Pho is delicious! Perfect on a cold rainy night. Stir fried noodles with chicken was cooked just right. Wonderful people. We will be back!

This is my favorite place in Gallatin! Fresh, healthy, delicious food. The restaurant is always…read moreclean and the staff is always friendly. Once, my toddler was coloring with the crayons they provide and drew on the wall. I felt horrible and they were so kind and told me not to worry about it. I like to get the Vui bowl with chicken, but I've had almost everything on the menu and have liked everything. When we have visitors from out of town, this is where we take them. They have something for everyone--even my vegan sister! Their kids menu is also good, and kids are 1/2 price on Tuesdays. Additionally, they are willing to resolve issues. I once purchased a gift card online thinking it applied for a promo. When it didn't, I called and was contacted by their head of marketing. He made things right by adding extra rewards to my account. They supporting this small, local chain! It is my family's go-to for a healthy dinner on busy week nights when we don't have time to make dinner at home.

Before you, gentle reader, dive into this review, let me reassure you that I am more demanding than…read moremost in my expectations of Viet cuisine. I have first hand experience with a large variety of Viet dishes from Saigon, Thu Duc and Vung Tau, RVN whilst I was deployed at Long Binh Jail. That being said, I am a SoCal transplant and used to what I have considered to be among the BEST Viet dishes I have eaten anywhere. The basis of any decent phó is the broth. Normally, the broth is prepared 6-8 hours before the first bowl is prepared and served. Th broth at Vui had no depth or complexity; it is just broth. The noodles, veggies and meat (beef in our case) were already in the bowl when brought to us, not on a plate to be mixed into the broth. We also had their goi cuon, called summer rolls. They were meh. All in all, the phó was adequate to satisfy my craving, but nowhere near what I've come to expect. I have found 3 Viet restaurants in west Nashville that are worth the drive.

Vui’s Kitchen - Dirty sauce spoon. Everytime we come here there is disgusting crud on the spoons and bottles are sticky. Just breeding germs !!!

I've ordered Vui's Kitchen for takeout twice now and really enjoyed it…read more The online ordering system makes it easy to quickly place an order. The food was estimated to be ready 10-15 minutes after I ordered. It was ready in the promised time. The Chicken Pho was perfect when I had a cold. I added chili oil and loved the flavor of the soup. It was loaded with chicken and veggies too. The Beef Bao Bun was flavorful. The meat on the Bao bun was great. Vui's Bowl was also really good. My kids loved the Kids Rice Bowl. The kids' meals are large enough for my daughters to share. Vui's will be on my list when I'm looking for a healthy meal or a nice brothy soup.

My fiancé and I got take out from here tonight. Here are some positives: good service, staff…read morelistened to our changes (ex: no cilantro), and the food overall was tasty. Everything tasted fresh, no complaints there. However, I had an issue with the portion size to price ratio. My fiancé and I both ordered the regular sized pho. They have a smaller size and a regular size and we 100% ordered regular size. Now, I don't know if something got mixed up, but assuming I got the correct order, a regular size portion is a shallow takeout container with noodles and the toppings and 16oz of broth. That amount of broth is enough to barely cover everything in the already shallow bowl. Also, the bao bun, while super tasty, cost $4.25 and we got one piece of pork belly on it which I was a little sad about! The coconut pudding, also super tasty, was pretty small too and cost $3.00. However, it is a filling dessert so I can understand that pricing and portion sizes. Again, overall this place is good, but I think I've just been a bit more spoiled with other Pho spots I've been to. I've had a lot of places give me a lot more bang for my buck.

The Chili Tofu and Avocado Spring Rolls were so disappointing I briefly lost faith in civilization…read more I took one bite and felt my soul leave my body, hover above the table, and ask if we were seriously doing this. It tasted less like food and more like a cry for help wrapped in rice paper. My friend and I each had one bite, locked eyes in silent despair, and the rest was immediately sentenced to the trash with no possibility of parole. The Smashed Cucumber Salad, however, came in like a redemption story written by HBO. Incredible. Fresh, crunchy, perfectly dressed, and here's the kicker: the cucumber was barely smashed. As it should be. I am once again begging restaurants to stop assaulting cucumbers. They did nothing wrong. Let them remain whole, crisp, and emotionally stable. Then the Coconut Curry arrived and suddenly all was not lost. Rich, cozy, and actually delicious. The kind of dish that whispers, "stay, don't leave a one star review yet." A strong supporting actor in an otherwise emotionally complicated evening. Would I drive all the way from downtown for this again? Absolutely not. Nashville has too many places competing like it's the culinary Hunger Games, and right now this one is still in the training montage. There's potential, but we're not at "burn gas money on purpose" levels yet. Now let's talk about the staff: genuinely phenomenal. Kind, attentive, and somehow carrying the entire emotional infrastructure of the restaurant on their backs. Also, there was a ridiculously hot chef or sous chef in the back who had me rethinking years of personal growth. For one reckless second I considered asking if she needed a husband, a line cook, or someone to simply stand there and admire her knife skills. But my therapist, my ancestors, and basic survival instincts reminded me about boundaries. Also, based on the intensity of that kitchen energy, I'm pretty sure flirting would end with me folded into a dumpling and steamed. So yes, I may return. Not for the spring rolls. For closure. And possibly for the hot chef at the wok station who now lives rent-free in my mind.

On a cold winter afternoon, I was feeling a bit under the weather and craving something comforting…read more A bowl of steamy Chicken Pho from ESP hit the spot, and I'd definitely order this again soon. I ordered delivery through UberEats, and it was at my door in less than 30 minutes! It's important to shout out the way they package their pho to-go - the noodles and meat are kept separate from the broth, and even the toppings come in their own container. This makes it easy to customize your bowl, and even keep some for later. I highly recommend tacking on some extra noodles!

Tasty Pho! Greeted and sat down right away around noon on a Saturday. Friendly and attentive…read moreserver. Ordered a Cha Gio Crispy spring roll for an appetizer. Then a P5 Pho Dac Biet for the main. Both the appetizer and the main dish came out in a respectable time. Both delicious and temp hot! Atmosphere was clean in the dining room. A little dim. The restroom wasn't that great. But i came here for the food of course! Definitely will be back when i pass through Bowling green! -Cha Gia crispy spring roll. Came out piping hot and crispy! Perfect texture and perfectly seasoned. Sad part was it does not come with nuoc mam dipping sauce, but a generic sweet and sour sauce. Other that that, an A rating! -P5 Pho Dac Biet. Absolutely phenomenal bowl of pho! Broth was hot, not too sweet, and perfectly seasoned. Was quite surprised being that it's one of the only Vietnamese restaurants in the area. Came with the normal Veggies that go in Pho. Do not skip on the Pho! A+ bowl of pho! -Atmosphere. A little dim , restroom not that clean. Overall a B.

We ordered everything to go, and the food was packed perfectly, which really mattered since we were traveling. We spent a few days in Bowling Green and wish we had found this place sooner. The pho was the standout. The meatballs were hands down the best I've ever had, and I've been to many pho restaurants. The broth was rich, portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh. My kids ordered Chinese and Japanese dishes, while my wife and I went with Korean options, and every meal was excellent. Big portions, amazing flavors, and nothing felt rushed or sloppy. It's easy to see why this spot is a local favorite. We'll absolutely be back next time we're in town.
