If you are a serious hot chicken fan, add plus one to your normal spice - I had medium and it was mild. Great flavor though. I thought the inside was nice, they have beers and TVs with the sports games on. This would qualify as fast casual but its comfortable inside and they also have a patio. We're hosting some friends from Spain, and we wanted to introduce them to Nashville hot chicken before they traveled home. Due to some mixups on timing, arrived about 30 minutes before closing. Although they were setting up to close, they gladly accepted our party of 9 people. We ordered a variety of dishes from the menu, including chicken tenders, chicken breast & thigh, catfish sandwich, and the hot chicken bowl. While most of us got mild, a few got adventurous and ordered medium or hot. The staff even gave us a side of the hottest sauce for our guests to try. They have bottled beers and a few on tap as well. We weren't sure what we wanted, so they let us have a taste to find the right one. All of the food was delicious, and the portion sizes were quite large. We had some leftovers for lunch the next day. Admittedly, we stayed well past their 9pm closing time, but the staff never tried to rush us out or make us feel unwelcome. Our only regret was waiting too long to order one of their ice cream bars for dessert -- they had already closed out the register. We'll definitely be back. I had a craving for hot chicken, so we gave BJ Hot Chicken in Mt. Juliet a try. This place seems to have become pretty popular since its opening. There was a line when we arrived, but it moved quickly and we didn't have a long wait for our food. My husband and I both went with chicken tenders and potato salad. The tenders had good flavor and the mild seasoning had just the right amount of heat for us. The potato salad was the perfect side to cool your palate between bites of hot chicken. For dessert my husband got an Oreo ice cream bar, and I enjoyed the couple bites he shared with me. I'm glad we now have a tasty option for hot chicken in Mt. Juliet! read more

Went to visit this gem the other day. The location is very convenient being in the Providence area of Mount Juliet. Psst.. a liquor store is also next door. I ordered 6 winglets (lemon pepper) with one side (fries). I also requested to have all flats with hot sauce on the side. The wings were fried hard (without asking) which I appreciated, and the fries were seasoned perfectly. For the chicken, they have several different flavors to choose from. The service was quick, and the extra requests were handled without any problems. The restaurant was very clean and has outdoor seating. I will definitely revisit this gem of a place again. Ohhhh... and they have ice cream bars (popsicles) for dessert, but I didn't get the chance to try any of them. read more

I've eaten at quite a few Hot Chicken places and from what I tried today, this place can contend with any of them. They have 5 levels of heat, no heat, Lemon Pepper or Garlic Parmesan. You can get your Tenders fried or grilled. I got the Breast Quarter with Medium heat and it was perfectly cooked and the crust was just right on the crispy side. The staff were friendly and the food came out in a timely manner. This restaurant just opened about a month ago, so the interior is new and clean. They offer 2 apps, Tenders, Wings, Quarters, Catfish Sandwich, 2 Desserts along with Sides. They had a few Beers on tap. I love Nashville hot chicken and BJ's doesn't disappoint. This one is new in the area. I've been going to the one in Lebanon since it opened but came to this one in the Providence area tonight. The chicken is good. I always get a quarter breast the first time I go somewhere because if you can do that right the rest will fall in line. When they brought my order out I had two breast because they said they were small. They weren't that small but I did eat them. Now that's customer service. The restaurant has plenty of seating and loved the 80's music they were playing. Come check them out if you live in the area make it a regular place. read more

I honestly would rate them a five star and truthfully, the reasons they are not are TRVIAL in all honesty. The chicken is AWESOME!! Cook times are long, and they need better seating during winter times. If it were warm they have plenty of seating. And simply order your chicken ahead of time and avoid the wait. read more

First time visitor. The chicken is the best I've ever had! So juicy and flavorful and a good size. I got 3 mild tenders and 3 medium. The medium was just enough to make my nose tingle. I'll try hot next time! The fries are crinkle cut and seasoned-think Zaxbys but way better. The mac and cheese was perfect, creamy and cheesy with some seasonings. Here are 2 things I didn't like. The whole place smelled like fabulouso cleaner. I got there early so maybe it was just super strong, at least we know they're mopping! Here's the biggest kicker-hidden valley ranch dressing.
