Mega sando chicken sandwich meal. I'm so full!
Tony J.

This place finally opened in Lebanon. They had been teasing us for a while! As a lover of hot chicken, I had to see what this was about. I got the Mega Sando meal. The sandwich is large! I was 3 bites in before I even got to the bun. It was thick, juicy, and delicious. I ordered mine served mild and it had a little heat on it! The waffle fries were okay. I may get a different side next time. The wife ordered the korean chicken entree which was served with teriyaki chicken nuggets over a bed of rice. It was very good. There was so much we had to take a little home with us for later. We will definitely be back. Cool spot for sure.

Overall good. Super fast casual setup and basic menu. Wrap was huge portion with good quality chicken. Medium spice has tolerable kick. Clean and quick.

Okra. What's left of it. lol

I went to this location when they first opened and I loved it then and I love it more now. Their chick is so tender and so juicy like a chicken should be. You can tell it is made fresh to order. I love their waffles and the fried okra and literally I crave it. The sauces are ölse exceptional. The manager was so nice and still honored a special coupon they had but expired. Service is super and food is always great. They are a jewel in Lebanon. If you ask me.

The jumbo hot chicken sandwich, waffle, fries, and a side of slaw

Just recently moved to the area and had the opportunity last night to finally try here. I am so glad I stopped. I ordered the large chicken sandwich, waffle fries, a side of slaw and a drink. First off the atmosphere you walk in and it's got a colorful graffiti wall and everything is nice and fresh and clean and it's a really good vibe a really great atmosphere. They have self service kiosks where you can plug your order in and they bring it right out to the table The meal itself with a small tip was about $20. And mind you worth every single cent The chicken sandwich was massive. This chicken must've been on steroids because it was huge. I ordered the hot and it was beyond flavorful and had great heat with great taste that wasn't overwhelming at all. The chicken came out piping hot the Nashville, hot sauce and the drizzle were unbelievable as well. Moving onto the waffle fries, waffle fries nothing really too special with them, but they were cooked to perfection what I would love to see is maybe a Nashville hot dry seasoning on them, and they very well may have offered that and I may have missed it, but that just would've kicked this up to a whole Nother level. The slaw was probably one of the best I've ever had. It wasn't dry and it wasn't overly creamy or liquidy perfect texture. Had a nice bite. Overall, I gave this place five out of five stars, top two bottom, five stars the service. The woman at the counter was very pleasant brought my food over as soon as it came out everything is fresh to order, the food was beyond excellent to the point where after I finished my meal, I went up to the counter and said that was absolutely amazing . They offer some desserts which I was beyond stuffed and I didn't try and they offer both bottles and soft serve drinks the minute I walked out that door. I was already looking forward to coming back and trying even more. They have a lot on the menu to choose from Wings tenders mac & cheese and fries.

Had to take a box for later

Definitely a hidden gem. 11/10 would recommend anyone in town to try A lot better than most chicken places I've been to.

Chicken Fingers Combo 3 (FingersFriesDrink) Hangry Sauce Extra Ranch
Adriene D.

The food was absolutely delicious. The chicken tenders were hot and made to order as well as the fries. The service was pleasant. I appreciate the order takers on duty being patient in answering questions, offering suggestions, anything we needed. The ambiance was nice & quiet, good music was playing, & the location was clean as well. Their Hangry sauce was delicious & the ranch is their signature which was absolutely delicious.

Loaded waffle fries

First time visiting this restaurant. Very clean. Friendly counter person. She was informative and didn't rush us to order. We ended up ordering the loaded waffle fries and the sandmo. Ordered both with medium heat. Both came with a side of their signature sauce. The sandwich had coleslaw and a slice of sweet pickle. The bun needed to be better than an average hamburger bun. There were three mini tenders on the sandwich. We found the coleslaw and the signature sauce to be too sweet. Medium heat definitely had a lasting kick to it. Tasty and didn't burn your taste buds off. The loaded waffle fries were served in a large portion. Lots of chicken chunks, few fries, few jalapeños. Lots of sauce topped with finely shredded cheddar cheese. Again we ordered the medium sauce. Very tasty and we brought half of it home. They serve Pepsi products. Solid 4 stars. Less sweetness and better bun would have made it a 5.

Korean Nuggets

Stopped in for lunch for the first time and throughly enjoyed the offering. I had the Korean Nugget meal and my lady had the Chicken Fingers with mild sauce. Both were delicious and the service was great. Price with tax and drinks was just over $27. Their location is not ideal but food delicious.

But I have to say something about this ridiculous breakfast/lunch system. We sat down at 10:22 this morning. Our server tells us we have 8 minutes to order breakfast because at 10:30 they stop serving breakfast. Okay, no problem. So naturally I say, "Alright, we'll just order lunch." Nope. Apparently she can't put in a lunch order until 11:00. So from 10:30 to 11:00, we're just supposed to sit there and stare at each other. Seriously, what is this system? I'm sitting in a restaurant at 10:30 in the morning, hungry, surrounded by food, and apparently there is a 30-minute period where I am not legally allowed to order anything. It's 2026. We have AI, self-driving cars, phones that can translate languages in real time, and refrigerators that can tell us when we're out of milk. But Town Square Social apparently has a computer system that says: 10:29: "Would you like breakfast?" 10:30: "Absolutely not." 10:31: "Can I order lunch?" 10:31: "Don't get crazy." 11:00: "Okay, now you may eat." Again, I LOVE this place. The food is fantastic. This isn't a knock on the staff or the restaurant itself. But somebody needs to fix this stupid system. If I sit down at 10:22 and decide at 10:42 that I want lunch, I feel like we should have evolved enough as a society to make that happen. Until then, I guess I'll just stare at my wife for 30 minutes and contemplate my life choices. Great food. Great place. Absolutely ridiculous system.

We had a Delicious sandwich & fries. Great gravy on the poutine-esque "Disco fries". Quality meat on the cheesesteak which was chopped well and very beefy, excellently diced onions, good soft bread, nice cheese option with the Cooper Sharp. Lo and behold, I was craving a sandwich one day and looked up their menu. It had pretty solid options and reminded me of a Panera. That's exactly what McAlister's is except it's not bougie with the price to match. McAlister's reminds me of a Marie Calendar's but in deli form. I ordered two different sandwiches (McAlister's Club and King Club), a baked potato, potato salad, and nachos via mobile app for pickup. It was ready when I got there so the app time was pretty spot on. The sandwiches were DELICIOUS. The only thing I honestly wouldn't get again were the nachos, they were okay. The cheese sauce was amazing but the nachos themselves were pretty plain. The baked potato side was huge and well worth the upgrade. Place is clean and the price of a sandwich and drink about the same as anywhere else. They have tables outside and the weather was acceptable to enjoy the light and fresh air. The inside has plenty of seating and appears clean and maintained. The issue these days with any deli meat is the preservatives and ingredients, guaranteed not organic or healthy unfortunately every food establishment these days is selling unhealthy food so it's best to eat at home unless you are forced to because of travel or pure convenience e.g. the stove is broken or the fridge is empty.

I enjoyed the old-school ambiance and service was very good, as they frequently checked on us. The provided bread was some of the best bread I've ever had with a meal (up there with Red Lobster's addicting biscuits), with a cheesy type of crust on it! The salmon dip appetizer tasted pretty good but there were some huge chunks taking up the bowl making it tough to grab with the tortilla chips. I wasn't a fan of the cocktails. The Spring menu Spiked Iced Green tea tasted good but only made up a third of a glass, making it more of a shot than a cocktail. And my Old Fashioned was pretty watery. The spaghetti and meatballs tasted fine though it could have used a bit more sauce for the vermicelli and the meatballs were very dry. My friends spoke very highly of their blackened chicken dishes though. I can see why Demos' is a middle TN staple though I would want to try something else and avoid the cocktails next time I visit.

In the winter, the back of my pick-up held seven - yes, seven - half baked frozen pizza from a restaurant. That was my introduction to the food. When I learned about this store, I had to try it. Being a 45 minute drive, it was a lot shorter than the seven hours for seven pizzas. I will end the suspense, and add some fun. The pizza was very good and my family was unanimous that it earned the four stars. The sauce definitively did not come from a can and the crust used a high quality flour with a great chew. When I made the trip to Chicago, those pizzas had both a bottom and top crust. This one had just a bottom crust. According to our research BOTH are valid versions of this regional delight. Service was wonderful, both while taking my order on the phone as well as the counter lady who was jovial and fun to chat with. It is a new store and as such was bright and airy. Patrons sat at clean tables enjoying their food. However, there was a Chicago Blackhawks flag hanging in a prominent location. Boo! Hiss! Go Predators! Go Redwings! OK, I'll deal with it. Pizza made the 45 minute trip via Doordash and that was a mistake. Oh! Wait! I was the Doordash driver delivering my own food. Setting on a slight angle in the seat, toppings slid to one side. My wife, who is wonderful (She is not my wonderful wife because I only have one wife and there is no terrible wife.) Even in an insulated bag that could not be zippered shut, it cooled off too much and had to be reheated in the oven. A bit of advice from my wife - DO NOT let them slice it up! Leave it in tact! The toppings ooze out and make it a casserole instead of a pizza. The bottom line was that we agreed we will do this again. While there are excellent pizzerias in our city, a Chicago pizza is unique and worth a trip from time to time.
