chatting. Why??? Not very professional for food service. One young man in particular kept running his hand thru his long hair as he stood near the staff area for drinks and the pass. Ugh! There was also another guy with hair down to his waist that was pulled back but man!, that ponytail was swinging loose everywhere from the kitchen to the bar. Again, ugh! Neither of those would I want near where my food was being prepared. The menu is a fun looking and eclectic mess but we won't be back. I prefer a food be under-salted as one can always add more if needed and the hair completely turned me off.

Our son is on the spectrum, which she had no way of knowi.ng because he is high functioning, as I encouraged him to speak directly to her, she waited patiently never making things awkward. He has just gotten to where he orders himself but eye contact can be hit or miss but she did make it comfortable enough he had no problem ordering. I was a GM for over 20 yrs & this is definitely someone I would have snatched up! She was a natural! She kept a smile on her face as though everything was effortlessly, which I knew it was not. We had been seated next to one of the high top tables which she was also taking care of that night. She provided the same serves to that family of 3 but who ordered less yet complained & had items removed from their bill. That didn't stop them from wanting to go containers for the very food they complained about which she did peovide. She never broke character with her personable approach or her warm genuine smile.
