The pastor is spicy, you get enough heat, but it doesn't take your head off. I saved the best for last and that is the barbacoa. Imagine the most tender, melt in your mouth pot roast, take that and multiply it by a 100 and you have the barbacoa at El Paisa. A touch of cilantro and grilled onions rounds out these beauties.
