They have NAILED the New Jersey bagel!! The "chew" is right and the flavor is great. The selection is everything we had in NJ. (Our daughter loves the salt bagels). We both had Pork Roll sandwiches and while a different brand than we're used to (Taylor), we actually liked this Trenton brand better because it wasn't as salty. If you've never been to NJ and eaten a bagel from there, I highly recommend getting a Pork Roll, Egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. I love mine on an Everything Bagel. Coffee is delicious. Only downside is styrofoam coffee cups. Maybe they could switch to paper. One request - please open a 2nd store in Cookeville TN. The Tennessee Tech students would literally eat you up.

First off, the place is a fun, no-frills bakery. The illustrations are entertaining! I ordered a ham, egg & cheese on an onion bagel, my husband ordered the sausage, egg and cheese on an everything bagel. These sandwiches are HUGE, so either share or come hungry! These sandwiches coffee is no frills as well, so don't expect anything fancy. We will come back because the sandwiches were awesome, definitely want to try the pork rolls next.

You just can't beat this place !! ‍‍‍‍

I just had the breakfast sausage, onion, and cheese bagel and I'm convinced this place has cracked some sort of ancient Northeast code the rest of the country doesn't have. The bagel itself? Perfect chew, crisp outside, soft inside -- exactly how a bagel is supposed to be. Not bread pretending to be a bagel. The real deal. The sausage was hot, savory, and actually seasoned (rare these days). The onions were cooked just right -- not soggy, not raw -- and the cheese melted into everything like it knew where it belonged. Every bite hit. No weak spots. No filler. No shortcuts. You can tell immediately this place gives a damn. From the dough to the cook to the final handoff -- it's done with pride. This is the kind of spot you accidentally ruin other breakfast places by going to first. If you're anywhere near Jersey Oven Bagels and don't stop here, that's on you. I'll be back -- probably way too often.

Great sandwich for good price. Spicy Dagwood. Amazing service and fast. Store has cool self service options

For someone who was born and raised in Jersey, this place is the real deal! When moving to Nashville, I was pessimistic about finding a true NJ bagel shop, but I was wrong about not being able to find one! When you walk in, there are so many Jersey signs that make me feel right at home. The service is quick, and while you may have to wait a bit for the sandwiches, it's well worth it! I ordered the pork roll and cheese on a sesame bagel. The bagel has the exact consistency of a true NJ bagel, and the pork roll was so tasty. If you don't know what pork roll is, it's a type of ham that everyone in Jersey eats with their bagels! Try it. You'll like it. They also put a ton of cheese on the bagel, which oozes out of your bagel. It's amazing. My boyfriend got the sausage, egg and cheese on a plain bagel and he loved it as well. Again, they aren't shy with the amount of cheese, which is what's a good thing. We will, of course, be back for more delicious Jersey bagels!

This place was decadent. I loved the environment, especially how friendly everyone was. I especially appreciated the customer service as i forgot to grab one bagel and they even went as far as to replace it days later. I will be back and the best sandwich I had was the Reuben!! The best cream cheese was the strawberry- tasted like ice cream to me.

Bumping it up to 5 stars after my last visit. Basic deli interior, The staff is friendly but also real so come correct. Absolutely fantastic bagels and cool creations. Had the hot pastrami and Swiss, on a pumpernickel rye bagel (per his suggestion). 9/10 The meat was juicy and packed to the brim with flavor. The way they whip their cream cheese, all the unique spreads. Chewy light bagels. Guys, we happily drive 30 mins to get these on the weekends and so should you.

I grabbed lunch at Jersey Oven in Mount Juliet, TN. I was very hungry and looking for some great bagels. I ordered the pastrami and swiss sandwich. This bagel shop makes fresh bagels and has a grill to cook up hot food for bagel sandwiches. Service is simple, you walk in and order at the counter. I waited a few minutes after ordering and my food was ready. My pastrami sandwich was large with plenty of meat and cheese on a garlic bagel. The pastrami had a good salty slightly smoky flavor to it and it was juicy. There was lots of cheese to balance out the meat. Some veggies on the sandwich would have been nice, but the sandwich hit the spot and resolved my hunger. I was expecting the texture of a new york bagel, however it was lacking that dense chewiness. Other than that, I enjoyed my food and ordered an everything bagel to-go to make a breakfast sandwich at home later. There is also a deli case with processed meats to purchase on the side. Jersey Oven is a go.

My 2 stars do not reflect the quality of the food!! The bagels were good. They miss the accuracy of our order on two items... both were to have extra egg. I'm thinking the "person" taking my order is tuned out. There was a limited supply left of the bagels. We knew it and she stated that as well. So we placed our selection and she "carefully" wrote it down! Good job! Bad job... She took so long that the bagels we selected when there was no one else in the shop were quickly taken by the other staff member WITHOUT ASKING what we selected. When you're giving your order and you specify exactly the bagels you want from what's remaining but the hostess mess's up by not bagging your bagels first.. Disappointing!! And No apology!! What's worse is when staff members "whisper" about the customer in front of them! To the Owner... you have a great shop! And great products! Your hustling!! Don't let your front staff represent you poorly!!

I also noticed two large piles of dough proofing and a fresh pecan roll on the cooling rack. Emeraude supports other cottage cooks through the display and sale of their products: ice cream and cookies to mention a few, so you are not just there to buy bread. However, bread is the primary reason you are here. I didn't know about the preorder program (great way to reduce waste) but there was still plenty to choose from. I am a sucker for sourdough, big selling point, and we took one home as well as several pecan rolls. The pecan rolls were spot on: great texture and flavor. The caramel stayed soft even as it cooled, excellent. Maybe that was the duck fat. Not likely to do this again due to the price. I am always impresed when a baker gets a solid crust with a soft chewy interior on any loaf of bread. Our loaf was perfect in that regard. On the other hand, the bottom crust, while not burnt, required a tremendous amount of force to cut through it. See the picture and notice the very dark color. The sour flavor of the loaf was not overly powerful and everyone liked it. Fall is the perfect time for this bread because it goes great with soups and stews.

Hunter is kind and patient, even came to refill my cup for me when the coffee finished refilling. The space is admirable as well; bathroom is clean and the whole place has spunk, character, and good music. I'm not in the market for a loaf of bread today, but i was instantly enamored with the smell. Between everything above and his character and bit of background he shared with me, I have no doubt it's phenomenal. Imported olive oil... specialty flour mixes... artistic fermentation. What's not to love? Can't recommend it enough. Comparable to kniedlovs in Chattanooga but smaller.

My son turns two this weekend, and this birthday means more to our family than most people will ever know. He was very sick around his first birthday, so we never got to have the celebration we had hoped for. This is our first real birthday party for him, and like many busy parents, I was trying to pull everything together at the last minute. I learned that Lili Bella's typically takes orders well in advance, but after speaking with the sweetest woman on the phone, she suggested I reach out to the owners directly because they might be able to help. They didn't have to. But they did. This local, family-owned, veteran-owned business fit me into their schedule for two dozen cupcakes with only a few days' notice. They helped me come up with ideas when I wasn't even sure what I wanted and made the entire process easy. When I arrived, I was completely charmed. The bakery is tucked inside a beautiful historic stone cottage that feels warm, welcoming, and full of personality. The owners are some of the most genuine, down-to-earth people I've met in a long time. Not "good customer service" nice--actually kind people who genuinely care about their customers and community. As I was leaving, they handed me their last fresh cinnamon roll of the day and told me I had to try it. No charge. Just kindness. Who does that anymore? While I was there, I learned they do cakes, cookies, cupcakes, coffee, tea events, and even have a Bridgerton-inspired experience coming up that I'm already planning to attend with my mother-in-law. The cupcakes are for tomorrow's pool party, so I'll happily update this review after everyone has tried them. But honestly, the experience alone earned five stars before I ever opened the box. In a world that often feels rushed and transactional, Lili Bella's feels like the opposite. It feels like community. It feels like kindness. It feels like the type of business you root for because you genuinely want good things to happen to good people. Thank you for helping make my son's birthday special. You've earned customers for life. And if you've been losing a little faith in humanity lately, go buy a cinnamon roll from Lili Bella's and spend five minutes talking to the people who run it. You'll leave with more than dessert.

It all looked delightful. Service was very pleasant and patient. The lady in line ahead of me wasn't being very kind to the workers and speaking to them in a very demanding tone, and they handled her with grace and professionalism. They were also working cohesively as a team to ensure quick service. All our treats were yummy. My surprise favorite was probably the coconut and orange scone. The glaze on top was sweet and pleasantly crackle-y and the flavors were balanced and paired perfectly together. The espresso cookie was also balanced and super yummy; espresso and chocolate go together for a reason! The tahini brownie was fun to try and wildly gooey/rich as promised by the addition of the tahini, almost too much so for my preferences. It is SO fudgy, lol.
