Muffin + PB cup

I love Southern Squeeze! Such fresh, healthy, delicious food and a huge menu to choose from. The service has always been quick & friendly despite this place always having a crowd and I haven't been disappointed with anything I've ordered thus far. Highly recommend!

Love Southern Squeeze! Everything is super fresh and you can really tell they care about nourishing your body. It's a little pricey, but the quality and ingredients make it worth it. Definitely a go-to for healthy options

Homemade chia pudding.

Fresh and healthy food variety. Tasty brunch options and homemade goodies--had the tomato soup (tangy & a tad spicy), toasted sourdough bread and chia pudding. Recommend all of the aforementioned, plus their scrumptious frothy cappuccino. Prices are not bad here and the place is clean. Order first and they bring the food to your table. Outside seating among plants is a vibe, even in a rainy day like today (covered roof). Overall, loved this place and hope to come back!

I love this place! It's so fresh and delicious! It is expensive, but you're paying for organic, quality food.

Nachos with walnut meat
Cherelle J.

Love this place! I tried the nachos this time and they did not disappoint. First of all they're huge and comes with lettuce, lentil chilli, red peppers, pineapple's, cashew cheese, red onion, purple cabbage and you can add walnut meat. It's enough 2 people , and everything's delicious. We always visit when we go to Chattanooga.

Nooga Nectar - Apple, celery, pineapple, kale, lemon, and ginger (I love the jar!)
Liz G.

This is a very cute place to make some healthy choices. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The decor is modern chic, and the vibe is very chill. I ordered several juices: Nooga Nectar, Rhinestone Cowboy, Glorious Greens, and Tennessee Heat. Tennessee Heat and Nooga Nectar were my favorites. All of the juices taste fresh and delicious, and they come in glass jars that would be great for reuse. This place also has bakery items and food that I will try on my next visit. I recommend stopping by; it's gotta be Juice o'clock somewhere!

Beautiful patio space, quick service, delicious food. Would love to go again and try something new! Everything I saw everyone eating looked fabulous.

Superfood Oat Bowl with Peanut Butter drizzle

Love this place! So many great options it was so hard to choose. I loved the cocoa nib touch on the body buzz smoothie. So delicious! Will definitely be back to try more!

Milk & Honey absolutely lived up to the hype. We went for breakfast, and despite the fact that they…read moredon't take reservations, we didn't have to wait at all which already felt like a small miracle. Our server Katie was fantastic. Since it was our first visit and everything on the menu spoke to us, she helped steer us in the right direction. I ended up ordering the pistachio croissant, and honestly... I'd go back for that alone. It was warm, huge by croissant standards, and absolutely heavenly. I even grabbed another one to take home because Future Me deserved a little happiness too. We also tried the raspberry lemon danish, which was a delicious combo, but the pistachio croissant stole the show without breaking a sweat. We started with the poutine, and while it wasn't the traditional version I've had before, it was incredible. Instead of cheese curds blocks, it came with pulled pork and melted cheese, and somehow it just worked. Comfort food with a little Southern flair. For breakfast, we had the ham and cheese omelet with breakfast potatoes. It was exactly what you want it to be--classic, satisfying, and impossible to regret if that's your usual order. I also tried the Liquid Gold juice. Their juice selection is impressive, but I may have accidentally found my forever order on the first try. It was so refreshing, with just a hint of ginger. For a hot drink, I highly recommend the London fog. I'm not usually a tea fan but if you don't want coffee, this is an excellent option. Before we left, we picked up some of their salted caramels to go, and they make the perfect little gift... assuming you have enough self-control not to eat them all in the car. The vibe here is upscale southern diner. One of the signs on the wall said, "All are welcome, but you need to act right," and honestly, that's the kind of life advice we could all use. I also really appreciated that parking was free. In Chattanooga these days it's hard finding a place where you don't have to scan a QR code, download an app, and pay to park just to eat. Great food, great atmosphere, great service. Milk & Honey is absolutely worth a visit...and if you're debating the pistachio croissant, stop debating and just order it. Your only regret will be not getting a second one.

We spent some time outside before being seated, but the food and service made it worth it. I stayed in my carrier throughout the meal and was able to join my humans indoors. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and never made us feel out of place. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was lively, and the service was attentive even though the restaurant was busy. Now for the most important part of this review. While enjoying brunch, I witnessed something I never expected to see: a baby goat riding around the restaurant in a pet stroller. At that moment, I realized Chattanooga may be one of the most pet-friendly places I've ever visited. Between the great food, kind staff, and unforgettable people-watching opportunities, Milk & Honey ended up being one of our favorite brunch stops of the trip. Dogba's verdict: Excellent brunch, friendly service, comfortable carrier dining, and unexpected goat encounters. Five paws !

Fairly busy but seated right away, brought water instantly and quickly took our drink order. Modelo (served with lime like it should be but is not always) and TROPICALIA IPA which was delicious. Their glasses are etched nicely but they come with drink coozies. I wanted to buy and at end of lunch waitress said we could keep if we wanted. Now the food: DELICIOUS. My husband ordered ahi tuna bowl and it was fresh, great veggies and ahi was great. I had the chicken po boy with confusion potatoes. The seasoning on potatoes was so excellent we bought a bottle of the seasoning. (And one is on every table for use in case you want more). Their glasses baguette was fresh and chunky with yummiest sauce. Chicken was juicy and seasoned perfect. But the best sort was put altogether with the cucumbers, lettuce and tomato...it was a hot sandwich that was refreshing and not too filling on a blazing hot day. The service was fantastic and fun vibe. I would definitely come again and again.

A lot of the seating here is outdoors, which I liked and there is also a large indoor bar area. Parking was tough as this is in the entertainment district and it was a Friday night. We were seated at an outdoor low table as they had high tops as well. Our server was with us quickly, but then disappeared for awhile. She was good at suggestions and knew the menu. We got the Mexican Ceviche to start as it had shrimp. It took a long time to come out, but was so good and worth the wait. The cojita cheese was unique and went well with the dish. We also didn't have enough chips, but htey brought us more free of charge to polish off the rest of the ceviche with. For my entree, I got the Parilla steak and shrimp and it was a large portion. The sauce was amazing and the potato crisps were a nice touch. It took some time to pay as well as that was the theme of the night, I think they were understaffed, but otherwise a great experience.

Big thank you to the locals I met last night at La Altena for recommending this place! The wife,…read moreAnna, stated "if you want a good cup of coffee and an excellent pastry, this is your morning stop!" Even a little after 10am on a Saturday, you can tell this place is a very popular hangout. I waited in line for about 10 minutes, but the line moves fast. I concur with other reviewers that the staff is so friendly, helpful and energetic. I ordered a Cafe Au Lait with a shot of caramel syrup. Once I looked at the pastry items, I knew the Blueberry Lavender scone had my name all over it! I sat outside on a sidewalk bistro table and enjoyed both items immensely on a gorgeous Chattanooga morning. This place also has inside seating as well as a nice patio setup. So happy I got to experience this place! (P.S. The line is still out the door when I left!) :)

We didn't know and went straight to outdoor seating, which worked out because we got a table and about a minute later we figured out the ordering process. I ordered the chicken salad croissant for my wife, then the California club for myself and then I had to order quiche Lorraine for the table. I had filtered tap water for my drink and my wife had a can of Diet Coke with a slice of lemon and ice in a cup, provided. Service was pretty quick, between our order placement and table delivery it was 7 minutes. The quiche was custardy inside with a delicious hint of caramelized shallots to go with the bacon and cheese/egg filling. The bacon did not overwhelm. The crust was perfectly baked and a nice flakey crust. The accompanying arugula and onion salad dresses with oil and vinegar and seasonings was an excellent pairing of freshness with the richer quiche. This is a big hit, as expected when advertised on the menu as "available until sold out." The California Club was on 6 grain toasted bread with an avocado spread and aioli, bacon, turkey, tomato and lettuce. I really liked the balance of each component in this sandwich, such that nothing dominated the flavors and each distinctive was individually identifiable in the contribution to the whole sandwich. The portion was just right. The chicken salad was also good, but was the bronze medal winner compared to the other two. The croissant was flaky, but not too much. The chicken salad had just a hint of lemon and was not overwhelmed with aioli, just the right balance. This was a fantastic meal. We liked this so much, we chose to buy two loaves of bread to go, a Chattanooga Sourdough and a garlic Parmesan and also a 5 lb bag of in house ground bread flour. I need one of these in Greenville, SC, my hometown. Last thing to note, you bus your own table and there is a dish basin nearby the outside dining area in which to place your dishes. This was an excellent lunch spot. The staff were also friendly and patiently helpful. This is a must visit spot when visiting or living in Chattanooga!
