The Vietastic food truck has been traveling around Gallatin recently and has delicious Vietnamese food. Only available in the evening make sure you look at the schedule on line. Our meals were flavorful and cooked perfectly. Freshly prepared, there are loads of fresh vegetables in their dishes. The fried rice had plenty of fried rice. Orders were prepared quickly, I think I saw 7 people working in the truck. read more

The guy that took the order was nice. The complaint is, I ordered the spring rolls. It appears as 3 shrimp on each roll but the shrimp at cut in half. Very cheap and not what I was expecting. Being nice at the window does not take the place of actual whole ingredients. read more

The Chicken Stir Fried Noodles were very tasty. They had a lot of white meat chicken throughout and lots of big chunks of vegetables. The fresh spring rolls were a great appetizer and very refreshing. I enjoyed dipping them in the sweet and savory peanut sauce. read more

Pho is delicious! Perfect on a cold rainy night. Stir fried noodles with chicken was cooked just right. Wonderful people. We will be back!

Food is fresh and delicious! Pork egg rolls melt in your mouth! Pho is full of flavor. They are so thoughtful and gave a soup spoon and bag of toppings with the order. The portion sizes are generous! Fried rice was some of the best I've had. Can not wait to try more from them! If you see this food truck make sure to stop and order! read more
