Finally a place that cares about making healthy food! Everything here is seed oil free and organic. They don't give out plastic straws or plastic cutlery (so grateful for that!). There are tons of vegan options, and you don't have to look too hard for gf options if that's your jam. The store itself is packed with amazing health food items like mushroom coffee, shilajit, matcha, electrolytes, and so much more. They also have a refrigerated grab-and-go section with fresh juices, rice paper rolls, chia seed pudding, and a lentil casserole. The glass dessert case is full of vegan treats like peanut butter and chocolate cups, bliss balls, and donuts. The menu is extensive with tons of great organic vegan options. I ordered the grilled cheese sandwich on sourdough (they also offer gluten-free and multigrain) with cashew cheese and a side of chili. I also got a beet juice, a lemon lavender muffin, chia seed pudding, and a decaf oat milk latte. The sandwich was pretty good. The bread seemed really fresh and I enjoyed the cashew cheese. The side of chili had a slight twist that elevated it above most regular chili recipes. It was good, but had a little too much corn for my taste personally. The beet juice was delicious and a generous portion. The desserts were just okay, but I appreciated that they weren't overly sweet and didn't have any weird ingredients. Honestly, it's just so nice knowing your food has no weird ingredients and everything is organic! The only downside was the coffee. Honestly, it was probably one of the worst I've ever had. Maybe it was just an off day or a mistake, I'm not sure. Everything else was good though! I would definitely recommend this spot. The decor is really cute and inviting. I love that they offer plenty of seating options too -- indoor, an enclosed outdoor patio, and an exterior exposed patio. Logistical Notes: Parking was super easy with a lot right out front. There are two accessible bathrooms for people with disabilities, and I love that they have a gender-inclusive restroom as well. Fresh and healthy food variety. Tasty brunch options and homemade goodies--had the tomato soup (tangy & a tad spicy), toasted sourdough bread and chia pudding. So glad they added eggs and real cheese to the menu, I sooo wish they'd add some local meats for a more variety in protein, but I guess it's a strictly vegetarian place. Their juices and to-go food in the fridge are always fresh and they have good healthy options for drinks as well. They have coffee, matcha and tea, as well as some really yummy healthy treats (appreciate that it's all refined-sugar free). I've ordered from here a few times, and everything has been consistently great! I love that I can eat gluten-free without fear of getting sick. I'm not vegan, however I'm also not scared to try vegan food, and the offerings here are really good! So far, I've tried their waffles (great!) the nachos (even better!) and some smoothie and juice offerings. I ordered in bulk from here for my road trip from Tennessee to Florida... amazing. Nothing disappointed! Workers are fabulous and kind. Everything is vegan and organic. The only thing: truly, everything is made from natural ingredients, and not everybody is used to natural tastes, so you may not like the food if everyday you eat Cheetos. But wow, my favorites were the vegan meat, cashew cheese, turmeric latte (w almond milk), matcha pronut/donut, and blueberry truffle (I can't remember if it's truffle). Everything was so flavorful!! My mother said it was subtle in flavor but not to me!! Amazing and I hope someday soon they open somewhere in central Florida, because otherwise I'm down to making these things myself.
