Very disappointing takeout order experience. Used the BWW app, thirty traditional wings/no sauce, fries/no salt, celery and ranch. App said order would be ready in 30 minutes, arrived on time, told order would be ready in 5 to 10 minutes. After 20 minutes, asked hostess about my order, said they were working on it, then checked and told me they were waiting on the celery! About 5 minutes later my order came out - no fries.... Pointed out the order was incomplete, another 5 minutes to get the fries. Got home and noticed one box of wings was all flats! We ordered a pile of beige colored food for delivery and everything showed up piping hot except for the fries, ice cold. We ordered the chicken tenders, Buffalo cauliflower, fries, Buffalo chicken mac n' cheese with a side of Teriyaki and Buffalo sauce. I thought it would all be tossed in the sauce, but they keep everything separate for delivery orders. The cauliflower was delish and was my fave next to the tenders, which were amazing once they were dipped in teriyaki sauce. The mac n' cheese was my wife and son's favorite dish and it had completely disappeared within an hour of being in the house. Was the food mind blowing? Traditional wings always good. I order the Brisket Sandwich. There is always some promotion going on. Small Gripes: * Seriously big holes in the parking lot. Buffalo Wings' insurer, if aware, would demand this be fixed. * Tiny outdoor fans that sometimes work and sometimes don't. If management was attentive, this would be corrected. * Outdoor TVs blocked by drop lighting. Anyone looked at this from a customer view? * Burgers can't be cooked to customer's wishes. I'd like to order a burger medium-rare, but will only cook one way--well-done. Probably a corporate thing that disappoints me. So won't order any burger * Facility needs a refresh including the outdoor seating area. I visited this place numerous times. This restaurant/ bar was close to work and was easily accessible from the main road across the street. It was always easy to find a parking place too. At first I just sat at a table. Service was about average but lacked the friendly atmosphere. Later, I started sitting at the bar. The service was above average at the bar. So, I became a regular here for lunch. I learned that I got better service at the bar during the day around lunch time during the week days. I noticed others sat in the bar area and it was probably because they got better service too. The bartender took care of not just the bar, but the whole bar area which included the dining area. The dining area has tables and booths too. Of course, the great service was because of Meagan. Specials: I usually got their lunch special which was a hamburger and fries for about $5 to $6. This special was between 11am and 2pm during week days. One tip I would give is to join the "blazing awards" when you come here. Had different experiences here, both good and bad but I keep coming back. I mean, I live chicken wings so what can a girl do... Keep trying! The last couple of visits have been better so I hope they are on the way up. New management? The service have been all over the board, from absolutely terrible to very pleasant. My husband's wings came back extra wet (not requested) and the lemon pepper was barely there. I didn't asked for naked wings. I wanted lemon pepper wings. Hi! I'm not one to leave a bad review as I'm a server and bartender myself! The server was super kind to us during our experience, so shout out to Bobby even tho he was incredibly busy! We arrived around 9PM and there were a couple of tables and it wasn't too busy, we got our appetizer fairly quickly, but we sat there for about 45 minutes with no food while everyone else's food arrived to their table, even people who arrived after we did. I know that's common if we ordered a large amount of food to have to wait longer but me and my boyfriend only ordered 20 wings total and fries. Bobby checked in on us and was concerned and felt bad when he realized we hadn't gotten our food, he mentioned most cooks left early so I understand tickets getting lost, but waiting an hour for chicken wings is a little excessive. Having to pay $1.20 for one extra Ranch and a few Celery Stalks with 12 wings seemed a little much to me. I don't know if this is a new policy or just a policy of this particular location. I'll admit, I am a fan of BWs. There is something to be said about consistency. I am somewhat lucky that I have two nearby (the other is the Hermitage location). I find myself going to the Mt. Juliet location with my family. My five year olds love it. I think it's all the TVs around ... lol. However, I have noticed that there seems to be a great deal of turnover at this location. Our server was in training and this was our 4th time here in about 6 weeks at the location -- all for dinner service. This is frustrating when you ask questions about menu choices and/or specials. With that said, the management seems to go out of their way to chat for a few minutes with each table. The food is consistent from location to location, but I fund that the sauces for the wings vary in consistency, flavor and amount. I have tried several other things on the menu other than the wings, and all are underwhelming. In summary: great place for a family to eat; the food is so-so; and the waitstaff (at least at this location) needs to be regular. But it is a good place to meet up with some buddies to watch a game, have a beer and get some wings. read more
