Service was mediocre. The young girls were more interested in making their vulgar music loud and clear in the store. We got out yogurt and hoped the next song would be better. F this and f that, was playing and then the next song, the same thing. So disgusting. We had to walk out. Several people walked in, got their yogurt and sat in their cars to not hear the filth the two girls were playing. I wonder if their parents would approve of their song choices. 8/6/2025 7:30pm. Great yogurt but the music the young teen girls were playing was just awful. Cussing and talking about inappropriate activities. The music was not only gross to play in a family friendly environment, but it was loud and vulgar. Other customers seemed to be uncomfortable with the music choice as well. Yogurt season is here! We got here on a Saturday around 3:30pm and the place was empty, but by the time we left it was getting busy. Masks aren't required, but the staff and all of the customers were wearing them. I got the coffee cake, vanilla, and the Reese's Frozen yogurt. All these flavors were delicious and I highly recommend the coffee cake. They have tons of toppings, fresh fruit, and syrups to make a million different flavor combos. I went with my old stand by; brownie chunks, Heath bar crumbles and strawberries. Sooo good! There's plenty of room for indoor dining, but no outdoor dining available. DC (During Covid) they have mask requirement sign on the door. All employees were wearing masks correctly. I got the turtle flavor which was the pretzel and chocolate. It was so good! I also got the white chocolate moose and it was a good combination. My only complaint about this is you can no longer control the portion you get. You need to make sure you asks how much you want. All of the yogurts and topping are behind the counters now. You have to look at all the flavors available and tell them what you want and how much. Including the topping. I think if this continue they need to reconsider a fix price instead of price per oz. Other than that friendly customer service, store is clean, they are constantly wiping down everything. read more

I like this place. It's close to home and they have a variety of flavors. They've got ice cream and water base fruit ice. They have a lager topic bar including fresh fruits. They have tables and chairs inside and they also have a couple of one outside. They are in a shopping center with other food options. They have plenty of parking spaces. Love coming in to a cold store when its blazing hot outside. They give you two sample cups but you are able to get more if you need some. They have about eight options of frozen yogurt, usually two sorbet and one or two non-dairy options. The best part is the amount of options they have for toppings, from cookies, nuts, candy and a good selection of fruit. Just watch it because they charge on how heavy your cup is. They give pretty big cups, which you're free to fill as you wish, but it takes skill and self control :) So, the reasons why it gets 3 stars: 1. It was dirty. It looked like they'd started to clean up and stopped in the middle of the job. There was a trash can towards the bag with the lid off with some stuff around it and there was a broom in a corner with a pile of dirt that hadn't been swept up. 2. Loooove yogurt mountain, however....during this pandemic all bussniess are required by state mandate to wear face masks if dealing with or serving the general public and none of the workers here are wearing masks at all. This is the second time I have shown up here and they are not practicing safe protocal. They are serving people without regards to the customers' safety, and frankly even their own safety. I am very disappointed with the way they are conducting business because I miss getting my frozen yogurt here. But I can't bring myself to eat something that has been handled by workers that arent taking this pandemic seriously. read more

This is a nice little place to take the kids. I'm not crazy about all the flavors they have. It's a bit pricey considering getting a tub of ice cream with cones would be cheaper. Love this place. I first visited a store while in Charleston, SC so I'm super happy it's come to my neighborhood. The prices are by weight and you definitely have a huge array of yogurts and toppings to choose from. They tell me that they rotate at least two flavors bi-weekly so if you have a favorite flavor, enjoy it while you can. There are some standard ones like chocolate, original, vanilla bean. It is all self serve and there's a cute sitting area to enjoy your choice. The loyalty card is cool since you enter in your phone number and it tracks your visits. read more

We took our softball team last for their end of year party. Out of the many machines they had - 7 had yogurt. 3 ran out while we were there. They had 1 flavor left when the guests behind us were done. This was at 8:30pm. The staff was unapologetic. Then at the time of paying a $70 tab - they wouldn't accept a $100 bill. No notice of this was posted anywhere. The topping? They rang up one child on a diff register. When the employee couldn't find the weight of her order - she says - well, guess you get this one free. This place has really gone downhill in the last 6 months. The yogurt use to be yummy and creamy and not its a completely different consistency. Seems they are cutting it with milk which is an interesting move since they also raised the prices. Visited a week or so ago on an weekday afternoon. When I got there two young girls were working the store. No manager that I could see. When I walked in there was a woman carrying a dog (not a service dog) letting the dog test the frozen yogurts and also had the dog around the add-ins. Always spotless clean, a much larger and creative selection of flavors (e.g. maple bacon, hot chocolate this day) along with the usual favs and the largest, most diverse toppings bar I have ever seen. Now that my summer favorite Rita's has closed in the Hermitage area, I was hoping to find a new summer spot. Having tried Yogurt Mountain twice in the past week, I can definitely say I've found it! None of the other yogurt shops in the area have impressed me like this one. The staff is super friendly, and the place has been immaculate on both visits. The decor is wonderfully bright, cheerful, and welcoming. The flavor variety is impressive as well. I highly recommend the salty caramel pretzel for a nice sweet and salty treat. My nieces loved the cake batter yogurt. For traditionalists, both the classic vanilla and vanilla bean can't be beat. They also have an impressive array of toppings that pleased both the adults and kids in our group. For me, that means fresh fruit (raspberries, strawberries, bananas and more) and nuts. Not to mention the Ghirardelli chocolate and caramel sauces. The kids loved the chocolate rocks topping and the little pieces of pastel colored mochi (Japanese rice cakes). The price is reasonable at .49 per ounce. For me, a decent portion with all of the toppings I want has run about $3.50 (and usually my husband and I share). They also have prepackaged quarts of some flavors at less than $7, which is a great deal when you look at how much that amount of yogurt would cost if you were paying by weight. Highly recommended!
