This is the second time I have received raw, doughy cookies. I understand they probably par bake them in order to be able to reheat them when the customer orders, however, a doughy, raw cookie is not appetizing at all. I don't think I will purchase again..

Love Crumbl cookies. My absolute favorite is the Chocolate Chip. The other flavors are fun to try because they change it up weekly.

Best cookies ever! We get multiple flavors, cut them into quarters, get the Crumbl cutter, and grab at will.

Cookies change every week. Beware. It's an obsession. Usually they are more "cakey," but still a nice change of pace from normal cookies.

The cookies were ok but way overpriced. They were large but didn't taste as good as I expected for the price.

They have limited seating and not many areas to plug in devices. I'd suggest coming with a full battery prior to diving into work. I had a lemon blueberry muffin and the Son of a Nutcracker drink. The coffee was delectable the notes of burnt vanilla and lemon surprisingly blended well! I downed it in a few short minutes. It paired well with the lemon blueberry muffin which was moist and delicious.

The space is a little narrow but gorgeous, with lots of nice natural-feeling light and an open and airy feel. You can see into the bakery and there's a nice display with all the available pastries. Cute merchandise adorns a few racks and shelves (it took a lot of self control to not buy a sweatshirt!). The way the line works conflicts a little bit with the entrance but it moved quickly enough to not be a problem. We got a tahini brownie, an espresso chocolate chip cookie, and a coconut and orange scone. Of course, they also sell beautiful breads and some small meal options like paninis and granola bowls. It all looked delightful. Service was very pleasant and patient. The lady in line ahead of me wasn't being very kind to the workers and speaking to them in a very demanding tone, and they handled her with grace and professionalism. They were also working cohesively as a team to ensure quick service. All our treats were yummy. My surprise favorite was probably the coconut and orange scone. The glaze on top was sweet and pleasantly crackle-y and the flavors were balanced and paired perfectly together. The espresso cookie was also balanced and super yummy; espresso and chocolate go together for a reason! The tahini brownie was fun to try and wildly gooey/rich as promised by the addition of the tahini, almost too much so for my preferences. It is SO fudgy, lol. Definitely very pleased with the whole experience. Give them a try if you're nearby!

Emeraude Bakery is a real bakery and the owner is a baker through and through. I walking into the…read moreshop and immediately noticed piles of 50# bags of flour stacked everywhere. I also noticed two large piles of dough proofing and a fresh pecan roll on the cooling rack. Emeraude supports other cottage cooks through the display and sale of their products: ice cream and cookies to mention a few, so you are not just there to buy bread. However, bread is the primary reason you are here. I didn't know about the preorder program (great way to reduce waste) but there was still plenty to choose from. I am a sucker for sourdough, big selling point, and we took one home as well as several pecan rolls. The pecan rolls were spot on: great texture and flavor. The caramel stayed soft even as it cooled, excellent. Maybe that was the duck fat. Not likely to do this again due to the price. I am always impresed when a baker gets a solid crust with a soft chewy interior on any loaf of bread. Our loaf was perfect in that regard. On the other hand, the bottom crust, while not burnt, required a tremendous amount of force to cut through it. See the picture and notice the very dark color. The sour flavor of the loaf was not overly powerful and everyone liked it. Fall is the perfect time for this bread because it goes great with soups and stews.

Hunter is kind and patient, even came to refill my cup for me when the coffee finished refilling. The space is admirable as well; bathroom is clean and the whole place has spunk, character, and good music. I'm not in the market for a loaf of bread today, but i was instantly enamored with the smell. Between everything above and his character and bit of background he shared with me, I have no doubt it's phenomenal. Imported olive oil... specialty flour mixes... artistic fermentation. What's not to love? Can't recommend it enough. Comparable to kniedlovs in Chattanooga but smaller.

But I never imagined decades…read morelater that my favorite Canadian coffee-shop chain would open an outlet in the heart of Donelson! From the mid-1970s to the summer of 2023, this property hosted a deplorable Krystal, a Nashville expansion project from a Chattanooga-based chain in which I had no interest. But on July 19, 2025, Tim Hortons officially debuted the state of Tennessee's first location here (after a soft opening on July 1). And with that, they converted the old Krystal building from an irrelevant and dated restaurant to a bright and shiny destination for Tim Hortons fans! And now, I can get my Canadian donut fix anytime I want! Being Tennessee's first isn't the store's only accolade. It's the only Tim Hortons within the Nashville city limits, one of four in the Nashville metro all lying in close proximity in the eastern suburbs. And greatest of all, it's the only Tim Hortons in the first 1,648 miles (70%) of eastbound Highway 70, one of America's longest roads connecting Arizona to the Atlantic Ocean. That makes it the westernmost Tim Hortons on all of Highway 70! And naturally, the Canadian maple donut is stupendous at this location. All the donuts are delicious, and the service is pretty good (depending on which employees are working). The door handles have hockey sticks, and the signpost out front is topped with a Canadian maple leaf. A mural inside pays tribute to one of the greatest NHL players who founded the company, the late Tim Horton (1930-1974). We're blessed to have Canada's largest fast-food franchise and the world's 25th largest with 6,000+ worldwide locations! It's a nice alternative to the other donut shop chains.
