I was excited to share this little spot with decent, cheap pastries. We got 4 or 5 very different items and everything was sooo gross!! Dry, stale, and everything tasted the exact same in a weird way. If I had to guess, everything I bought was likely 4 or 5 days old. It all tasted like how the bakery smelled (which is NOT a good thing). Almost like savory when it shouldn't be.. Like when you eat old freezer food and it tastes like freezer is possibly the best way I can describe it... When I used to come before, sometimes I'd end up with one bad item that was slightly stale, but this time was EVERY item. I'm not even a picky eater, but I could barely stomach one bite of each thing. I threw it all out. It was a waste of like $13 and I don't plan on coming again.

Type of Food: Boba / Bubble Tea & Specialty Drinks Review: If you're on the nicer side of Rivergate Parkway in Goodlettsville, this spot in the shopping center right next to the hot chicken place is definitely worth checking out. It's easy to get to, and the inside is spotless--restrooms included. We tried three different boba teas, and every single one was really good. On top of that, the staff was super friendly, the service was fast, and the prices felt totally fair for what you get. It's a great, easy stop if you're craving good boba. Cons: Seating is pretty limited. They have a nice couch and a few chairs, but don't plan on bringing a large group to sit and hang out for hours. Thumbs up / Thumbs down: Thumbs up (definitely stopping back by when in town).

Most items are on shelves, which you use tongs and place on a tray and then bring up front to pay for. No name tags on the shelves, nor prices. However, we bought 4 pastries and a loaf of bread and it was about $6.50 with tax. For baked goods, a good price considering the uniqueness of their offerings. While we liked some pastries more than others, none were bad and made for a delightful breakfast and later in the day, tea time. They do cakes and will make French bread on demand/special order. So that is cool - I plan on trying their French bread one of these days.
