There were no other customers when we got there so the service should have been honestly excellent. I said it was my first time at their business and their customer service didn't kicked in. I asked a few questions as I was confused on their menu. I was with two of my kids and they didn't even mentioned the "little rascals" menu I would have grabbed a smoothie. That thing was soupy and lack toppings. It didn't taste bad but it wasn't great. Definitely smoothies, not sure about the bowls. Check them out l.

Whether you're needing to grab lunch or just need a healthy, yummy treat after your work out or when you're out running errands, this is a must try! And not to mention, you can also grab yourself a Giftcard for a friend to share the love as well!

I looked around and a staff member was walking in the back. I rolled my window down & she said you are parked parallel and taking up 2 parking spots. Like I didn't know I was parallel parked & rudely walked in the store. This is a drive thru coffee place so I didn't think pulling over for 1 minute would not be ok and I wasn't going to stay there but a second. I still did my order & when asked if they had sugar free vanilla was told harshly NO. She was the rudest person ever & doesn't need to be in any kind of customer service. They open at 5:30, we were there shortly afterwards. This morning's coffee was excellent. Mrs. K. loved her "Blondie" which I find too sweet. For me, "Americano with a splash of cream, sugar free hazelnut and a few ice cubes." What's awesome is that once you give the drive through person your phone number, they can see your order history and that means you can pretty much "My usual" and it's awesome. Fresh coffee! We didn't have to get out of the campervan, and we were on our way in a jiffy with hot coffee.. Five stars! [Review 841 of 2026 - 617 in Tennessee - 26022 overall]

I jumped on the 7Brew bandwagon after hearing so much about it…read more The drive thru coffee idea is nice and convenient but it made me feel sad thinking how "on the go" Americans are and that we lack the time and patience to sit at cafes and hold conversations with one another. 7Brew definitely cuts that out, and while it is easier to grab and go before work or on a roadtrip, there is no option to sit and enjoy. I ordered the matcha latte with cupcake flavor and my husband ordered the macchiato with blue raspberry flavor. The team working at 7Brew are all friendly, quick, and their smiles were infectious. My matcha latte was really good and I would absolutely get that one again. However, my husband's coffee was extremely watered down and we didn't realize it comes iced (typically, you have to specify that you want your coffee iced). I did not like his at all and actually declined another sip when he offered it. Based on that, I would never order a coffee from 7Brew which is crazy for a coffee shop. I would come back and try some other drinks with their fun flavors but I have a feeling 7Brew is just paying a bunch of social media influencers to sell a weak product. I guess my review is for the entire 7Brew brand. This location did have wonderful employees but the brand itself needs to focus on how to make a good cup of coffee.
