I am pretty happy with the hot wings and leg quarters. I am super stoked for the fried pork belly . The pork belly is served with salt, lime and a really awesome green dipping sauce. The pork belly is only available in fall and winter (for now). . If you are in Lebanon and want hot chicken, head over to BJ's. read more

Small location just north of the square. Very clean with about 10 tables inside. Two large TV's on the wall showing ballgames. Counter service with fountain drink station. Food was very good! We ordered the 3 tenders meal with crinkle cut fries. Medium heat level was just right if you like a little spice but not burning your mouth. Tenders were cooked just right with the right amount of crunchy coating. We will definitely return to try some other sides. read more

I will say. We've ordered from this restaurant 10-15 times and when I say they haven't missed. They haven't missed. The best chicken spot around and it's not even close. The big box stores need to take a lesson or two. Great Food. read more

We love the food here! The hot chicken is moist and crispy with great flavor. Try it, you won't be disappointed!

It's a good sandwich. It's nothing outstanding about it but the price and the quality match up. I got the chicken sandwich which is tenders on bread but technically it's a chicken sandwich. I tried the mild which was not really spicy but had a good flavor. The mac and cheese was surprisingly savory. A tad over salted but that's a personal preference. The service was great, fast and the place was clean. I would recommend read more

Absolutely the best chicken I've ever had. The spice was hot enough without it overpowering the flavor of the chicken. It was hot and fresh I wish they were in Arizona read more

We wanted to try the famous Nashville chicken before we head out and BJ Hot chicken was closest to us. Our order took less than 10 minutes and our order was hot, spicy and juicy. The spice was definitely not for the faint hearted and paired so so well with the coleslaw which had a coconut dressing which made it so creamy and delicious. We got in for Happy Hour which offered 2 leg quarters for $7.99 (usual 1 quarter for $7.99). The offer was a steal deal since we were so hungry and everything was wiped clean off our trays. Customers started flowing in once the clock hit 5 and downtown Lebanon got busy too. A beautiful, historic place to enjoy after our meal. Delicious and tasty spot. P.S: the chicken leg quarters are halal and have been verified by the staff. read more

I'm glad to finally have an option here in Lebanon for Hot Chicken. I always measure a chicken place on the breast quarter. If they can cook it correctly without making it dry then they're going to get the rest of the menu right. These guys gave me a breast that was cooked properly. I order the hot my first time at a place and theirs is hot. I would like to see a bit of salt in the spice mix that would bring out the flavor of the chicken more but overall it's good. Looking forward to the next time I come. read more

This new hot chicken place opened on the square. I popped in for lunch on Black Friday on lunch break. It wasn't very busy. The staff is super friendly. They give a bit of a discount to first responders in uniform, too. I had the medium hot tenders. You can choose how hot you want it. It had a little kick. The tenders are pretty large. The potato salad was delicious and my friend also got baked beans and said they were also very good. These tenders ranked up there with some of the best I've had. It's good quality chicken and cooked very well! I was full from this meal. I can't wait to bring my wife here soon. read more

Very small place right off the square. Good chicken. They don't have boneless wings, but their tenders are really good!

Was in the Lebanon area overnight for an event and just happened to be near the store. The front staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and guided my choice. Got the Happy hour deal for 2 leg thigh for $8.99 at 'Capsaicin' hot with coleslaw. The place was clean, spacious and spotless. The chicken thighs were huge and absolutely delicious. Crispy skin, juicy meat and taste bud tingling spice!! read more

Delicious hot chicken and very friendly staff! We Will for sure be back for more hot chicken goodness!

My partner picked up an order to go and it was ready pretty quickly. The place is clean and welcoming. When we got home, we opened up our order and noticed the amazing aroma. The fried chicken leg was crispy and fresh, and the greens were wonderfully seasoned. My partner ordered a hot chicken sandwich with mac & cheese that he truly enjoyed. My only slight issue was that the pasta was overcooked so the mac & cheese didn't have that bite to make it great. We also ordered the pork belly--yummm! The whole meal in general made me feel as if I was eating a homemade meal. We will visit again to try the rest of the menu :) read more

Just passing through Lebanon and found this gem on yelp. I can honestly say this was the BEST chicken I've ever had. Don't usually eat fried chicken, but I am not sorry. I got medium spicy and it was just the right amount to tickle my tastebuds but not overwhelm them. I wish I had gotten more; I only got the leg and thigh, but I easily could've doubled that. The coleslaw was also excellent - - not too much mayonnaise like some do. I wish we lived in this town because I would come here regularly. Price was reasonable too! read more

1st time here. We've been wanting to come since we heard about it. We were NOT disappointed! Restaurant was clean and bright. Ordering was easy. Staff was friendly and welcoming. I ordered 6 winglets, medium heat w/ crinkle cut fries. Chicken was absolutely delicious as were the fries. All were fresh and hot. Skin on the chicken was so, so tasty. And these knocked BWW out of the water. I'm so happy to have this place right in the heart of town! We will be back! read more

BJ Hot Chicken - 6 winglets w/ fries n ranch. Lol, I already took a bite, couldn't wait! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Lebanon, Tennessee

Great service every time we come here. The chicken never disappoints. Great selection of music as well.

Food's great. Had the wings. The employee at the counter was very friendly. I'd go there again for quick to go meal.

We're new in town and decided to stop here after a movie and it's a pretty good restaurant. The place was clean and it wasn't busy at all for a Saturday afternoon. The employees were really nice and helpful and brought our food out once it was done. The wings were well seasoned and flavorful. My husband finished his sandwich so I'm assuming it was good for him I didn't even ask lol. The potato salad wasnt bad they actually use mustard which is what I'm used to most places only use mayo which I don't really like. They offer more flavors than the typical hot chicken place like Hattie Bs which is good. All in all we'll be back. read more

Foods alright. There are better places to eat. Every time I've gone the chicken has been hard as a rock way too much breading. Nice and clean though but they don't have a changing table so not family friendly. People have always been nice though. read more

Some of the best hot chicken you will find. Counter service and food is cooked fresh and brought to your table. You can order any spice level you choose from mild (no spice) to a XXHOT which is not unbearable, but it is very spicy! If I had any suggestion it would be to offer better dressing choices. As for the tenders, sandwiches, wings and sides they knock it out of the park! read more

There's a lot of amazing hot chicken restaurants all over the greater Nashville area as well as in Nashville of course. I tend to be someone who is very picky about my hot chicken. This place is without a doubt one of the best you'll go to. The chicken is juicy, massively flavorful, and the consistency of this place is unbelievable. The sides are even outstanding as well as the customer service. Definitely a place I recommend that you visit without a question of a doubt whether it be for lunch or dinner. And if you find yourself at somebody who needs to stay away from either fried foods or just in general like me don't care too much for heavy breading, I recommend trying the grilled chicken option with the heat. It is absolutely outstanding and is not just a unbreaded fried dried out chicken tender. When it comes to heat levels this place definitely doesn't play. But it seems like they have great options for both the touristy not used to heavy heat as well as heat levels that will absolutely have you begging the question " why did I do that" because of how extraordinarily hot it is. At the end of the day, if you like good chicken, supporting small businesses, and like a variety of heat levels, this is a place you want to go to when in Lebanon. read more

Good, not great. BJ Hot Chicken ranks firmly in the shadow of Prince's and Hattie Bs. While a better lunch than most of the area fast food joints, the hot chicken tenders just weren't up to par with their bigger competitors in the hot chicken game. For starters, their sauce needs some work. The flavor just wasn't there. The potato salad was ok. The restaurant was relatively clean, and the service was ok. The joint had a weird smell, hit as soon as I walked in the door. I almost walked right back out, but I stuck it out to try the food. Maybe an isolated incident, maybe it's an old building. I'm open to going back and giving them another go. I will update the review if I do and it's any better. read more

Good food great, service, clean restaurant, would definitely return again when I get a hankering for hot chicken.

I have been ordering from here for a while now. It always hits the mark. Definitely the most consistent hot chicken restaurant around.

Craving some Nashville hot chicken? Save your gas and stay in Lebanon. We got a six piece tender plate that comes with two sides. The chicken was crispy, hot, tender and juicy! I got the medium heat and it was just right (warm). Potato salad was good and the baked beans were piping hot. Free cups of water. The place is downtown, new and clean! I'll be back! read more

Lebanon had really been missing good hot chicken and BJs delivers so well. I had a six piece tender meal and split between medium hot and their hottest. I loved the hottest... though I don't recommend it unless you're a spice fiend like me and have a lot of napkins to deal with your runny nose. I had their greens and coleslaw as my sides and I could eat a whole meal just if their collard greens. My husband had the quarter chicken with potato salad and really enjoyed it. We will definitely be back. read more
