Chicken tenders with fried okra and fries with acorn muffin.

Wonderful and delicious food for the celiac disease person. I have never had food in a restaurant this good since being gluten free. Friendly and sweet people are who you will encounter here. Even desserts are offered, I tried the chocolate chip cookies...

Amazing food!!! Almost everything is gluten free except the biscuits. One of the only places with gluten free fried chicken. The staff is amazing and the food is even better.

WOW! WOW! WOW! You would have thought we were royalty because they rolled out the red carpet. This particular location is family owned and you can 100% tell the love, care and detail they put in EVERY day! First of all eating out of town can be stressful but with all of our Celiac Disease, allergies and medical dietary restrictions it's near impossible. They made special to order everything and it was... Hot! Delicious! Correct! and came out FAST! Also I love when restaurants bring out the kids food first. Adults can wait but this is such a nice touch when places do that. Overall Perfection! We could not have asked for more...the perfect family night out! All I can say is THANK YOU!

Stephanie S.

Such a great find. Food is delish! Gluten free options available and the biscuits and gravy is incredible.

Gluten-free pancakes! Eating out hasn't been easy since having to go gluten-free. Many restaurants will claim to be GF then only have omelets & salads as their options. The food was delicious, bacon was perfectly cooked and grits so creamy. We visited on Mother's Day and it wasn't busy when we arrived. Less than half the tables were occupied and the large majority of the non-occupied were dirty as if they didn't have anyone bussing tables. For a quick service restaurant, the pricing was steep (we paid $78 before tip for my family of five).

These desserts are the best , gluten free, tiramisu, cupcake and banana pudding I've ever ate. Don't forget to try the tenders, you won't regret it.

This place is so good, it's hard to find any flaws with them. The service is 10/10, you always will feel welcomed. The first entrees that stick out would be there to die for chicken Alfredo pasta and their chicken tenders entree. This place is a must try for any tourist!!!!

Pure love. This place met and exceeded every expectation. At 98% gluten free, I was able to safely enjoy pretty much whatever I wanted. Beyond its GF status, it has some of the best fried okra and sweet jalapeño corn bread that I have had in years. I know this is a franchise but other than name, this one holds on to its uniqueness and mission of the founding chef. I ordered the southern breakfast with the creaminess grits, bacon, eggs over east, jalapeño corn bread and a small side of okra. I am not overly full, but very satisfied. I can't believe this place doesn't have more hype! I plan to tell everyone. I am also sad I couldn't eat the full menu and plan to come back in a few days to get things to take home.

This spot for breakfast was magical. Very magical. I always have to ensure wherever we go has gluten free options due to my wife being celiac. And boy, did this place deliver. Nestled in the heart of Chattanooga on Market Steeet, B&B is a gem of a spot. You walk in and give your order at the counter, which I like because it's over and done with and you can just grab a table knowing the food is coming. The iced coffee is divine and got my blood moving. Had a nice richness that had mocha with a tinge of hazelnut on the palate. My wife loved the Southern which was all gluten-free from the cornbread to the fried okra. She loved the pimento cheese to the point she took some of mine that I ordered for my biscuits and gravy spicy breakfast. The biscuits are deliciously made with goodness. Crusty on top, flaky and soft on the inside. The biscuit compliment the savory of the gravy, which I additionally enjoyed with two farm eggs served over medium and bacon. Because why would I order breakfast without bacon? That would be preposterous. The serving staff are lovely. Very hospitable and helpful with the ordering and ensuring we had what we wanted. They even have $1 mimosas from 10 to 3 during the weekend! How great is that! Before we left, we received a complimentary gluten free slice of coconut cake, which my wife loved. Here at Bantam & Biddy, they know how to treat people right, especially travelers from out of state like us.

Since it was our first visit and everything on the menu spoke to us, she helped steer us in the right direction. I ended up ordering the pistachio croissant, and honestly... I'd go back for that alone. It was warm, huge by croissant standards, and absolutely heavenly. I even grabbed another one to take home because Future Me deserved a little happiness too. We also tried the raspberry lemon danish, which was a delicious combo, but the pistachio croissant stole the show without breaking a sweat. We started with the poutine, and while it wasn't the traditional version I've had before, it was incredible. Instead of cheese curds blocks, it came with pulled pork and melted cheese, and somehow it just worked. Comfort food with a little Southern flair. For breakfast, we had the ham and cheese omelet with breakfast potatoes. It was exactly what you want it to be--classic, satisfying, and impossible to regret if that's your usual order. I also tried the Liquid Gold juice. Their juice selection is impressive, but I may have accidentally found my forever order on the first try. It was so refreshing, with just a hint of ginger. For a hot drink, I highly recommend the London fog. I'm not usually a tea fan but if you don't want coffee, this is an excellent option. Before we left, we picked up some of their salted caramels to go, and they make the perfect little gift... assuming you have enough self-control not to eat them all in the car. The vibe here is upscale southern diner. One of the signs on the wall said, "All are welcome, but you need to act right," and honestly, that's the kind of life advice we could all use. I also really appreciated that parking was free. In Chattanooga these days it's hard finding a place where you don't have to scan a QR code, download an app, and pay to park just to eat. Great food, great atmosphere, great service. Milk & Honey is absolutely worth a visit...and if you're debating the pistachio croissant, stop debating and just order it. Your only regret will be not getting a second one.

We spent some time outside before being seated, but the food and service made it worth it. I stayed in my carrier throughout the meal and was able to join my humans indoors. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and never made us feel out of place. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was lively, and the service was attentive even though the restaurant was busy. Now for the most important part of this review. While enjoying brunch, I witnessed something I never expected to see: a baby goat riding around the restaurant in a pet stroller. At that moment, I realized Chattanooga may be one of the most pet-friendly places I've ever visited. Between the great food, kind staff, and unforgettable people-watching opportunities, Milk & Honey ended up being one of our favorite brunch stops of the trip. Dogba's verdict: Excellent brunch, friendly service, comfortable carrier dining, and unexpected goat encounters. Five paws !

Dogs aren't allowed inside unless they're service animals, but honestly, the outdoor space is where you want to be anyway. The patio is huge, with covered sections and outdoor heaters that kept us comfortable even when the weather turned rainy. We visited on a wet day and never felt like we were settling for "the dog section." The food was consistently excellent, and the happy hour menu made it an easy choice for a casual meal or drinks. My humans were happy with their food, and I was thrilled when they ordered me a side of chicken. It disappeared almost immediately, which I consider the highest possible review. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between lively and relaxed. There is plenty of room to spread out, and the outdoor space feels welcoming rather than crowded. We didn't know and went straight to outdoor seating, which worked out because we got a table and about a minute later we figured out the ordering process. I ordered the chicken salad croissant for my wife, then the California club for myself and then I had to order quiche Lorraine for the table. I had filtered tap water for my drink and my wife had a can of Diet Coke with a slice of lemon and ice in a cup, provided. Service was pretty quick, between our order placement and table delivery it was 7 minutes. The quiche was custardy inside with a delicious hint of caramelized shallots to go with the bacon and cheese/egg filling. The bacon did not overwhelm. The crust was perfectly baked and a nice flakey crust. The accompanying arugula and onion salad dresses with oil and vinegar and seasonings was an excellent pairing of freshness with the richer quiche. This is a big hit, as expected when advertised on the menu as "available until sold out." The California Club was on 6 grain toasted bread with an avocado spread and aioli, bacon, turkey, tomato and lettuce. I really liked the balance of each component in this sandwich, such that nothing dominated the flavors and each distinctive was individually identifiable in the contribution to the whole sandwich. The portion was just right. The chicken salad was also good, but was the bronze medal winner compared to the other two. The croissant was flaky, but not too much. The chicken salad had just a hint of lemon and was not overwhelmed with aioli, just the right balance. This was a fantastic meal. We liked this so much, we chose to buy two loaves of bread to go, a Chattanooga Sourdough and a garlic Parmesan and also a 5 lb bag of in house ground bread flour. I need one of these in Greenville, SC, my hometown. Last thing to note, you bus your own table and there is a dish basin nearby the outside dining area in which to place your dishes. This was an excellent lunch spot. The staff were also friendly and patiently helpful. This is a must visit spot when visiting or living in Chattanooga!
