2 of us for lunch on a Tuesday. One bacon cheeseburger salad. The greens were wilted and the bacon cheeseburger wasn't very warm. Could be the nature of that combo. The other was the three sliders and onion rings. The burger slider was about a tablet of very overcooked ground beef. The chicken was over fried. The bbq was great. They do have some good specials on certain days, as well as a decent happy hour offering. It's also located in a good spot right on Hwy 70, but easily able to pull in and find a spot in their on-site parking lot. Easy, convenient, affordable, and centrally located. We watched the world cup semifinal game here and enjoyed the wings. The outdoor patio is so beautiful. It rained a little and we were perfectly fine under the covers. Also had good margaritas. The price is unbeatable -20 wings are $24.99 and they were large size wings. We took some to go. The JBs hot was my favorite flavor out of the 3 we tried. Our server was very nice and friendly. Wow got right in and seated at lunch time. Our server Jamie was right at the table ready to take our drink order. See gave us a few minutes to look over the extensive menu. We are back again! We do like this place. If you like hush puppies or just think you do, you MUST try the ones a JB's Pour House. Ask for them with butter. The melted butter sets it off. Very good! I had the catfish basket and my wife had tenders and fries. Food was hot and fresh. Which is ALWAYS a plus! Catfish was good and the fries are always good here. Tenders were mostly breading but large portions. Only real complaint is the entire restaurant smelled of cigarettes smoke. Looks like the outside enclosed area is allows to have smoking and that has seeped in possibly through the roll up garage style doors. ??? All in all a good experience. If I didn't have asthma we could have stayed longer but that cigarette smoke really was messing with my breathing. We'll be back in the spring/early summer when they can open the doors and air this place out a bit. read more

i am sorry, but the rest of the reviews here must be fake / boosted by the employees. because there is no way anyone has complimented the service or the managers. first of all, nobody works here, and nobody goes here. when we first moved out here, we went in for the college football championship....there were maybe five other people in the whole restaurant, and we still couldn't get consistent service. on top of that, the food came out super late, and incorrect. we saw our server sitting by the computer chatting the entire time. throughout that time, we saw three other female servers crying and running around. then it dawned on us....there were exclusively female servers in this restaurant. that would not be an issue if that was the theme like hooters, but kinda strange for a sports bar that has only two male managers, right????. anyways, we gave it another shot last week because we just wanted a burger and a beer on our way home...had the exact same experience. same two creepy managers, all female staff, employees crying, late food, etc. the whole 9 yards.. food came incorrect, beer was warm, servers were frustrated and mean. we are great customers everywhere else, but are in complete disbelief of this place. hire all new managers and servers please, something terrible is going on here. if this place were even halfway acceptable, we would come every weekend and tip well. also the marketing sucks because no one we live by has ever even heard of the place, and it is always empty when we pass by. they must be deleting reviews and posting their own, because there is no way any sensible person has ever given this place two stars. i would be ashamed to suggest this place to anyone. even my worst enemy. people deserve better. owner and managers are clearly just pursuing their own personal interest..., and no competent server would ever work at this place. read more

We came here because we needed a bar that was close and served good food and drinks. It was a Tuesday afternoon and they have 2 for 1 the entire day on Tuesdays. I love their specialty cocktails, beer and liquor mixes, and all around themes. I had tater tots, catfish nuggets, fries, bushwacker, wings, fried pickles with Pour House hot seasoning, 2 cocktails, and a beer. The food was decent and the drinks tasted good. Service was a little slow and the mixed drinks did not have as much alcohol as I wanted. It was good. This would probably be my go to bar in Nashville. read more

I came here on a Saturday afternoon with my friend. We started with the fried pickles. They didn't have much flavor. The pickles were super dry. The ranch was good. I ordered the chicken tenders. The batter was over spiced with pepper and mystery seasoning the staff couldn't tell me the seasonings. Last, there was straw paper IN MY WATER CUP. I didn't even use a straw. While I have been to the Pour House many times I will not be coming anymore. My reasons are 1. Ambience - ok it's a sports bar but when you have garage doors of glass and most of the glass looked like the had not been cleaned in at least 6 months you start looking around and see the inside tables are worn with scratches and gouges in them. Artificial flowers just look cheap. 2. Service...it's always a bad start when you can't find out what beer they offer because they only have QR CODE you must scan. Did not have my phone so didn't get any beer. Our waitress was covering both inside and outside tables so service was slow. I noticed a group was seated next to us prior to our ordering our meals. We ordered, had a bit of a wait, got our food, finished our food and the people next to us finally got their drink order. They had a different server so believe this is more systemic. 3. Food....rocky top chicken was bland, catfish was just nasty. On the plus side the do have plenty of tvs and apparently drink specials ......but that is not enough for me to return. read more

Booked JB's for our son's rehearsal dinner - Totally Casual - Mostly 30 yr olds. Jason was so accommodating to what we were looking for, for a fun evening of some bar bites and good beers! Well rounded menu of sliders, quesadillas, wings, pepper rings, salad, and ahi tuna, set up for everyone to grab a bite and walk around visiting with family and out of town guests. I haven't been to JBs in a few years cause the service was so terrible the first time - this was a Thursday afternoon while I was running errands. Service was good, didn't have to wait very long. It's a sports bar, I got a cocktail quickly and ordered a chicken sandwich (added cheese and bacon) with tots. Took about 15 minutes and was cooked well, the chicken was a full thick breast which I don't prefer for a sandwich, makes it harder to eat but that's just personal preference- it was seasoned very well, not dry - very pleasantly surprised. We've been to JB's a few times over the past year and it's always been a solid meal. This is a sport's bar and we've always gotten typical sport's bar fare (wings, fried pickles, sandwiches, beer, etc...). It's always been exactly what we're in the mood for (which is why we come here). The fried pickles are very good and the wings are our favorite in the area. Brought friends in from out of town for my first visit here thinking it was a good spot since the parking lot always seems full. It was sadly a big let down. They seemed to have plenty of staff but we stood at the host stand for a bit ungreeted, then were taken to a table where no one came by for over 5 minutes when I saw multiple waitresses standing near the drink fountain hanging out, several that looked over. Our waitress acknowledged she was new when she finally came by. She very much needs more training. After taking our order, it was about 10 minutes before we got our 1st round of beers which was ordered before our food, seemed like she completely forgot as it wasn't that busy, and didn't seem to occur to her we were still sitting there without drinks when she came to take our food order later. We ordered an appetizer specifically as out first, but she brought it with the food, which came out a good bit later too. Never phased her that we specifically ordered an appetizer & when we pointed it out she was unconcerned. I ordered 10 wings and asked if I could get 2 flavors (which is listed on the menu too). I've worked specifically at a wings place before, outside of just liking wings & never in my life of someone asking for two flavors, especially when I said I wanted 1/2 hot, 1/2 lemon pepper, would I have imagined thinking they wanted all of their wings tossed in two flavors, and when one is a dry rub, and not have at least ASKED the customer to clarify if they wanted the whole order as tossed with both. They came out 10 hot lemon pepper. Maybe people order like this here often? Best I can say here was that the wings were good sized. Additional drinks took too long and we had to point it out again to our server. Brisket sandwich was insanely dry. Just sooo many misses that was really a let down considering I had hoped to come back to enjoy watching games here. poor service, food was delivered with no salt or pepper shakers, took a waitress almost 2 minutes to bring ( had eggs ) cooling fast! the tri tip meat was requested rare and what I got was very well done shoe leather. we had a beer and a fly got into the beer after 2-3 sips, took glass to the bartender and she acted put out we requested a replacement. When getting the bill we asked the waitress if we got charged for the replacement beer and her response was oh yea I forgot to take that off the bill. Maybe they treat their regulars better!? We have been here to eat a couple of times and were underwhelmed. Mozzarella sticks had no flavor, chips & salsa were awful (stale chips, jar salsa). Buffalo wrap was so wet and not good at all. Today i went to watch a college football game. The host seated me & I asked that they put my specific game on the TV closest to the table. She said sure. Then a server came to ask If I wanted something to drink. I said I came to watch a specific game. Once it was on I would order. She asked what game. I told her. Minutes go by. Kickoff has already happened. I'm watching on ESPN gamecast. A 3rd person came to the table to get my order I told her i would order once the game I was there to watch was being shown. Her response was "don't get snippy with me". I was surprised by this and apologized saying she was the 3rd person I had asked to show the game (playing on ABC). She asked what game. I told her. Minutes later she returned & said the game wasn't on til 2:30. I held up my phone & said I'm watching on ESPN gamecast. I said forget it I will go to Buffalo Wild Wings. Her answer was "perfect". This establishment proved to be a pleasant surprise. I wanted their combo, but the combo I wanted didn't exactly exist, but I'm grateful for how accommodating they were so I could have my chicken and brisket. It was great. Even the coleslaw wasn't bad. It was probably good but I'm just not a coleslaw guy. I don't eat catfish but the catfish is what brought us in. Those who ate it, enjoyed it. The seared ahi tuna was a just right. I don't care much for fried pickles, but it was free for checking in, and it was pretty solid. I've been here a few times, decided to order a to-go order today and service was horrible. I had to wait in the restaurant 30+ minutes after I received confirmation the food was supposed to be ready. I had to ask 3 people about my order before anyone actually helped me as there was no host to be found. Finally after getting my cold, meal with some mistakes in the order I just gave up because I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes for a warm / correct order.
