I really wanted to like this place. I went here for 6 days straight. And over those 6 days, everything was... incredibly average. Food was typical bar food. Peaks sampler is above average, and their naked buffalo bone in wings were better than expected. Smokehouse burger, salmon and rice (which I read so many good things about), grilled chicken, and Quesabirria tacos all about average. The service was probably the biggest letdown for me. It was just... OK. Some bartenders will completely ignore you, and some will do the job. Waitresses were meh. My wife and I were in there watching some World Cup this last Saturday. While in there, we noticed a man across from us who had a set of earphones on. It was also obvious he was listening to it in his own language on a tablet of some type. Those of us across from him were watching him really get into it. But by no means, was he being loud, disruptive, or out of line. My wife and I had paid our tab. By the time we got to the door, the security guard was escorting his gentleman out. This man was not making any more noise than an average fan would. So if they think they're going to be able to keep fans coming back, it's just a matter of time before most won't return. They should really reconsider the security that they're putting up there. Twin Peaks might think it's OK to put an unprofessional security guard at the front door but hopefully they got plenty of insurance to pay for any legal issues that guard gets you into. Sitting in there with your sunglasses and gloves on mad dog everybody is not a good look! He has no de-escalation tactics, and threatening patrons with violence for simply asking questions is highly unprofessional and disgusting! I should've however, taken him up on his threat! Well....my wife and I will not be going back on a Saturday night. There were 14 open seats at the bar, we attempted to sit down 3 times and other patrons told us that they were saved (including a kids ) 30 mins later most of the same seats were still open and we were still waiting for a server at our table. It's also sad that they have to have 4 uniformed police inside the bar due to the lack of civility of the patrons. Saving seats at a huge bar like that is likely costing the restaurants thousands $$ on a Saturday night. read more

Well honestly I use to think this location wasn't so great with servers or bartenders. However I think they have stepped up and hired a great staff of beautiful girls. The food is always good. I order the salads or soups and full meals. My beer is always ice cold. I've been served by Cora, Val and tonight Savanah. Found out that my server went to the same Private school my Niece goes to. One of the best Twin Peaks experiences I've ever had. I was traveling today from my stay last night in Chattanooga, Tennessee. I live in Clearwater, Florida and was headed to Illinois for my birthday on July 17th. It had completely escaped me that Twin Peaks was featuring their bikini week July 15-18. I make it a point to visit here cus honestly it's one of my favorite Twin Peaks locations nationwide. The atmosphere is always superb and the service is usually quality. Tate is my usual service. Hands down my favorite Peaks ambassador and definitely always a quality visit when I'm at Madison Twin Peaks. That said she apparently had the day off. After asking the host if she was working I saw Miss Dani. I requested her section and immediately understood why she had 3 tables occupied and it was only 15 minutes after they opened. Dani's personality and guest service was next level. She negotiated her section with surgical precision. I was impressed by her efficiency and genuine interest in conversation. I was made felt welcome as if I was one of her regulars. For future visits I would recommend folks request her as I plan on doing in the future. First visit to this establishment in Madison Tn.& was initially pleased as it was a Sunday night at 9:30 with not many options for a sit down dinner. The posted hours were until 11pm& everything seemed fine. Quick seating, excellent service & the food was hot and tasty. More on the food later, but the disappointing part came about 10:50pm when a security guard told us that they closed promptly at 11 and we would have to leave, ready or not. I guess I am accustomed to restaurants allowing you to finish your food or at least informing you beforehand of the policy. I just may not have ordered that drink at last call had I known I would not have been able to finish it. Now, the food; as previously stated, it was tasty. I had the Hawaii Five -O Flatbread and my companion had Moms Post Roast with garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed green beans. The Flatbread was good and I would try it again. I was told the pot roast was tender and savory also as well as the potatoes however the green beans we're missing in action. We have not found them yet. While the views are incredible, the food and price point is equally impressive. A group of us have met there for lunch a half dozen times. Coldest beer I've ever tasted. Delicious. The burgers are some of best I've ever had. Thick, juicy, cooked to order, and only $10.29. The shrimp/chicken combo ($14.99) is outstanding, and a huge portion. Normally I would lead off a review of a chain spot by saying "If you have been to one, you have been to them all", however my experience at other Twin Peaks around the country was vastly different than this Madison location. To start, 90% of the time, be prepared for a wait. The folks of Madison love them some TP! While we have only dined here twice, we have done recon a few times to determine if we would dine in and those times produced 45 minute plus wait times. Latest visit in, we happened by on a week night around 730pm and the place was busy, but not packed, so we go sat without a wait. However, we did have to wait a few minutes as the hostesses were caught up in their phones when we walked up and while they made eye contact with us, they did not greet or seat us at that moment. Sadly the service did not get any better, as our server was nice, but scarce and not very engaged. Food wise, inflation got a strong hold on the wing market as they are getting roughly $2 per wing here! One of us got wings and the other a flatbread. The flatbread was pretty tasty, but the wings were sadly not worth it. Overall, Twin Peaks is a chain spot where we got exactly what we were expecting both food and service wise. Typically, meatballs from a restaurant are pretty bland. You have to depend on the sauce for flavor. That's not the case here. The meatballs were perfectly seasoned with basil and oregano and whatever delicious herbs and spices they used. Food = will be back 1000 times. The service was also stellar. Didn't eat because weed smell off customers was Nauseating. If you are unfamiliar with area lock your car doors. Riverside is not a great area. Lots of TVs. Doubt they will last once the "new place" wears off unless the locals keep them open. Visited during an amazingly busy time. The team was quick to find us a booth even though I didn't expect to find a seat. The beer is very cold...like 28 degrees cold. The food is upscale bar food. We ordered a burger, Nashville hot chicken sandwich and pork nachos. The burger was reported to be good. The Nashville hot sandwich is not Nashville hot. It's something else. But still tasted good. The nachos are a mean in themselves. Just wish my appetizer came before my food and not after.
