Went to Chattanooga for a quick getaway. I grew up in North Ga, so Chatt was just 20 minutes away and we spent a lot of time there as teens. Rembrandt's was a place we would come to that made us feel so adult and cool, so this visit was very nostalgic for me. It all felt the same. We ordered a mocha latte and a matcha to drink and a Reuben and Harvest Salad with chicken to eat. The Reuben was fantastic, but the chicken on the salad was extremely dry. The drinks were made well though. This was more about nostalgia than the eats for me anyway, so it was fine. I will always come back as long as they're in business.

This is hands down my favorite coffee shop and patisserie. I always overload on the pastries since I don't get it often. The service is great, but it will take you a minute to get your food or drinks because it is a very small shop. But be patient it's worth it. The breads, pastries and soups are made fresh and the coffee is roasted there. The Bluffview Art District is a staple in the Chattanooga area, its skyline is breathtaking!

Great spot! The line does move pretty slow so not the best place to go when you're in a rush. Limited indoor seating but a great spot if it's a nice day and you're looking to sit outside! Their coffee and pastries are great. I also saw someone get the breakfast sandwich which looked amazing and will have to get that next time.

One of my absolute favorite places to stop in Chattanooga. The line can be long at times, it's entirely worth the wait. Their pastries are delicious and delicate, I highly recommend a nun. My friend had their reuben sandwich and it was incredible, absolutely stuffed with meat and a very well made sauerkraut. I recommend grabbing a few pastries, if you just get one you'll regret it with how good they are.

This place is awesome!! The decor is very modern but welcoming. They have indoor seating but I sat out on the outdoor patio, which is very spacious and shady. Their coffee is great - I just got an iced latte but was very happy with it. And the breakfast burrito was delicious! It's huge, so you get a lot for what you pay. Service was efficient even though they were quite busy on a Saturday morning.

We stumbled upon a charming little coffee spot in Chattanooga, and it's an absolute gem! This place has everything you could want in a café -- it has sweet treats and the best coffee. There's an inviting outdoor patio, perfect for enjoying your coffee while soaking in the fresh air. The atmosphere is relaxed, making it an ideal spot to unwind, and simply enjoy a peaceful moment with your favorite brew. The only problem we had was we ordered iced tea with sugar but the asked me to use sugar packets. I wanted it sweetened by simple syrup or cane sugar.

I had not been to family favorite Rembrandt's since they remodeled and changed the menu a bit so Mom wanted to treat me to breakfast here this morning. The place is still so lovely! We walked throigh the courtyard side entrance into a room full of delectable looking pastries and chocolates A few new breakfast and lunch items had also been added to the now digital menu on the wall. The cashiers were very attentive, friendly, and helpful. Mom got the challah French Toast and I decided to get my 'ol fav the breakfast sandwich. Mom's order was huge and looked delicious. She definitely ate every bite with a smile. My breakfast sandwich was just as large and delicious as I remembered, the perfect combo of egg, cheese, and homemade biscuit. The chai tea latte I ordered complimented it well too. We enjoyed dining on the front side of the cafe and visiting with people walking by and their dogs. This place is still such a unique local treasure of an experience.

Since I was in the area with some friends, I wanted to get something small and sweet. But while I was waiting in line, I realized that I was much more hungrier than I thought lol. Rembrandt's has more than just coffee and pastries, but actual food as well! In the past I've always gotten their coffee and it was good, but this recent experience was amazing. I got their Caesar Wrap and their Blackberry Sage Shandy. The wrap was delicious. The romaine inside was fresh and crunchy, chicken was good, and the caesar dressing was tasty. It was the perfect amount of sauce that layered the wrap contents inside yet still wasn't too saucy. My friends got the Firebird and Bluff View Burrito. After trying my friend's Firebird sandwich (which I was also wanting to get as well), I'd definitely come back and order that next. My drink was great as well. It was fruity, refreshing, sweet but not too sweet, and exactly what I wanted for my sweets craving. The iced tea was enjoyable. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. Their menu was huge and kind of overwhelming at first, but I was very satisfied with what I ordered. The pastries were displayed so nicely in front. Next time I'll have to get a coffee and pastry. I look forward to coming back here again.

Amazing outdoor settings. Large outdoor seating area with live greenery as roof covering. We ordered the coffee eclair, cranberry sconce, chocolate croissant and white chocolate mocha latte. Everything is delicious.

I see why this has won Chattanooga's Best Coffee Shop award for so many years. This European-style cafe is the perfect place to roll up with your girlies and get a sip or snack. Things you should know: I. PARKING Limited free street parking. II. SERVICE They offer fresh pastries, chocolates, and locally roasted coffee. There's a self-serve water station. One thing I did find disappointing was the presentation of the coffee. Since Rembrandt's seems to go all-out in esthetics, I was disappointed to have my drink served in a plastic to-go cup and not classy dishware. It just doesn't make sense with the effort placed behind the cafe.. III. QUALITY All locally made ~ couldn't be any better. IV. CAPACITY Fairly busy on a weekday, late-morning. Seating is slim, however I always saw a table available during my stay.

A local favorite in Chattanooga. Located in the art district so many cute things around. I arrived around 1ish so very much still lunch time and they were definitely busy. A lot of people were waiting around for their food. One star deduction for parking (sorry my parking anxiety definitely took over). Some many delicious baked goods. I picked up a bag of coffee beans and best choice ever. Highly recommen the Tennessee whiskey coffee. The staff was very nice and helpful.

One time my parents and I came here after dinner for their gelato, and it was so delicious. We were all very impressed with the consistency and how smooth it was. So I've only had their gelato after all these years. This time I came for brunch with a friend on Sunday morning. It was packed and we got on the waiting list for a table. Wait time wasn't too bad actually. My friend and I both ordered the Hodgepodge Hash and I subbed the sausage for chicken sausage. Everything was absolutely amazing. I wish I had come here sooner. I loved everything about my meal. It was flavorful, dynamic, full of texture. It had that spice from the serrano peppers, crispy and flavorful potatoes, and the sauce tied it all together. I love savory breakfast, and that was it. Now I'm hungry and missing my previous meal just writing about it haha. Afterwards, we got gelato! I was pleasantly surprised that the gelato came with two scoops because I originally just wanted the coffee flavored one. So I had a scoop of Coffee + Cream and Pistachio. Our gelato was so tasty. I love anything coffee so this one was good, and the Pistachio one was nice and light. It had a subtle Pistachio creamy taste. Just as before, the gelato was smooth, creamy, and full of flavor. Service was great, our waiter was very friendly and super helpful with our food preferences. I have no complaints at all about our experience, and I love every single thing we ordered. I can't imagine a better place to spend Sunday brunch. I look forward to the next time I'm back, thank you!

Please take this review with a grain of salt. Today was probably not an exemplary day for Milk &…read moreHoney. Mother's Days are challenging, but I think where they hurt themselves the most is that they do not have a method to take reservations or even call ahead seating. Wait times were often in excess of an hour listening to other people waiting to be seated. That's a horrible experience on its face, and the management of this restaurant needs to do much much better or just close on Mother's Day. Next, we'll get to the food. I doubt it was a shining example of what they are capable of. I got the Shakshuka and it was mediocre. I'm not expecting it to be as good as what I would get in Tel Aviv, and I've had the real thing in Tel Aviv. But to be honest, the eggs came out nearly hard-boiled not poached. And the eggs are one of the stars of the show for this dish. If you don't get them right, the entire dish fails. Next will touch on the chicken and waffles. The observation from my tablemate was that it was dry and he didn't even eat it all. The same thing can be said for my other tablemate who had the chicken biscuit. The biscuit was exemplary, but the chicken was dry and actually overcooked. Then there were the omelettes, I don't believe they were impressive in any way and the people that ordered them agree. For those of us at the table that ordered coffee, it was rather strong. I normally like strong coffee, but this was borderline Turkish coffee, and there wasn't enough cream available to mask the potency. The service was also stretched thin. Our server, Destiny, did her best, but she was waiting too many tables. Having once been a waitermyself I have a special affinity for Service staff who are asked to do too much. We left her a good tip, but I'm sure she is capable of much better service than what she was allowed to deliver. Finally, the overwhelming crowd made the restaurant feel claustrophobic. The noise level was far too high, and we could barely hear one another at our table and we were sitting very close to one another. I don't place the blame on the kitchen, staff, or the wait staff, or even the greeters. This was a fail of management, plain and simple. They made no contingency plans for that many people and should have anticipated a larger crowd on Mother's Day. Management -I challenge you to do better!!! We will come back during a normal Service day to see if you can perform better, but I encourage you, as owners and managers, to stop setting your staff up for failure, which is what you did!

I also know from friends that it hasn't changed and it's been just as good. I don't come through this area often, but my friends wanted to meet up and have dinner here. Also the ambiance is so cozy and home-y! It felt like something out of Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, some kind of fantasy tale. They were quick to seat us, because we were a group of 5 we had the bigger booth upstairs in the back corner. Though we were seated quickly and our group trickled in after a few minutes, it took a long time for us to put our orders in. I feel like part of it is the booth placement in the corner. We spent a couple minutes trying to look at a server for eye contact haha. I ordered the Veggie Burger, which I loved as a college student years ago, and a cup of the Butternut Squash Soup. Everything was absolutely delicious. The Veggie Burger was so tasty, it came with a side of chips and a pickle slice. The burger was hearty, flavorful, and had veggies like sprouts and avocado that tasted very fresh. For me, it was a hit back then and it still is a hit now. And I wasn't planning on getting the soup, but I saw on the menu that if it was the soup of the day then the Salmon Chowder would be priced differently. And Salmon Chowder is probably my favorite soup of all time. However when we asked, the soup was Butternut Squash which was a good one too. We got a round of 4 Butternut Squash soups for the table lol. I just got the cup and I loved it. And the bread too! I wish I had another slice because I finished that in a couple bites. Anyways the soup was so delightful, it was so cozy and great. I loved the added nuts sprinkled on top, it gave a nice texture with the soup. I feel like with Butternut Squash, people have their preferences about savory and sweet soups and sometimes Butternut Squash tends to be more sweet. But I feel like Yellow Deli nailed the balance between the two. Also I had a bite of my friend's waffle ... and I have to say that was definitely a Top 5 Waffle I've ever had in my life. It was just one bite but it was extraordinary. I'm not trying to exaggerate, it was just that good. They have great quality food here and nice service. I had to dock off a star because we were waiting for a good 25-30 minutes just to order when we were ready. Other than that, we had a wonderful time.
