No servers, order at the counter on one end and listen for your name at the other. I popped by on the way out recently, mainly due to the fact that they have grilled tenders! I got three grilled tenders, slaw and a pack of their chicken skins for a little less than $20. At my initial pickup, they had fried tenders and once I let them know it was grilled, they apologized and within a few minutes, I had my correct order. Given the type of service I got at ordering, I wasn't surprised the wrong variety of tender was put in. As with most spots, this location gets busy fast, so if you see a break in the line and a few empty seats...do it! Overall solid spot for a hearty meal when at BNA.
