I had a strong craving for Pad Thai, and this spot definitely satisfied me. I placed my carry out order at the bar in the restaurant, and waited about 10 minutes (if that long) for my food to be prepared. The staff was very kind to me for the short duration of time that I spent inside. I ordered the gyoza and chicken pad thai 8.5/10! I'm only knocking the score down because there's something in the gyoza that gave it a texture I wasn't too fond of, though the flavor was spot on. I feel like the portion sizes are great... I really enjoyed everything I had here. I started off with the steamed dumplings. I loved it! The size was huge, and it was full of meat. Theirs has been my favorite so far out of all the restaurants I tried this at. I also loved the iced coffee here a lot! The pho here had a pretty good flavor. I like how they had everything such as vegetables on the side, the bean sprouts, the basil. They also had all the condiments available. I honestly didn't expect them to have everything they had for the pho. I also tried the whole red snapper. I enjoyed it very much. It was cooked to perfection. We were traveling thru Lebanon and getting hungry when he stopped at Bangkok pad Thai. The ambiance is fine, but service is a little slow. We ordered the fresh rolls, wings and shrimp crisps to start. My husband liked the wings. The fresh rolls were really well done, but the peanut sauce that came with it was not. It tasted like it came straight out of a peanut butter jar, added sugar, and then had such a thick coat of crushed peanuts on top that you couldn't even get to the sauce. The shrimp crisps were fine. I dipped them in the leftover chili sauce from the wings. For our main courses, my husband ordered the massaman curry with chicken and brown rices. I ordered the wide noodles with peanut sauce & shrimp. Oops! Same overpowering, gloppy sauce. I asked the server if he could bring me some rice wine vinegar so I could tone it down, only to be told they didn't have any. Huh??? So he brought me white vinegar and I splashed a couple of tablespoons of that on top. It made it much more palatable, but I still ate less than half of it. And funny thing, of the two people serving our table, neither asked if it was ok, did I want something else, or even, did I want to take it to go. Just as well it's nowhere near where we live. Ordered Takeout and they left out the soup that should have came with our meals. When I called in they said they don't do that on takeout orders. Nowhere was this mentioned on their online menu nor was it brought by the person taking our order (https://www.bangkokpadthaikitchen.com/menu). Been here several times. Never disappointed. Absolutely love their Crispy Duck. The service is usually really good considering I only ever see a couple of people doing everything. Takes too long to be greeted when you arrive. They always seem like they are under staffed. Service is slow but the food is typically good, that's why we keep coming back. I was disappointed with the seafood hot pot the last time we were in, plenty of artificial crab but not a lot of shrimp. The flavor otherwise was very good as usual. The location sits in a corner with ample parking. The restaurant itself was nice, but service was slow. The atmosphere can be a little loud. If get offended by music with cursing, you may want to skip this place. I believe there were 2 waitstaff working and they were busy. We ordered the fried tilapia with fried basil and coconut soup, the orange chicken, and some chicken wings. I have to say, the chicken wings were small but really delicious! Thai for lunch is always a i treat. There was no line to be seated or a wait but it took a while to get seated just because no one was paying attention to the door. Once I sat the server did not acknowledge me. When she did I was ready to order and had been for a few minutes. I ordered Panang curry with chicken spice level 3. It came with a salad but no choice of dressing, just a very sweet dressing along the lines of miracle whip. My entree came very quickly, the rice was steaming hot and the flavor of the food was very good. There was a lot of liquid and not much meat and veggies, if I had this same meal for dinner I would not have been happy but as lunch it was fine. level 3 was not really spicy, mixed with the coconut milk there was really no heat at all. I waited 15 minutes for my check after I finished eating and never saw my server in between. The food was fine but the service was really bad. This place had very little customers dining in right before dinner time so this might be a good time to hit this spot...around 330ish. Despite this, I noticed their to-go orders were flying out the door, so I knew it was a good choice. Everything was clean and well taken care of and the staff here were super friendly. He even let us know what the more popular dishes were and we picked one of them (curry chicken). The food flavors were a bit on the sweeter side of the spectrum but tasted great over all. Wowza! What a hidden gem in Lebanon. This was so delicious! Everything we tried was delish! My Ginger Root Meal was packed with flavor. I went with a spice level 2. I would bump to a three next time. The spring rolls were fresh and cold! The crab rangoon was a good mix of sweet and delicious! The side salad was just enough and the dressing was fresh. I was hesitant to try Thai food in Lebanon but I'm so happy I found this hidden gem. It's usually a red flag when I walk into a Thai restaurant and don't see anyone Thai or Asian at all...but the food is great and authentic tasting. I love the chicken pad Thai spicy level 3 and beef salad spicy level 3 with a side of sticky rice. With that being said, the service could improve. It is obvious that the restaurant is short staffed. The first time i did a pick up order was very prompt and the server was very nice. The second time, they were very busy and I waited 20+ minutes past pick up time and wasn't acknowledged at all. I finally asked about my order and it came out shortly after. Servers were still very nice, but acknowledging the customers presence in these situations can go a really long way. This restaurant needs help so they can stay open and thrive! Also so that the current FOH staff isn't getting burnt out. read more

Came from California- I've had my fair share of Thai town food etc. This place is my go-to Thai restaurant. Taste is real Thai food, it's good. It's not watered down to American food taste type of deal, as you see other Thai restaurants in this area does. Which is a good thing, it means it's not junk food! Atmosphere is relaxing and have TVs at the bar etc. It's good lighting too. Quiet enough to have a conversation, but does have music to not be too quiet. I thought the balance was good. But you can adjust the sauce by adding hoisin sauce to your liking, no big deal. Tom kha was lackluster in flavor and presentation. The crab Rangoon didn't seem fresh and tasted like it was double fried after thawing. The drunken noodle was okay, I certainly had better at other Thai restaurants. I wish it was served with authentic wide noodle The lemongrass chicken was quite tasty and the presentation was nice. The crispy tilapia was served with a curry sauce, which I thought was a little strange. I didn't like how fishy it tasted, I wouldn't recommend it. The seafood salad was quite bland. Multiple elements of the salad didn't taste fresh and I was certain I ate a raw scallop. Service was friendly and the food came out quickly. Overall, the food was pretty average at best. read more

Ordered online for an easy and quick pick-up experience. My first time trying this Thai restaurant which is nestled in the corner of a busy shopping center with plenty of parking. IF YOU WANT PROTEIN DON'T COME HERE I have been coming here for nearly 3 years and have always been a happy customer. My go to dish is the Thai Hot Basil Chicken. Tonight, unfortunately, I noticed that there was barely any chicken in my dish. We brought this to the attention of our server and she insisted that they put 3 ounces of chicken. It's important to mention that I'm an obsessive measurer of food, and typically consume 150g protein daily so I know what 3 ounces of chicken looks like. What I had was maybe 1 ounce of chicken. As a repeat customer, I would have thought that they would've made some concession rather than continue to push back and tell me that it was 3 ounces of chicken. The flavor was still on point, but this dish lacked the amount of protein they claim to put. Rather than do the right thing, and maybe offer a little bit more chicken, they refused. Next time, if there is a next time,I will bring my weight scale . Terrible lack of accommodation for a long time customer who will likely not return. Whatever happened to making sure your customers are satisfied? Do the right thing! read more

Fantastic. I got the Bangkok Crispy Duck. It was great. The restaurant was clean and the service was fast and efficient. We were in and out for lunch in about 45 minutes. I don't feel like it was 5 stars, nothing went above and beyond, but it was easily a 4 star lunch for the quality of the food alone, especially for Lebanon TN. I will no doubt return. read more

I lived in San Diego for about 25 years. As luck would have it, I was on a West-PAC with the Marines and we ended up in Thailand for a few days. My liberty buddy was a recently married devout Christian.. and he pretty much limited all of our activities in Thailand to eating in restaurants and doing a little shopping for small gifts for family members. (Thank you Ernesto... you probably saved me a great deal of trouble... and to think I was cursing your name the whole time...) So, as you can probably guess, I developed an appreciation for good thai food. I moved to Lebanon two and a half years ago. I want to be the first to say that my expectations for Asian food when moving here were not high. I had no idea that the absolutely best Thai food that I have had outside of Thailand is in my tiny little town. Seriously. No hyperbole... and no, they aren't paying me to say this. I have invited thirty or so friends to this restaurant. Everyone leave breathless and in culinary awe. I have only explored maybe 10 percent of the menu.. (I am a creature of habit), but every time I venture out of my comfort zone, I am amazed at how good the new dish is. Here's my run down for an average visit: Crispy Vegetable Egg Rolls - two to an order.. might as well get one order per person... so light and crispy they are divine. Chicken Satay - chicken on a stick... and yet this is the best Satay that I have ever come across. Flavorful, crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. Amazing!!! Mixed Vegetables with Tofu - I am not a big tofu guy... I like it only two ways... with Japanese Eggplant and with this restaurant's Mixed Vegetables. The dish is just about perfect. Thai Iced Tea? Yes, please! I am not a user of illicit substances, but this thai iced tea has got to be a little addictive and is so smooth and sweet that it should probably be a controlled substance. I eat here as often as I can. I have never had a bad experience. I can't believe how lucky I am to have this restaurant here in my hometown. read more

This is the third time I've eaten at Bangkok. The servers are also super nice. I didn't catch the young man's name who helped us, but he was nice and engaging. I had tofu Pho. It's yummy (even without the jalapeños and basil I usually have with it, but they were out.) my child enjoyed the kids shrimp chips and spring roll. He likes to dip the chips in the Pho. We arrived at 8:10 PM. We placed our order and waited for our food to arrive. Our food arrived, and I had taken maybe 3 bites of my food when a worker who wasn't even out waitress asked if we were ready to pay. It was very apparent that she wanted us to hurry and leave so she could go home. I asked another waitress if we could order food to go to take home to our daughter. She told us no, the kitchen was closed. It was 8:35 PM. The business hours said the restaurant closed at 9 PM. We paid our bill, placed our unfinished meal in a container and left. I overheard the young lady who asked us to pay that she was in a hurry to leave so she could go tan. The food was ok, I've had better food at other Thai restaurants.
