Came here for breakfast during IronMan weekend. The staff were very accommodating, efficient and welcoming. I sat at the bar and in just 15 minutes the entire restaurant became packed. I had the breakfast tacos and they were very good and flavorful with a kick. The avocado was very small and I was hoping that it was a big bigger. It was a teaser. The OJ tasted freshly squeezed and the latte was made to order. Great place for breakfast!

Cute little spot. Waitress was friendly. Drinks were strong. Food was pretty good. I had the chicken and french toast bites. Pretty delish, it has a good balance of sweat and heat. I also had the espresso martini. It definitely put some hair on my chest and my partner had the whipped pineapple mimosa. It sounds good but tasted different. Overall though, it's a place worth checking out.

Best breakfast I've had in a while! So many great options that are a little different than the average breakfast spots. The flavor in all the sauces was great!

Great spot! Got here early in the morning so not busy at all. Our waitress was so sweet and even reached out to a friend to help us with questions we had about a local distillery. This breakfast was my favorite from our entire trip. The goat cheese in the Florentine omelette was fantastic! And the homemade biscuit was muahhh! Food came out quickly and the cook (maybe also the owner or manager?) came out to check in on how he did with the food. Tons of seating, cute little details in the decor all around, even fun wallpaper in the bathroom. Fun spot, definitely stop in if you can.

Vanilla latte, Fried Green Tomatoes Starter

Delicious! I ordered the fried green tomatoes, the Cuban breakfast bowl, and an iced vanilla latte. Fried green tomatoes were well done, good toppings. They are tasty, but the fried green tomato wasn't the star of the show. Cuban bowl was yummy! A dash of hot sauce and it was perfection. Hot sauce was already on the table. Came with these fried plantain chips. Would have preferred real fried plantains. Chips were tasteless and useless. Vanilla latte was tasty, but the cup was overfilled with ice so I might have gotten 4 oz of drink. Overall a lot of delightful flavors, great service, and a few improvements to the food plan would be welcome.

Our server was amazing, and the suggestions he gave were 10/10. The menu honestly had a ton of great options to choose from, the food was delicious. We will for sure be back to try out more menu items

Great option for breakfast in Chattanooga! The service was really great and fast. Lots of options for sitting at a booth table or even outdoors with umbrellas. They have a full mimosa menu and brunch options.

Food was absolutely delicious! I love a place that served migas and they did not disappoint. The Benny was delicious too, as were the peach cobbler beignets (the actual best part of the meal!). We sat on the patio and it was absolutely lovely. Service was great too! The only downfall, and the reason for the 1 star deduction was the cocktails (well mocktails). They were highlighted on the menu and were both undrinkable. They tasted old, watered down, just absolutely terrible. And expensive! I highly suggest going for the food, but would skip the expensive specialty drinks.

Okay, this place surprised me! I went in with low expectations for a chain restaurant. There is an allergen menu (gluten friendly, vegetarian, keto, dairy). SO MANY options. I ordered the southern BLT gluten free on gluten free bread with a side of tater tots. It was excellent. GF bread was surprisingly a decent size! I would definitely return and highly recommend! Excellent food and customer service!

Loved, loved, loved Ruby Sunshine so much! We were only in town for one night, and before we hit the road to drive back to Knoxville we decided to stop for breakfast at Ruby Sunshine. Talk about the highlight of our overnight stay! A truly wonderful meal. My friend and I started off with cocktails (I had the blood orange mimosa, and she had the amaretto iced coffee) that were excellent and really set the tone. Not a bad bite for me throughout the meal. We ordered the apple pie beignets to share, and I had the florentine omelet and my friend had the sweet heat chicken with grits and brussels. The side salad for my omelet was not dressed, but other than that no issue in my meal. I checked in with yelp and got a free starter, so we added the fried green tomatoes to our meal. Mixed review on that as my friend was not a fan, but I liked them a lot. Overall, this was a great place for a casual weekend brunch. If I find myself back in Chattanooga, I will be returning.

Lovely kick-start to our return drive to Florida! Home style and so gratifying! Everything is fresh and tasty! Our group was satisfied!

Driving through the Nooga and we needed breakfast. VERY happy with this place! Our server was kind and knew the menu. If you're coming here, try their award winner options, like we did. Don't go basic, be adventurous. The menu rewards you!

Since it was our first visit and everything on the menu spoke to us, she helped steer us in the right direction. I ended up ordering the pistachio croissant, and honestly... I'd go back for that alone. It was warm, huge by croissant standards, and absolutely heavenly. I even grabbed another one to take home because Future Me deserved a little happiness too. We also tried the raspberry lemon danish, which was a delicious combo, but the pistachio croissant stole the show without breaking a sweat. We started with the poutine, and while it wasn't the traditional version I've had before, it was incredible. Instead of cheese curds blocks, it came with pulled pork and melted cheese, and somehow it just worked. Comfort food with a little Southern flair. For breakfast, we had the ham and cheese omelet with breakfast potatoes. It was exactly what you want it to be--classic, satisfying, and impossible to regret if that's your usual order. I also tried the Liquid Gold juice. Their juice selection is impressive, but I may have accidentally found my forever order on the first try. It was so refreshing, with just a hint of ginger. For a hot drink, I highly recommend the London fog. I'm not usually a tea fan but if you don't want coffee, this is an excellent option. Before we left, we picked up some of their salted caramels to go, and they make the perfect little gift... assuming you have enough self-control not to eat them all in the car. The vibe here is upscale southern diner. One of the signs on the wall said, "All are welcome, but you need to act right," and honestly, that's the kind of life advice we could all use. I also really appreciated that parking was free. In Chattanooga these days it's hard finding a place where you don't have to scan a QR code, download an app, and pay to park just to eat. Great food, great atmosphere, great service. Milk & Honey is absolutely worth a visit...and if you're debating the pistachio croissant, stop debating and just order it. Your only regret will be not getting a second one.

We spent some time outside before being seated, but the food and service made it worth it. I stayed in my carrier throughout the meal and was able to join my humans indoors. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and never made us feel out of place. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was lively, and the service was attentive even though the restaurant was busy. Now for the most important part of this review. While enjoying brunch, I witnessed something I never expected to see: a baby goat riding around the restaurant in a pet stroller. At that moment, I realized Chattanooga may be one of the most pet-friendly places I've ever visited. Between the great food, kind staff, and unforgettable people-watching opportunities, Milk & Honey ended up being one of our favorite brunch stops of the trip. Dogba's verdict: Excellent brunch, friendly service, comfortable carrier dining, and unexpected goat encounters. Five paws !

Dogs aren't allowed inside unless they're service animals, but honestly, the outdoor space is where you want to be anyway. The patio is huge, with covered sections and outdoor heaters that kept us comfortable even when the weather turned rainy. We visited on a wet day and never felt like we were settling for "the dog section." The food was consistently excellent, and the happy hour menu made it an easy choice for a casual meal or drinks. My humans were happy with their food, and I was thrilled when they ordered me a side of chicken. It disappeared almost immediately, which I consider the highest possible review. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between lively and relaxed. There is plenty of room to spread out, and the outdoor space feels welcoming rather than crowded. We didn't know and went straight to outdoor seating, which worked out because we got a table and about a minute later we figured out the ordering process. I ordered the chicken salad croissant for my wife, then the California club for myself and then I had to order quiche Lorraine for the table. I had filtered tap water for my drink and my wife had a can of Diet Coke with a slice of lemon and ice in a cup, provided. Service was pretty quick, between our order placement and table delivery it was 7 minutes. The quiche was custardy inside with a delicious hint of caramelized shallots to go with the bacon and cheese/egg filling. The bacon did not overwhelm. The crust was perfectly baked and a nice flakey crust. The accompanying arugula and onion salad dresses with oil and vinegar and seasonings was an excellent pairing of freshness with the richer quiche. This is a big hit, as expected when advertised on the menu as "available until sold out." The California Club was on 6 grain toasted bread with an avocado spread and aioli, bacon, turkey, tomato and lettuce. I really liked the balance of each component in this sandwich, such that nothing dominated the flavors and each distinctive was individually identifiable in the contribution to the whole sandwich. The portion was just right. The chicken salad was also good, but was the bronze medal winner compared to the other two. The croissant was flaky, but not too much. The chicken salad had just a hint of lemon and was not overwhelmed with aioli, just the right balance. This was a fantastic meal. We liked this so much, we chose to buy two loaves of bread to go, a Chattanooga Sourdough and a garlic Parmesan and also a 5 lb bag of in house ground bread flour. I need one of these in Greenville, SC, my hometown. Last thing to note, you bus your own table and there is a dish basin nearby the outside dining area in which to place your dishes. This was an excellent lunch spot. The staff were also friendly and patiently helpful. This is a must visit spot when visiting or living in Chattanooga!

Exhibit 2: I brought my family here over the holidays, hoping to finally visit the Christmas pop-up bar. Unfortunately, we came on the night of an event when the bar was closed. When I asked about it, Liz, the sommelier, offered to open the bar for our group and proceeded to spend her evening making us drinks. Merry Christmas, indeed. Thanks for being so welcoming to my family. The hospitality here is truly second to none. On top of that, the quality and thoughtfulness of everything--the decor, the events, the menus, the amenities--everything here is so warm and wonderful. And how convenient that the House can be your office, your gym, your restaurant, your vacation resort and pool, and even your cozy reading nook. I thought it was a little silly when proximity to this cool-looking social club was a factor in choosing where to live when we moved to Chattanooga in 2024. In hindsight, that's turned out to be one of my best decisions.

My wife has a gluten and dairy allergy, and I've got a tree nut allergy, Alpha-Gal, plus a diabetes kicker. We're usually a solid test for any kitchen. Both visits, the staff passed. Knowledgeable, showed genuine concern, and were able to make accommodations without a lot of back-and-forth. Good selection on the menu meant we weren't working from a short list of options either. Food was good across both visits--consistent, which matters as much as a single great meal. My son particularly liked the Brunch Sausage Burger. Looked good, and seemed entirely appropriate after a late night. Large space, tables well spread out, and located not far from downtown. Easy place to settle in whether you're with a crowd or just the two of you. Good for: small kids, business meals, casual meals, groups Would come back. Already did once.

I have been to the Nashville Frothy Monkey years ago but I really enjoyed this one in Chattanooga. I had the maple chicken salad with a side of bacon and it was delicious. Chicken salad was not overpowering in mayonnaise. It was sweet and had enough flavor. I liked that they paired it with mutigrain bread and chips and salsa. I enjoyed my golden milk latte also. Our server was great and I forgot to ask her for her name. Definitely recommend this place.

Bowls, salads, drinks, desserts...such a gift to feel like you can indulge within your dietary limits. Plenty of great seating, including a nice outdoor area, and we've always had amazing service and care while dining there. Appreciate their wall of health items for purchase as well.

Finally a place that cares about making healthy food! Everything here is seed oil free and organic…read more They don't give out plastic straws or plastic cutlery (so grateful for that!). There are tons of vegan options, and you don't have to look too hard for gf options if that's your jam. The store itself is packed with amazing health food items like mushroom coffee, shilajit, matcha, electrolytes, and so much more. They also have a refrigerated grab-and-go section with fresh juices, rice paper rolls, chia seed pudding, and a lentil casserole. The glass dessert case is full of vegan treats like peanut butter and chocolate cups, bliss balls, and donuts. The menu is extensive with tons of great organic vegan options. I ordered the grilled cheese sandwich on sourdough (they also offer gluten-free and multigrain) with cashew cheese and a side of chili. I also got a beet juice, a lemon lavender muffin, chia seed pudding, and a decaf oat milk latte. The sandwich was pretty good. The bread seemed really fresh and I enjoyed the cashew cheese. The side of chili had a slight twist that elevated it above most regular chili recipes. It was good, but had a little too much corn for my taste personally. The beet juice was delicious and a generous portion. The desserts were just okay, but I appreciated that they weren't overly sweet and didn't have any weird ingredients. Honestly, it's just so nice knowing your food has no weird ingredients and everything is organic! The only downside was the coffee. Honestly, it was probably one of the worst I've ever had. Maybe it was just an off day or a mistake, I'm not sure. Everything else was good though! I would definitely recommend this spot. The decor is really cute and inviting. I love that they offer plenty of seating options too -- indoor, an enclosed outdoor patio, and an exterior exposed patio. Logistical Notes: Parking was super easy with a lot right out front. There are two accessible bathrooms for people with disabilities, and I love that they have a gender-inclusive restroom as well. You order at the register, they bring you your food, and then you bus your own "tray."
