Nana pudding flavor in a waffle cone!
Darien C.

Highly recommend Hattie Jane's Creamery for some delicious homemade ice cream! I tried their Nana pudding flavor and it was amazing! You have to try their ice cream with a waffle cone too. I will definitely come back to try more flavors!

Sweet Corn & BlackBerry Jam Cone

We were so full when we left Pucketts Restaurant last night (6/19/26) that we passed up Hattie Janes Creamery next door! But the constant in & out of people had our curiosity up why it was a popular destination. so tonight we returned and so glad we did!! definitely one of a kind ice cream!! We were told it is made at a local creamery just minutes down the road in Columbia TN. It was Fresh!! I had the local fav (another customer suggested) "Sweet Corn & Blackberry Jam" Cone!! oh goodness!! Please try this!! It was so delicious!! My friends tried the Pecan Pie & Vanilla Cone, Cotton Candy w/ chocolate Cone. They also offer gluten free and lactose free option. This little sweet shop is a must!!

Ice cream hit the spot.

Delicious ice cream! Milkshakes are delicious but for $12.00 a little pricey. Place is located in the heart of downtown. Cute inside or outside seating. Staff were wearing masks and the environment was welcoming. Staff offered ice cream samples. Lots of ice cream flavors - some are classics while others were unique. The coffee mulekick was delicious - coffee flavor steeped with muletown roasted coffee beans. The honeycomb ice cream was unique with golden honeycomb candy, cacao nibs, and marshmallow fluff. Milkshakes come with whipped cream and a cherry unless you ask otherwise.

Cutie little stop, perfect for some late night ice cream around Mufreesboro. A select few flavors but all made in house and their fresh whipped cream and house made maraschinos are the literal cherries on top.

Delicious two-scoop cup with coffee plus honeycomb.

After a delicious meal at Puckett's we could resist topping the evening with Hattie Jane's ice cream. I loved their coffee and honeycomb flavors. Not inexpensive but the scoops were generous and worth the investment.

Honeycomb ice cream

This place is nicely located in the city's quaint main square. The space is very limited so if you're trying to keep your distance is not likely to happen as people waiting and people trying to go out use the same door. Hard but not impossible. There is outside sitting. The service is professional & they're have a ton patience. Now, the ice cream makes it ALL worth it. They have a nice selection of flavors and they also sell coffee. I'll be trying that next. This time around I had the Honeycomb and it was AMAZING!!! My kids also recommend the mint chocolate one. Definitely going back.

Chocolate Milk Shake

A bit of advice-- do not order a milkshake. I had been here once before after moving to the area and loved it. So I was excited to go back and try a house-made chocolate milkshake. The line was long when we arrived, but I figured it would be worth the wait! The older man in front of me actually got a milkshake, too. When I got to the glass case to deliver my order, I was excited to ask for a chocolate milkshake with whip cream. The worker looked at me annoyed, stared at me for about 10 seconds until saying, "K". She rolled her eyes and sighed, and then she aggressively asked, "Cherry or no?" Not only was the worker hostile and annoyed for not reason, the shake was runny and just chocolate milk at this point. Next time, skip the confrontation and disappointment, and only get ice cream.

Chocolate Oreo milkshake is DELISH!

We came in right before closing. This store is so cute, right in the square. Friendly service. Ordered a chocolate Oreo milkshake, cotton candy & 2 jarritos sodas. Total was $24 plus tip. Will definitely come back for another sweet treat!

Day 2 in our search for the best drinkable ice cream landed us at Hattie Janes Creamery. My son got the unicorn milkshake and really enjoyed its uniqueness and flavor. My daughter went with the cookie dough milkshake which is her favorite. She loved the shake I got the minty chocolate fudge milkshake and have to say the ice cream was very good. We all voted a 5 for flavor. Overall we decide to remove a star due to the price of a milk shake being $7-$11. But maybe it will make our scoop-able ice cream list.

Warm cookie with great tasting icecream!

This was my first visit here, and when leaving, I needed a 1/2 gallon of water to drink! The icecream was good, hence the 4 stars, but the icecream left my mouth with a coat of sweetness that I needed to wash down. I love sweet things, so I'm really surprised this happened. For this reason, I probably won't be back. I ordered the banana pudding icecream that tasted just like banana pudding! Such GREAT flavor!! I'm not sure if they used too much milk or cream though, it was just a bit too thick. I ended up tossing half of it, which I never do! Overall, nice location, with lots of street parking, and sweet icecream. If you've never been, it's not a terrible place to stop in.

Located adjacent to Puckett's, the ice cream was delicious! It was crowded on a random Sunday night so I knew it would be.

I ordered the Cappuccino as I wanted to see how this establishment executed one of my favorite drinks. I waited a few minutes for the friendly barista to prepare my order. It was well worth it! If you go, expect to order from an outdoor window. It is very popular, and I am not sure about parking. I saw one outside table that was mostly shaded in the morning light. There may be inside seating? I was in a hurry and did not notice. When you are in the Edgehill area of Nashville, you simply must visit Osa.

A Great Place to Start the Morning!…read more I needed to pass some time one morning, so I stopped in for a cup of coffee, and I'm glad I did! I don't drink much coffee, so when I do, I like to make it a specialty coffee. I went with my go-to, a Mocha... and WOW, it was sooo good! The service was friendly, and my coffee was made in no time. There's plenty of seating inside, plus counter seating out front if you want to sit and watch the world go by. And on Monday morning, they were roasting beans! The smell throughout the place was amazing. There's just something about the smell of freshly roasted coffee that makes a morning better. If you're at The Factory, make sure you stop in and check them out. Grab a coffee, take in the aroma, and enjoy a little morning break.

But back in 2017…read moreto 2019, I used to come here to work/study and accidentally discovered the breakfast burrito. And oh boy. I became addicted. Then COVID hit. Window pickup became a thing. That burrito was basically my emotional support animal throughout 2020. I ate it almost every damn day. It was $5.95 and genuinely one of the greatest things I had ever put in my mouth. Fast forward a few years. I hadn't had it in forever. Today I came back, craving my beloved COVID breakfast burrito. Sweet baby Jesus. WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED. The audacity to call this thing a burrito should be investigated by the FBI. It's apparently wrapped in filo dough (pretty sure), which means it's baked, aggressively buttery, ridiculously doughy, and somehow almost raw underneath. This is not a burrito. This is a pastry having an identity crisis. The beans were basically the entire personality of the thing. Barely any vegetables. The egg tasted like it had been cooked twice, then sentenced to another cooking session inside the pastry. Everything was doughy, mushy, buttery, and sad. I took a few bites, stared into the distance, questioned my life choices, and eventually threw the damn thing away. And it's $10 now. Which I have absolutely no problem paying, IF THE BURRITO IS GOOD. The employees were very nice and kind, though. I don't know any of them and it seems like the whole crew is new, so this is absolutely not about them. But the only reason 8th & Roast remained on my personal breakfast map was that burrito. And now it's gone. RIP 8th & Roast breakfast burrito. 2017-2020. You were too good for this world.
