The homemade ancient-grain sourdough was piled high with a Mediterranean vibe and was delicious. I would have bought a loaf of bread or two!! Should sell it! I also loved the chia latte made with their homemade plant-based milk, so good. I do wish they had more vegan friendly food options, but what I did have was very tasty. Plenty of parking, and it's wheelchair accessible with a ramp. Overall, a lovely spot and a great place to linger over breakfast or even lunch someday. read more

This was such a happy find! We were just driving past Nashville and wanted to look for a place that was healthy and had clean foods. This was definitely the spot. One of the healthiest and most delicious restaurants of all time! I love the beef quesadilla with the Southwest sauce. Everything is gluten free and/or sprouted grain. They have juices and smoothies too! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The cafe is small, but very cute and there is always available seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The best part of all, is that the owner is also a holistic health practitioner and has helped heal my autoimmune diseases!! I wanted to love this place especially because we support small business...but this was an underwhelming experience to say the least. We arrived at 3:20, they close at 4:00. No one was very friendly and honestly they seemed annoyed we came in that late to closing. I'd pass on the chips and gauc, for twelve hours it was not worth it. The gauc tasted just like the premade stuff from the store, and the cup of salsa was very tiny (although to be fair I believe you order one or the other). The burger was good, but they were out of potatoes. The flat bread wasn't very good, either. Our bill was 75; but nothing here was worth 75. Unsure if we just had a bad experience compared to all the other five star reviews but, it definitely was not a pleasant experience. read more

Biggest and best surprise of our trip! April was delightful serving us spirulina water upon arrival, suggesting the house made turkey Reuben with freshly fermented sauerkraut and sourdough bread fresh out of the oven. I can't say enough positive things about the organic cafe and all its fixins! Our only regrets is that it wasn't open on Sunday on our way home. read more

I really enjoyed the fiesta bowl. Added chicken and guacamole. So filling and so yummy! I had a Moringa Bulletproof coffee, which was so hearty and warmed me up.
