Finding the location and parking was a breeze. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a lovely young lady with the warmest Southern drawl. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to order, so I decided to sit down and enjoy my meal. Now, THIS is where the experience really stood out. The conversations with the staff were so natural and welcoming that I genuinely felt like I was visiting family. And guess what? Granddaddy himself came out of the kitchen, where he was cooking, just to sit and chat with me! We had a REAL conversation. He told me about his career, his retirement, and even pulled out his phone to show me pictures of his family. No scripted customer service, no forced small talk. Just genuine Southern hospitality. I absolutely LOVED that! Now, let's get into this FOOD! I ordered 12 wings, half mild and half hot, with a side of collard greens. Everything came out piping hot, fresh, and FULL of flavor. The portions were generous, too. I couldn't finish it all and had to get a to-go box. The food was delicious, but the hospitality is what really made this visit memorable. It's not every day you walk into a restaurant as a complete stranger and leave feeling like family. If you're in the area, PLEASE give this place a visit. Great food, authentic conversations, and Southern hospitality at its finest. 10/10! I'll absolutely be back!

The staff was super friendly, and the menu had all things chicken. Chicken sandwiches, chicken fingers, and wings. I decided to try the Mega Sando with mild sauce and the waffle fries. While I appreciated the size of the chicken breast, I was really disappointed with the flavor. The chicken lacked seasoning, and the mild sauce had no heat or flavor. I was hoping for something that would knock my socks off but it just didn't deliver. Even the waffle fries, though fresh, didn't win me over. I plan to return and use my free chicken sandwich coupons. Hopefully the second time tastes better.

When I arrived, there were a lot of people waiting around the cash register. All of them were waiting for a pick up order and most had been waiting for over 30 minutes. One man has been waiting over an hour and kept on waiting for an additional 20 minutes after that. I planned my drive based on the time so that I could just pick up the order and take off. However, I was asked to wait another 20 minutes. Though the wait was excessive, the manager was handling all customers with such grace. He wasn't rude, explained to everyone about the delay, and even when he was cursed off by an impatient customer, he kept his calm. I do hope everyone enjoys their meals, and I hope that the restaurant find a way to place the order faster. 4 stars for handling a difficult situation wonderfully, but minus one star for the long wait. Food tasted great!

Place was busy for a weekday afternoon, with a couple of large groups seated at joined tables. What sets TennFold apart is how they work as a team. My server had one of the large groups, which usually means that as a lone patron you get little attention. Not the case here, multiple servers would check in on me. As I watched the floor, I could tell this was just the culture of the business. My server and another one that waited on me confirmed this, they talked about they all covered for each other as well as managers and owners jumping in to bus tables and help, and doing it happily. They talked about how different it is working in this environment vs other places. Kudos to the staff, owners and managers!

Sorry, just my personal opinion. They tasted like Wal-Marts Bubba Burgers and were chewy/gummy. Not sure about their chicken but I'd never order a burger from there again, which was disheartening because I'd ordered a few for my dinner this week as I'm travelling for work and like to get my meals ahead of time. Fries are mostly fresh (the usual fast-food hustle of using old grease vs. new grease standards) and seasoned well. Chicken fingers are a bit small, but again, it's fast food. Seasoned well, especially if you get the Nashville Hot Or lemon pepper dry rub (have to upgrade to a 4-piece, but mostly worth it). Sourdough bread is good. Peach sweet tea is sooo good. Only reason for four stars (and I know it's corporate Zaxbys, not this location), but a $4 upgrade going from 3 chicken fingers to 4 is steep- the one time I did get it, I had about 6 fingers, maybe by accident? It wasn't like 1 song, it was all of them. I understand most people are into that sort of thing these days, but not everyone is. I find it difficult to understand how drug use, blatant disregard for law, sexual and police violence are typically considered crimes on the news, yet we and our kids sing about it all the time like it's cool? Maybe one day it will just be a new way of life. Who knows.
