I have been driving down Cool Springs Boulevard for close to 4 years now and never knew that this Tropical Smoothie was there! I've even been to the neighboring 7 eleven and PF Changs...and still never noticed! Well all that changed this week when I was leaving the office and had a craving for something that wasn't just a coffee...or water. I was resigned to just swing by Starbucks and scoop up a cold brew when out the corner of my eye I saw this Tropical Smoothie...I made a left at the next light and whipped on in with delight! Funny thing is I ended up getting the Mocha Madness, which is a coffee based smoothie, but it wasn't just a cold brew...and it was extra delicious and healthy-ish, so win-win! The interior of the store is bright and larger than it appears from the outside. They have several tables lining the walls and a spacious ordering area/counter. Inside was well kept and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. I couldn't remember what I had gotten last time I visited a TS, so I gave them what I was after taste profile wise and they helped point me back to the Mocha Madness. Overall, happy to now know that this place is here - Certainly will be added to my weekly rotation! read more

It just overall is not a good environment workers are highly disrespectful and takes forever for the food to be cooked.

5 stars every time I go to a tropical smoothie :) always love the service and the food is perfect every time, i always get an avocolada and a hummus veggie wrap with the plant-based protein substitute, and occasionally, an acai bowl. when i order online, the food always comes out on time or early and i've never had to wait :3 much love read more

Tropical smoothie is of course known for their smoothies, but I had no idea they had such tasty wraps too. I had the chicken club wrap and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. I also had the kale and apple salad, which was a pretty good side. Overall, it didn't make me feel too full or weighed down like many fast food options do. Good alternative "healthy-ish" option. read more

Good job Tropical Smoothie Cafe! I had no idea you existed until @realsamjarman mentioned your free smoothie campaign on his instagram. Walked in, picked up my "strawberry margarita" smoothie w/ no guilt or shame. Tastes great & other patrons agreed. Bonus, I was surprised to see a menu of wraps, sandwiches & more. Can't wait to return! read more

SEE PHOTO OF UPDATED HOURS!!! I am so glad I made it here in time, YELP HOURS say until 9pm tonight (Sunday) but it's actually 7pm!!!! $7.50 for a 24-ounce acia smoothie with a couple boosts is a GREAT price! (Plus I think that includes tax!!) Staff super friendly and knowledgable! I did vitamin C and multivitamin blasts, I sure can taste them, but it's still yummy!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

I love tropical smoothie. I go here once a week and always get the same thing: kiwi quencher and the Ultimate club sandwich. Everything here is so flavorful. smoothie king's strawberry kiwi has nothing on the kiwi quencher. And the chipotle sauce on the sandwich is addicting. Sometimes if I'm feeling adventurous I'll get the breakfast flatbread that has bananas and peanut butter on it. I love that it's served warm! My only complaint is that bc of the price of my go to meal, I don't feel comfortable getting it more than once a week lol. But it's always worth it when I do! The smoothie is so filling. The customer service is great too. read more

Low sugar juices and smoothies. They give you the calorie count other mega juice stores don't. One can see the fresh fruits going in your juice or smoothie with no powders or pre fabbed extras. We had the avocalada which has avocado and I was craving this for some time. Unfortunately, it was the highest calories. I should have had the green detox juice but like I said, I was craving avocado. Maybe because I missed my fill from Superbowl. We tried the acai berry because it is our go to juice almost every time. Acai was what one would expect, sweet with a little tart. The avocolada was not to my liking and I was a little disappointed, however, my craving is now filled and I can move on to the ginger based juices or the cleansing ones. The price is 5 dollars for a pretty nice tall drink, see the pictures posted. We have lived in more expensive juice places, so 5 bucks seems quite reasonable compared to 8-9 dollars per cup with less ounces. Tropical Smoothie Cafe is next to my son's Orthodontist and it is quite refreshing after a tightening of the wires. Wish it was close to Nashville midtown, but 1 time a month is OK. Wish we could go more often. The workers were quite knowledgeable about what sells and what is good to make the juice or smoothie better. Even though I knew the answers it is good to see they knew the correct answers. It is very neat and clean and good for you. We did not try the food and probably may not because we are coming from the Ortho, but they looked pretty tasty and also fresh. There were Flatbreads and I think wraps and salads. We were there for the non-solid offerings. If you like FRESH juices and smoothies and only those ingredients, this is a good place to try if you are in Franklin or after a Dentist visit. Parking is pretty easy and turning in an out is seemless which is not always the case on the Parkway. read more

I like this place! I had a smoothie and breakfast wrap for lunch, and both tasted good. The prices are probably a little steep for the food portion sizes, but the smoothies appear to be reasonably priced. I had the Strawberry Limeade smoothie and it was delicious. Only critique is I wish the breakfast wrap was heated longer to melt the cheese! A quick lunch option for those working in Cool Springs, in a location with ample parking. Very clean. read more

Haven't tried their smoothies but ordered their island chicken quesadilla for lunch. I'm one of those people that don't typically love pineapple in my food/pizza but this was delicious! It was a great mix of flavor and even came with a little side of salsa verde. I also love that orders can be placed online for pick up. read more

I LOVE their hummus wrap!!! I order it almost every time. It has so much flavor. I also love the mango madness smoothie. I usually add the fat burner and energy to it. But any of their smoothies are enough to fill you up. They have enough on their menu that everyone in our family can find something they like on the menu. I use the app to order every time, and every single one of my orders has been correct. read more

TROPICAL SMOOTHIE IS THE BEST! I will never go to smoothie king ever again! The quality of ingredients, the kindness of the staff, speed of service, and variety of the menu is unbeatable buy any smoothie chain in this whole area. I train service dogs and sometimes have to bring them inside to eat my dinner, and the staff is friendly and professional about it. I love this place! You get huge, quality smoothies for such a low price. I love the bbq chicken flatbread with the kale apple slaw and the banana strawberry pineapple smoothie (paradise point?). Such a great deal... and so fresh and tasty!!! read more

We ordered the Jetty and Bahama Mama. After they gave us the drink, we tried them, and they tasted watered down. Following requesting them to be made, they handed it off to us like it was our fault that the drinks were made poorly. The second time around, all we could taste was the sugar. Truly a waste of money. The lady was extremely rude and we definitely will not be returning. read more

Whoever made my wrap put minimal effort into it. It was literally 80% sauce and 20% veggies and protein. They barely put any chicken, and I could barely even eat it because it was almost like drinking sauce. The wrap was also falling apart because there was barely anything inside. read more

workers were nice and fast enough (i waited a little bit for my food after the expected time) but that's understandable :) they weren't super friendly but they looked like high schoolers so ill give it a pass. food was yummy i recommend the chipotle chicken thing. portions kinda small bc i was still hungry, which was sad bc it was like the price of a chipotle bowl but only a quarter of that anount of filling if that makes sense read more

I love tropical smoothie and my favorite is always the watermelon one when it's in season. Everyone was so kind here but man my smoothie was just not smooth enough. It had all kinds of stuff in it to where I felt like I was chewing stuff in stead of drinking my smoothie, so I don't think I'll be going to this tropical smoothie any time soon. read more

My gf and I have been waiting for one of these to open up in TN since we've moved here. We both have them on our home town and now finally have one here right down the street from our home! Everyone is very friendly and the layout is open and modern. The smoothies are always perfectly made and proportioned as they should, unlike the competitors. Perfect size. Perfect flavor. Perfect everything! I wish they had a loyalty program because we would be VIP members for sure! Anyone who likes SK or JJ should definitely give this place a shot and they won't regret it! read more

So incredibly sub par. Ordered delivery and they sent me a wrap instead of the bowl that I ordered. Had to throw it out because I can't have gluten. The smoothie I ordered was pretty much tasteless. Never again. read more

I wish I could give this 2.5 stars. My food (jerk quesadilla) was actually tasty however my husband's (half an overpriced sandwich)was dry and tasteless. Here are a few drawbacks to this place. Ownership could not have been any more cold and unfriendly. No one offered help with the menu. The menu is confusing as crap and hopefully you don't want anything to drink with your food besides a giant $6 smoothie. Food portions are super SMALL for the price. The place was spotless (brand new) and the smoothie was excellent. But don't expect a great "experience". We basically ended up here because the Wild Egg next door was slam packed and we were desperate for food. Husband gave it 3 months survival, I can't say I disagree. read more

So much more than smoothies!! Sandwiches and wraps and bowls and more!! My favorite is the Baja Chicken Wrap. I had my wrap today and due to the current recall on Romain lettuce they substituted iceberg lettuce. I didn't care for that so they offered to remake my wrap with either spinach or kale. They were so eager to make sure I was happy. I really appreciated their customer focus. read more

My daughters & I stopped by for lunch on Saturday. The staff was very welcoming and exceptionally helpful. I had the Caesar chicken wrap and the Advocolada smoothie which was tasty and filling. My daughters had the Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich, a ham & cheese wrap, a strawberry banana smoothie, & a kids orange flavored smoothie. They too were very pleased and hope to return on our next trip to the Cool Springs area! Great service, great food, great smoothies! read more

The food was fantastic. The service was good. The atmosphere is cute. We will definitely go back.

This place is not cheap but it is good. My daughter at Univ of Tampa said it's good there and she's right but 2 smoothies, 1 fish taco and a jerk chicken wrap with a side was $20.39 total. Not horrible but a bit steep for counter service. The food was all made fresh though. Apple, kale slaw was really good and I heard the owner say to make another small batch while we were there(meaning it's not from a bucket) . A welcome addition to the neighborhood where other choices are wings, McDonald's and TGI "Fried days". read more

So happy a piece of my town in FL has ventured here for quick, yummy smoothies and healthy choice for wraps. +++

My son and I were looking for somewhere different to try out while killing time before an appointment. He liked the sound of this place. So we tried it, and it was amazing. The food and smoothies are very delicious. It is a bit expensive, but it is somewhere I would definitely come to again as a special treat when we are in town again. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We felt very welcomed. It did not take very long to get our order. A must try. read more

This is my favorite smoothie place by far. It beats Jamba Juice and Smoothie King easily. My favorite is the Strawberry lemonade(might be limeade) smoothie it is super sweet and fresh tasting.
