I came here for lunch with a friend on Saturday and we enjoyed it :) mainly deducting a star for vibes - it was like dead silent in there while we were finishing up lunch lol. It was a little more busy when we came in but it definitely got awkwardly quiet closer to 1pm. They didn't have any music playing and the place is kinda big, plus noise tends to echo, so that made our conversation a bit more public than I would like. The church chairs also were kind of messing with the vibe. Looking back, I'm not surprised at all to find out the restaurant is affiliated with a church. But the food was great! My friend enjoyed her pizza and I liked my burger and fries. I think the burger could have had some more flavor to it and more cheese, but the bun was awesome and the fries were amazing. I'd definitely order the fries again. If you're looking for a vibey restaurant to have a private conversation, this is not the place for you lol. But if you're meeting up with a group or idk... are cool with eating in a quiet churchy atmosphere then this is a good place to go. The food is solid and our server was great. This was...different. Located next door (attached to) the church and owned by the pastors. A huge space, which functions as the restaurant (and is found under two names on Yelp) and as a gathering space. Hours are funky, and we missed breakfast by a hair, so we wound up ordering off the lunch menu. Service was very good, despite the excruciatingly long wait with a largely empty restaurant. Interesting spot attached to a church. Parking threw us for a loop as they blocked off their direct entrance on a Sunday morning and was funneling through the church entrance off the side road. Ample seating inside and out and was not very busy at 1030am. Service was friendly and attentive. Brunch menu had less options on it than the version online but had a decent amount of breakfast and lunch items (ie burger, wings, salads, pizza). Wife ordered western omelette and I went with the choose your own bfast with eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, and a biscuit. Food definitely took too long to come out (30 min after we ordered) but it was good once it finally came out (biscuit was huge and fluffy). Couple other observations, good many kids here bc of location to the church and the fact they have a playground area. Wasn't as loud as you'd expect but there were some toddlers wandering around at times. We stopped for Sunday morning breakfast on our way back to Atlanta just as they opened. The restaurant is in the same building as the Calvary Chapel. We entered the door furthest from the chapel, which turned out to be a side entrance. We were kindly redirected to the hostess. We were promptly seated and then greeted by Nikki. Sunday's breakfast is a buffet style of a very high quality and diverse, including European style items. The muffins and mini quiches were made with quality ingredients and had to be locally made from scratch. While I did not partake, my fav feature was the donut wall - a large wooden board w donuts on pegs. What a fun way to display a variety of donuts and be engaging for kids and kids at heart. And the Jittery Joe coffee just hit - right temp and flavor. What we didn't expect is the restaurant being open to the chapel's large foyer. We were seated so we could see the foyer and parishioners greeting each other before service. People also came into the restaurant to quickly say hi to servers and staff. At first it was a bit strange (I'm agnostic) but found it added to the warm and welcoming feel of the restaurant. I'm interested to eat lunch here next time we visit. Burger week continues and on Thursday, first stop is a restaurant I've never visited. Affiliated with a local church, I applaud their mission to support recovering addicts. The burger wasn't bad, and I think there were some missed opportunities to really accentuate flavors with just some minor tweaking of the ingredients, as an example, the candied jalapeños were just too tiny to contribute to the overall flavor. Parking gets confusing right around noon on a Sunday as it is right next to a church (it might actually be attached to the church as our friends kids played with the toys.) Most entrances were closed off or the church. I had the Bianca pizza. The crust of the pizza was a bit chewy, but overall it was okay. There is a playground for the kids. Food is hit or miss here. The fries are a 10/10! My daughter loved her burger. But the poke bowl, red curry dish, and salmon were all not good. The outdoor area was quite nice and extremely family friendly, with a playground on the premises and a gate for the littles. The tables were spread out nicely for privacy. The place is very clean, friendly staff and it's really big. Apparently it's connected next to a church which is cool. Imagine having service and going next door for lunch and fellowship. The food was very good. I had a pimento on sourdough bread meal, they brought the wrong order in but was so apologetic and even took it off the bill, which I'm really grateful for but it wasn't that big of deal for me. It was a kind gesture and they deserve 5 stars. Love them for that. We were out of towners, just got done seeing rock city and googled some food places and found the perfect spot. read more

Outstanding doesn't even begin to describe the food plus the service was impeccable. The hummus was the best we ever tasted. The kids plates were very well designed and tasty. My husband enjoyed his Thai tuna poke bowl and ate half of my shrimp and grits, which was to die for. We even got a pizza. Our eyes were definitely bigger than our appetites. Our server and the manager Joe were so kind to us being new to the area with a rambunctious 4 year old and 10 month old who's out of his routine. Our baby even loves the food! The food was so superb I forgot to take pictures, silly yelper. There is also a very clean, indoor play area where our 4 year old burnt off some of his energizer bunny energy off. We really like eating here. There's an indoor and outdoor playground for the kids. I recommend the poki bowl, chicken platter, pepperoni pizza, and of course, the Red Dragon Burger (medium rare). We went on Saturday, and we were seated and promptly forgotten about. The tables around us had service, but not once did any server notice, speak to, or pay us any attention. We waited because it was busy, but we sat there 20 minutes before I went inside to complain. The girl that sat us said our server forgot we were there. I have driven past this place every single day on the way home forever and never realized it was an actual restaurant and not just a part of the church for church members. Especially since the front entrance is so often closed off with cones so you can't pull in that way. Don't be fooled! Just use the side street to pull in to the parking lot from the side. My group and I stopped in for lunch here. We were driving through the area and searched for a pet friendly restaurant since we had our small fur baby with us. This place is huge, very modern, 'insta-grammy', A minimalistic feel to it , the staff is friendly, our waitress 'Christina' was great. The food was good, came out fast, and she got it all right! We ate out on the back patio, the patio has a beachy vibe, I swear it feels more like you're in some corner of the Yucatán peninsula. It has these really cool garden gazebos lined-up, theres also an area for kids to play, I think there's a jungle-gym too. Kids can run around before food comes out. I didn't realize that the restaurant is part of a church complex. I believe Many families were coming in to eat before or after service. I had a burger and a Cesar salad, both we good. This place is great for large group entertainment. I imagine that it's great at night. Plenty of parking, seated us immediately, the place was busy but we didn't have to wait at all, as I said the place is huge, imagine it's hard to run out of room. read more
