Total hidden gem! We stumbled on it while staying at a nearby Airbnb that apparently forgot to mention literally anything fun but if you needed a lesson in Christianity they had that covered. I digress this place had Live music, local vendors, food trucks, friendly service and mead that made me forget my mild Airbnb rage. Peach picking sealed the deal this place was pure unexpected joy and saved our trip from the Jesus silo!

This is the perfect spot for your fall outing! My husband and I had a nice afternoon exploring their shop, drinking the frozen peach cider, munching on the delicious fresh apple cider donuts, and sitting outside in the rocking chairs. They have lots of events, outdoor games, and are expanding an area for kids too. The staff is lovely and we will definitely be back!

Apple cider donut! $1.50 for one. But didn't taste nice and fresh like other apple orchards I've been to.

My sister happened to find Breeden's Orchard and mentioned they were having an Apple Fest event so we decided to check it out. The drive took about an hour and its a bit off the main road but that wasn't an issue. The parking was a bit chaotic. Granted, maybe we should have just parked in the way back of the lot but in hindsight I'm happy we didn't since it started raining by the time we left. The place is definitely not as big as I was expecting. For it being an "apple fest" they really didn't have much going on. There was a food truck in front selling your typical burgers, fries etc. then there's the one store that sells merchandise as well as the apple cider treats. But not much else other than some seating outdoors and a couple props to take pictures. But, of course, we came for the delicious apple cider donuts and their apple cider slush... too bad we didn't foresee it taking an hour (or possibly longer) of waiting to get them. The line started off wrapping around the inside of the store, then they moved us outside since it was getting WAY too hot and humid inside. So we stood out in the grass for an hour in the slow moving line. In that time there was a gentleman who made two announcements: one was that their donut machine was overheating so they had to stop making donuts while it cooled off, also that their granita machine for the apple cider slushies had to be refilled so to be patient with those as well. He also made a second announcement that they were closing their caramel apple table (we didn't come for that so it didn't really affect us specifically). For how packed it was, I'm surprised they weren't more prepared or maybe had more machines to pump out the donuts and drinks since that's what everyone was there for. I can only assume that maybe this was their biggest event of the year and any other weekend or weekday they just aren't busy enough to need more machines. The prices of their apple cider donuts and slushes were affordable. I think we paid $1.50 per donut and somewhere around $3 for the drink if I remember correctly. I will say that their donuts didn't even taste warm and fresh like I was expecting. And surely not with the hour wait we spent to get them. The apple cider slush was ok but nothing special. Overall I wouldn't really recommend coming here. It's not worth the drive, nor are the food and drinks worth the time spent waiting. It's a shame this place was a bust, could have been a cool spot to come to yearly for fall season. But for now, I'm definitely skipping on Breeden's Orchard.

The apple cider donuts were good and the apple cider slush was delicious. Otherwise, it's very small and traffic/parking is pure chaos.

Enjoyed a recent visit here and enjoyed the many varieties of apples for purchase. No apple pickin due to new orchard trees, but many fresh available to be purchased. Being originally from the northeast, brought back many memories of childhood getting apples from an orchard. They also have various family friendly things to do on site. We enjoyed shooting the basketball and getting in some time with the goats. Great place to stop on a fall day and plan to visit again.

Great place to bring the family for a relaxing outing. The quaint little shop offers local knick nacks and they make their own Meade. The coffee Meade is amazing!

Breeden's Orchard has become quite a destination in the last two years. After bouncing back from a fire in 2020, they rebuilt bigger and better, including a beautiful new farm store packed with locally sourced foods, baked goods, crafted items, and more. The setting is perfect for family outings or to grab some insta-worthy shots. The folks who run the store are friendly and fun - and they offer samples too. (Try the whipped feta...) Follow their socials for themed kid-friendly days and musical evenings, including market days during the summer when other merchants are welcome on site to sell their wares.

    Tasty apple cider slushies!

We came here back in October and we loved visiting! They have very tasty apple cider donuts and that is something we've always loved eating in Autumn. We also enjoyed their apple cider slushies and they were very tasty (nice mixture of tart and sweet). They also have a market where they sell fresh apples and other assorted goods and they had a grill going where they were making burgers (very filling and cheap!). They have lots of activities for kids and this is a great place for families. It's a nice place overall and it's great that we have this in Mt. Juliet.

How cool is this pepper?!?!? Purple Pepper!!

This spot is super cute & has an amazing selection of apples. They have some fresh produce as well you can purchase. I was absolutely fascinated by their rainbow of colors peppers!!! They have some dry good items to make dips with which I now wish I would have purchased a few extras to bring home! This isn't an all day orchard farm but it's definitely an on the way or after breakfasts/brunch pit stop! You will not be disappointed. You must try their frozen apple cider & apple cider donuts!

    Farmers market.
    Nate M.

Farmers Market on Thursdays! We came here specifically for the farmers market and to let my son run around the play area and enjoy some tasty food truck eats. The farmers market is small with about five booths, no including the orchard itself, which sells apples, veggies and cakes. My wife ended up buying some handmade soap from one of the vendors and a small bag of apples. The other vendors here sell jewelry, baked goods, homemade Jam and few other household Knick knacks. There's a small play area with swings and a few slides. My son loved the swings and the slide area. There was some live music and a seating area for the adults to watch the kids. Don't come expecting the farmers market in DT, but it is a great way to spend an afternoon.

They have been doing renovations which included sprayed white insulation on every interior wall and the ceiling of the barn. 2 weeks prior my daughter-in-law did a walk-through of the barn and the owner assured her that all of the walls and ceilings would be finished and that the venue would look beautiful. My poor daughter-in-law was i absolute tears when she walked in for the rehearsal the night before and noticed that the entire facility was still completely undone. The interior still had over sprayed chunky insulation on the interior. Nothing had been touched or been finished like she was promised. It looked absolutely terrible. She asked the owner if it would be finished that evening and the owner dismissed her by only replying NO and then rushed out without any other discussion. Her bridesmaids had to rush out to Michaels to find some fabric and bunting to cover an entire corner of the room because it was so unsightly. Also, the bridal suite was filthy dirty including a disgustingly dirty toilet. The room that had all of the decor and chairs and things were covered in an inch of dust and the chairs that we needed to use for the bride and grooms table were covered in black mold. The air conditioning was also not working due to the renovations. I would NEVER recommend this venue to anyone. They should be ashamed for tarnishing what should have been the happiest day of their lives. This was honestly a case of fraud. The venue that they saw in the day they contracted with them was NOT the venue that they had on the day of the wedding

You pull up and there is ample parking right outside the farm. We were greeted by one of the Wilson's children (added that nice family feel) where we purchased admission. $10- they take cash, card and Venmo. From there you have fresh kettle corn being cooked and bagged, and a nice size area to purchase pumpkins and other goodies. You can hop on the tractor and take a ride around some of the property or they also had a little 'train' for the kids - super cute. The corn maze is straight back from the entrance - it's huge and you can get lost - take note of the aerial photo at the entrance . When you come out, if you start to head back where you came, you'll see a wildflower path up ahead, was a nice stroll up through there, and wraps you back around to another pumpkin patch. That's where the 'action' takes place... cannon and slingshot action! Here you can pay for a slingshot or cannon experience; we did both. Slingshot was fun, mini pumpkins - $1 for 2 shots and you totally get that 'pull back far far far sitting on the ground experience' - loved it! The cannon - well- I loved the power in between my hands!! That sucker shot a NICE distance. This was $2/shot or $5 for 3. Well worth it!!! We didn't carry cash on us, so after grabbing a wagon/cart up front (there a few to use - or bring your own!) we grabbed a variety of pumpkins in the field - ghost, green, orange, etc... then we ended up paying for the cannon experience when we purchased the pumpkins. Things to note: Bathrooms on site, cards accepted, pumpkin patch, kettle corn, tractor rides, cannon and slingshot, corn maze, 'train' for the kids. I spotted some fire pits, might be able to use those as well, just ask! We spoke with Lynn (Mrs. Wilson) and learned all about the farm. She and her family really put their heart into this and you can tell. This farm has been in Mr. Wilson's family since the 1800s!! Cannot say enough good things about this Farm and how kind the entire Wilson family is. Bring the family, go with friends, fly solo - whatever, just do it!

I recently learned that it's open in the summer, too, and I was so excited to come and get my apple cider slush fix (and some fried apple and peach pies)!! The slush (and cider) is unlike any other. It's the perfect mix of sweet and sour, and no matter how hard I try I can't replicate it at home. The fried pies were a little undercooked and not as warm and toasty as I remember them being, but I'm guessing that they are better during the busy months when they have to make them fresh. There are bathrooms on-site, and lots of outdoor seating. There is a store to buy lots of jams and salsas and fresh produce. There is also a playground ($3 per person). During the fall fest there are always a lot of activities like a petting zoo and face painting, etc. Some may say it's a bit overpriced, but I love supporting this family owned orchard that has been a staple in the greater Bowling Green area for 50 years!! Don't miss out!
