Breedens orchard is a great place to bring the kiddos for a nice day. I attended the honey fest for my first visit and although it was a nice I expected a lot more. It wasn't really giving festival vibes. It was really just the regular shop with honey themed products and honey sampling. I wish they had a few more vendors or live music or something of that nature available for the adults. I did try the donuts... when I say yum I mean delicious. I had a peach cider donut and a honey glazed donut. Out of the whole the honey glazed was the best. All in all a cut experience and a nice place to chill. I just expected quite a bit more read more

Really cute orchard but a little misleading in photos online. This is not a you-pick orchard. It is a small market with an activity yard for kiddos. The options in the market were delicious. Selections of Apple cider slushies, fresh produce, cookies, donuts and fresh bread were available for purchase. They also had selections of local honey and jams. I adored their bee garden where you could see 2 different hives making honey. If you are looking to take the kids somewhere and have a cider or two this is the place! If you are looking to pick your own apples or have a cute lil fall date, this orchard is probably not for you. read more

Total hidden gem! We stumbled on it while staying at a nearby Airbnb that apparently forgot to mention literally anything fun but if you needed a lesson in Christianity they had that covered. I digress this place had Live music, local vendors, food trucks, friendly service and mead that made me forget my mild Airbnb rage. Peach picking sealed the deal this place was pure unexpected joy and saved our trip from the Jesus silo! read more

Beautiful afternoon to stop by Breedens Orchard. Lots to do for families with kids. There are some slides and hay bales to climb on (free) and a little village for kids (admission required). You can walk around and see bees making honey in the back. There are adult beverages (cider slushies were great!) and of course, get your cider donuts! There are lots of items in the store to peruse as well. Get there early for the best selection of apples. We were there around 2pm and they were almost out of Honey Crisp. Parking... you most likely will have to park in the grass near the store. It's bumpy and uneven so take it slow. read more

This is the perfect spot for your fall outing! My husband and I had a nice afternoon exploring their shop, drinking the frozen peach cider, munching on the delicious fresh apple cider donuts, and sitting outside in the rocking chairs. My sister happened to find Breeden's Orchard and mentioned they were having an Apple Fest event so we decided to check it out. The drive took about an hour and its a bit off the main road but that wasn't an issue. The parking was a bit chaotic. Granted, maybe we should have just parked in the way back of the lot but in hindsight I'm happy we didn't since it started raining by the time we left. The place is definitely not as big as I was expecting. For it being an "apple fest" they really didn't have much going on. There was a food truck in front selling your typical burgers, fries etc. then there's the one store that sells merchandise as well as the apple cider treats. But not much else other than some seating outdoors and a couple props to take pictures. But, of course, we came for the delicious apple cider donuts and their apple cider slush... too bad we didn't foresee it taking an hour (or possibly longer) of waiting to get them. The line started off wrapping around the inside of the store, then they moved us outside since it was getting WAY too hot and humid inside. So we stood out in the grass for an hour in the slow moving line. In that time there was a gentleman who made two announcements: one was that their donut machine was overheating so they had to stop making donuts while it cooled off, also that their granita machine for the apple cider slushies had to be refilled so to be patient with those as well. He also made a second announcement that they were closing their caramel apple table (we didn't come for that so it didn't really affect us specifically). For how packed it was, I'm surprised they weren't more prepared or maybe had more machines to pump out the donuts and drinks since that's what everyone was there for. I can only assume that maybe this was their biggest event of the year and any other weekend or weekday they just aren't busy enough to need more machines. The prices of their apple cider donuts and slushes were affordable. I think we paid $1.50 per donut and somewhere around $3 for the drink if I remember correctly. I will say that their donuts didn't even taste warm and fresh like I was expecting. And surely not with the hour wait we spent to get them. The apple cider slush was ok but nothing special. Overall I wouldn't really recommend coming here. It's not worth the drive, nor are the food and drinks worth the time spent waiting. It's a shame this place was a bust, could have been a cool spot to come to yearly for fall season. But for now, I'm definitely skipping on Breeden's Orchard. read more

Enjoyed a recent visit here and enjoyed the many varieties of apples for purchase. No apple pickin due to new orchard trees, but many fresh available to be purchased. Being originally from the northeast, brought back many memories of childhood getting apples from an orchard. They also have various family friendly things to do on site. We enjoyed shooting the basketball and getting in some time with the goats. Great place to stop on a fall day and plan to visit again. read more

Lovely place to spend your day at! They have everything you would ever need. They have a gift shop with a great gift selection and some farm grown produce, a bakery, a meadery, and a play area. We have tried their apple cider donuts and a couple of their apple cider slushies. Everything we have gotten has been tasty. They have cookies, breads and pies too at the bakery. The only thing they could improve on is their service. A simple hello when you're about to pay would be a sweet gesture. Their play area is great for kids and growing ones too. They have slides, swings, and some ring and hook games set up and a bit more. We will certainly be back to try some mead and other treats in the near future. read more

We came here back in October and we loved visiting! They have very tasty apple cider donuts and that is something we've always loved eating in Autumn. We also enjoyed their apple cider slushies and they were very tasty (nice mixture of tart and sweet). They also have a market where they sell fresh apples and other assorted goods and they had a grill going where they were making burgers (very filling and cheap!). They have lots of activities for kids and this is a great place for families. It's a nice place overall and it's great that we have this in Mt. Juliet. read more

Love this place so much! A great market selection of unique food and gift items, as well as their events. Following them on social media is key for their events as they have been offering some cooking and sewing classes. It is a great set up, and I really enjoyed the sewing class I took there. read more

They market themselves as a winery. We LOVE trying wineries everywhere we travel. We went into the gift shop here and tried to be friendly. No wine anywhere. When I was buying some gourmet food items I asked where the winery was and the checkout lady said it was out the back door. So we went back there and it was closed. Why didn't she actually engage with the customer and tell me they were closed today and when they would be open? I'm really sorry we disturbed her day. Won't happen again. Do yourself a favor; find a real winery and don't waste your time going here. It's a tourist trap that really doesn't like tourists... read more

This spot is super cute & has an amazing selection of apples. They have some fresh produce as well you can purchase. I was absolutely fascinated by their rainbow of colors peppers!!! They have some dry good items to make dips with which I now wish I would have purchased a few extras to bring home! This isn't an all day orchard farm but it's definitely an on the way or after breakfasts/brunch pit stop! You will not be disappointed. Farmers Market on Thursdays! We came here specifically for the farmers market and to let my son run around the play area and enjoy some tasty food truck eats. The farmers market is small with about five booths, no including the orchard itself, which sells apples, veggies and cakes. My wife ended up buying some handmade soap from one of the vendors and a small bag of apples. The other vendors here sell jewelry, baked goods, homemade Jam and few other household Knick knacks. There's a small play area with swings and a few slides. My son loved the swings and the slide area. There was some live music and a seating area for the adults to watch the kids. Don't come expecting the farmers market in DT, but it is a great way to spend an afternoon. read more

I love going to support and purchase their fresh produce. Since their remodel over the past few years, it has improved with more to do and see. I have never been here before, but heard about Breeden's from my neighbor. The fall season is upon us and I had a sudden urge to go get fresh apples from an orchard so I googled orchards in my area in Breedens popped up. My husband and I made a trip and while the shop and the store team per friendly, the apple selection was disappointing. I got a large bag of red delicious and every apple was mealy, mushy and soft. I got a small bag of Granny Smith's and they were pretty good. But after spending $25 on the red delicious and having such a poor quality product, I doubt that I will return to Breedens to shop for apples again. So disappointing! read more

It's a peach of a place! The people are welcoming, informative, knowledgeable and friendly. The peaches are succulent. The surroundings are idyllic. My visit today was by accident (I actually just stopped for directions) but everyone was so engaging I stayed an hour, learned a lot, and left with a bag of the very best peaches I've every tasted. I went and visited the orchard in October so we weren't able to pick apples ourselves. I purchased a lot from the store and have loved all of it! The blackberry jam is amazing and so were the three types of cider that I purchased. I honestly don't think you can go wrong with any of their products. The apples were in great shape and so delicious. Definitely a great place to go!! I'm excited to be able to pick peaches and apples next season! read more

Two important things to note: 1) actual apple-picking from the orchards only takes place in September & 2) peach-picking in July is an adult-only affair as several unsupervised children, in prior years, have wreaked havoc on their produce.
