Placed an order for 7 smoothies via my Smoothie King app, including pre-paying for the drinks. When I arrived at the store, during my specified time, there was a sign on the door that simply said "closed early sorry". At no point did anyone from the store attempt to reach out to me before they closed (over 4 hours early) to inform me of their early closure nor have I been contacted after the fact to provide me with a refund of my order which was not received. This pains me as a longtime SK customer, but based on all the other reviews, it looks like you are better off skipping this location. read more

The drive thru is open! You always like a surprise smoothie and that's just what my wife did. She got me a 16oz slim-n-trim smoothie... I feel like she's trying to tell me something? Anyways, I've been here many times and my two go to smoothies are the veggie and anything with a chocolate base. I normally choose my selections from the slim n' trim menu, less sugar, lower calories, but still a great taste! The 16oz is a great "snack fix" size and the 32oz is a full on meal replacement. Just a heads up, these are very filling and not meant to be paired with a meal. Need to get that sweet tooth fix, but don't want empty calories? Once again, I have filled out a complaint three times now on the smoothy king site and received no response. I'm so disappointed in Smoothy King. They leave messages attached on reviews like this to contact them through their app but then they don't respond in an higher way. I would not order from this location. In the past month this company has been out of so many major stock items that are required to make their products. It doesn't seem like the employees care much at all. No one is very helpful. really and truly, I'm not sure any of the employees actually know what's going on at their own establishment. Tried this place out the other day and we got two different drinks both were just ok. Not much flavor to either of them and tasted kind of chalky so don't know if the stuff just didn't blend well or what but we both only drank half of our drinks before tossing them. This place would be good for body builders or post gym workout but not for if your craving something fresh and sweet. read more

Hours listed on google are wrong the drive thru is open till 9. They apparently don't want to serve you though. All we said is hey are guys open? She was so rude, complaining she already cleaned the blenders, they close in 15 minutes, blah blah blah. She sounded like a toddler throwing a tantrum. Asked for a berry punch through the drive thru and they gaslit me and said it didn't exist and continued with rude remarks about how I don't know what I'm talking about. The worst customer service I have ever received, the girl taking orders name was Amari, she was short in her responses. When they were out of some of the ingredients in what I ordered I asked if she could just make it without the missing ingredients and her response was no. Completely unhelpful and not a thank you or please during the entire interaction. Didn't even make another recommendation. I recently visited Smoothie King, for the first time. I had no idea what to order, so I went inside. As I approached the counter, the young lady asked what I would like. I told her I had no idea, so she began assisting me by going thru my likes and dislikes, and of course, my ultimate goal. She ended up making me the Mango Kale, and added strawberries. Once she made it, she had me try it right then. It was DELICIOUS!! I wonder what would have happened if I hadn't liked it. I must add, it was REALLY filling!! I went back a few days ago, and used the drive thru. Since the building use to be a bank, the set up is a little odd, but now I know. After I ordered and pulled forward, there were two cars in front of me, and before long, one behind me. When I got to the window, she confirmed what I ordered, but it wasn't right. The orders got mixed up and the person ahead of me, was given the wrong drink. Wonder if they liked it?! The girl at the window was very apologetic, and I actually felt bad for her! I ordered a medium, which was too much, and it took me a couple days to finish it. Another lesson learned. So far, the staff have been very helpful & friendly. I will continue to go back. read more

Really annoyed tonight when I pulled up to the drive through at 835pm and they were closed. Especially since I'm pregnant and diabetic and my blood sugar was 50 after going to the gym. I hate the little trick that is used where the person handing you the smoothie tips the cup to the side to coat the lid with smoothie to make it "look like" it's full only to have them hand it to you and you open the lid to find the cup only 3/4 full of the $7 smoothie you just paid for. That is exactly what happened to me today, but it got even worse. Once I put the straw in and started drinking I realized that the smoothie wasn't smooth at all and large chunks of ice, peanut butter, and almonds were getting stuck in my straw. This was confirmed when I finally got all the way to the bottom to find all the large chunks sitting there. I'm a loyal Smoothie King patron and always have been but there are only a few franchises that I will visit because of practices like what I experienced today. I always order the same drink so I know when something is off. This was my first visit to this location and it will absolutely be my last. The staff was friendly and the service was quick but that appears to be because they were cutting corners but still charging full prices. I've never left a bad review for anyone before but this is not the first Smoothie King franchise that I have had this happen at in Nashville or surrounding areas. The Mt. Juliet location now goes on the list with the Belle Meade and Rosa Parks Blvd locations where they used these same practices of cheating the customer out of the product that they paid for. read more

The smoothie was great. The ordering process at an old bank was ridiculous. They have mystery window areas so you have no clue where to go or what to do. The area where you make your deposit (or smoothie withdrawal) says open on both, but only the outside works. Good smoothie, ghetto choice of venue. read more

1st let me just say my Vegan Kale Mango smoothie was not only delicious but filling!! Giving 3 stars due to customer service. My order was placed in the drive thru and I was Very disappointed to learn that it was $5 Fridays only after I was given a clipboard to sign, with the $5 stickers all over it. When I asked the young man about me paying over nearly $6 for a 20oz when I could have gotten a 32oz cheaper, he only offered a I'm sorry I should have mentioned it. Have made two trips to this new location of Smoothie King and the service has been prompt and friendly. This obviously use to be a bank and they are using the bank lanes as drive thru lanes. I appreciated the recommendation of using Lean One Vanilla in my smoothie and both items I have ordered have been very good. I will be a regular at this location. read more
