We moved here in August and this is one of the first places we ordered from. I have never dined in so I can't comment on the ambiance but the food is amazing!! I've ordered the yellow curry multiple times. It's always delicious. The tom kha has great flavor. We also order this everytime. Their pad Thai is consistently good. Everything is consistently good. The staff is kind and prompt when we call in our order. Great service, consistently good food, and we are happy with the portion size. We have ordered from another Thai place in the mt Juliet area and... let's just say, tipsy Thai has our business going forward!
Simple little Thai spot with decent boba and pretty good peanut pad Thai (could be more flavorful but it's one of the better pad Thais I've had in the Nashville area thus far, unfortunately Nashville's Thai seen just isn't it), but the egg rolls and gyoza were pretty bland. Service seemed kind of slow for how small the building it, and it wasn't packed either. Overall, I'm glad I gave it a go but it didn't go down in my top list for local Thai places.

We chose Summer Rolls with dipping sauce (don't miss), Tofu Pad Thai, Beef Pad Thai, side salads with ginger dressing, and Thai Fried Rice with Chicken. Tasty and fresh, and appetizing presentation. Choice of hotness. We'd order again. Styrofoam containers offered for take-home food left over. Tip: Bottled Beer Happy Hour, every day. Small outdoor seating area. Good for groups. Private parking lot. Variety of Thai drinks. Online ordering via ToastTab. Facebook page with menu. No website that I could find. Small Gripe: no draught brewskies. While the décor is plain, service is warm and friendly, and promptly served. We will return soon.

This review is strictly for an order I placed through Uber Eats so I do not know anything else besides what I ordered. I attached my receipt so you could see that it was Uber eats and not anything about being inside the restaurant. Let's start with the larb. Unfortunately, it did not taste like the meat had been seasoned at all. It was quite bland and unremarkable. Next, I had the coconut shrimp. The shrimp were nice and toasty, but there was little to no coconut flavor with it. And the amount of dipping sauce only allowed me to dip half the order Into it. It was the highlight of the order. The wings were well sauced and looked like they were gonna be a good bite of food. However, that poor chicken was as dry as a cardboard box. Haven't tried the yakisoba so I cannot comment on that. All of My issues with the food are certainly not because it was delivered. Being in a car does not make chicken dry. I am uncertain if I will try this place again. If I do, it will be by entering the establishment. but what I ordered is probably an indication of what else there is there.
A true gem in Mt Juliet!! My wife and son come here all the time, my first as I am living out of state. I know zero about Thai food but when something is called Beef Fries it is speaking my language! I had the fried rice modded with the beef fries. Insane in the membrane! As you can see from the reviews all the food is excellent. Combine great food with a convivial host and waiter, Jason, and it's lights out on the competition! We are super grateful to have this place in our backyard.

I got the green curry, drunken noodles with steak, an order of steamed gyozas, and a few fried egg rolls. The green curry was delish! This is my go to meal when getting Thai food. The curry was creamy, spicy, and I loved the touch of egg plant in the curry. I've never seen that before! My wife's drunken noodles with steak was a little bland, but she's not a spice lover. We all really loved the steamed Gyoza and eggrolls!
Great little place away from Providence. The service was great. It's been a while since I've had Singapore noodle & this didn't disappoint. Hubby loved his pad Thai. We ordered chicken wings to go for our daughter. But since our dishes were so yummy, decided to order drunken noodles & pad seu to go for dinner that night. All were delicious!
So....I got a message from Yelp about this place (thank you!) so we decided to try it,and let me tell you,Yelp did not lie!! This place is really good(I mean REALLY GOOD)) They are new,so this place will start getting packed , they are that GOOD! I can not say that enough!! I had some tofu, it was fresh and tasty! The hubs had the curry also very good! Place was clean and customer service was excellent, when you go in there make sure you say hi to Kim, she was a sweetheart! She'll probably come over and talk to you and the other young sweet soft spoken lady was great! Very attentive! AND you can get your picture on brier wall!!
Tried Tipsy Thai last night for the first time! We are thai lovers and it's some of the best Thai we've had in a long time! I didn't snag a picture of our dinner, because we were so hungry but presentation was great too! Only thing, portion size was on the smaller size. Go support a new business!
I've been to this place several times over the years and it's always been good. The staff are friendly and the food is always fresh and delicious. Public Service Announcement -- They aren't closing, but they are moving to Donelson in June 2026. I didn't know until today when we stopped in for lunch. They will be changing the name to Asian Cajun. I will be going to the new spot after they get settled in. That being said I'm going to go ahead and do this review as it's still going to be the same food and owners when they move. This is an Asian/LA seafood fusion restaurant. They serve Thai Apps, Salads, Soups, Wok Fried Noodles, Fried Rice, Stir Fry, Thai Curries, Fresh Shellfish, Sandwiches, weekend Seafood Boils and Boba Teas. They do Catering, also. They also serve some Cajun dishes like Gator Bites, Oysters, Gumbo, Po Boys and more. I will definitely be visiting the new spot in a few months. I think I will review some of the Cajun dishes when I go. Ohhh-- BTW-- They do have a small market selling Frozen Meats and different types of fish like Mahi, Perch, Redfish, Shellfish and Octopus. read more
This is a hidden gem for Thai in the Nashville area. I always get Pad Thai my first time at a new place and did again. My wife had the drunken noodles. Both were really good and the portions were more than enough. The service was very attentive and was making sure all was good. The restaurant is very clean and I love the wall. read more

The green curry with vegetables was flavorful and just the right portion of food. The service was great as well, we held a conversation with one of the servers who provided great recommendations and enlightened us on customizing certain dishes. read more

Great little Thai place tucked away in a strip mall setting! My husband needed to drop off his truck at a mechanic and we wanted to eat somewhere nearby. I looked up this restaurant on Yelp and it got excellent reviews - and I can see why. It's called Tipsy Thai because they also feature a lot of drinks!! The server was extremely helpful and patient since it was our first time there. He said he everything is made to order, so you can customize your dish however you wish! Love that! I ordered the basil fried rice and my husband got the drunken noodles - both with tofu. We ordered the spice at level one - which was spot on! Food was very good. Service was excellent. Restaurant was clean. read more

Amazing hidden place in Mt juliet. Awesome food and super friendly staff. We ordered Curry pineapple fried rice and Crab fried rice which was super delicious. Definitely recommend and Definitely coming back try more from the menu :) read more

My mom and I were craving Thai and our regular spot was closed. I started doing some research and came across Tipsy Thai! The reviews were promising so we decided to give it a shot. Upon entering I immediately noticed the photo op wall! It's so cute! There is also have a huge wall of Polaroid photos as well. It's very clean, tidy, and I love the music! We were greeted by our waiter, he was very kind and let us know about the different menu items. I ordered the Massaman curry. It was flavorful, full of chicken and veggies, came out hot, and was very aesthetically pleasing. It tasted as amazing as it looked. The portion sizes were large and the prices are exceptional. We will definitely be returning! read more
the fried gyoza were pretty good. the fried veggie rolls had great crunch but the filling was literally just mush. i like to see my ingredients in a spring roll, not it all blended up together. for dinner had the combo pad see ew and that was delicious. wish it had more shrimp (3 pieces) but all and all was a good dinner out. only other negative was when we arrived was only 2 other tables seated but it almost took an hour to get our entrees. think this restaurant gets slammed with uber eat requests. read more

I rarely go south on Mt Juliet Rd, but I remembered passing this place awhile back and thinking to myself I need to remember to come try it out. Well, today I was reminded about as myself and a couple of friends had lunch together. They've got so many large TV's it's kind of a nice option to enjoy a meal and watch some games while not being at a bar or other similar option. I ended up having the Massaman curry, a cup of Tom Ka soup and honeydew melon milk tea. Everything was particularly good. Not that best I've had, but good and enjoyable. One thing they had that I've not ever been offered from a Thai restaurant was adding a fried egg on top of my white rice. That was a nice touch as I really enjoy a well-cooked fried egg and this one was just that. Crispy edges with a still warm and runny yolk. Since this was a new Thai place for me, I wasn't sure about the selection for spiciness level. They have a 4-level option with the following terms: Mild - Medium - Hot - Thai-Na-Mite For my curry I went with a safe "Hot" for me. For my cup of Tom Ka, I chose the "Thai-Na-Mite" and it wasn't bad if you're comfortable with a good spicy kick without being too hot where you're sweating and crying with each bite. read more

I'd get Tipsy every day if I could! The food is so delicious and the people are very nice. We ordered Thai Sausage Wraps for an appetizer and it was a bit spicy, but so delicious. We shared the Pineapple Curry Fried Rice and Pad See Ew with chicken. Both were amazing. We couldn't get enough of the medium spicy sauce. Our two year old also loves the friend rice and noodles, but we made sure those had no spice. The inside is super clean and casual. The bathroom was also very clean. read more

The food is the best around, service is like family and the ease of dining is great. I pass 4 other Thai restaurants to get here... it's worth the drive or take out. Just get here and you will not be disappointed! read more
