She did not wash her hands the entire time we were there. We didn't receive silverware. I had to ask for napkins. Nobody asked us how her food was or the drink that I bought. This isn't meant to bash but to hopefully help by providing real feedback from a customer who use to really enjoy coming here. Again, she's busy and needs a snack, but that was very inappropriate in my opinion. I think the owner should look into hiring more people for front of house because the concept and menu is phenomenal but has not been good for the last few times we've been.
