I love crumbl cookie but this location is not the best at. The customer service could use training. Ambiance is going to smell good, but one day some employees were making cookies and suddenly some random girl walks up to the cookies with no gloves, no hat to secure her hair. This girl then goes up to the refrigerator(opener that has cookies) abs opened it up and literally grabbed them with her hand. After time past realized she was off duty Emilee because everyone was talking to her. This was so unsanitary; like how does some, employee or not just come from being outside and walk straight to the cookies and without washing your hands, like I don't know where your hands been. My family stopped by tonight and experienced terrible customer service. After waiting over 20 minutes to pick up a pre-ordered cookie, my young daughter tried to inquire about how much longer the wait would be and was spoken to very rudely. We asked for a manager and was told the lady she was already speaking to was the manager. I really wanted to like crumbl cookie but I just can't...I've tired them multiple times over and over again. I love that they are constantly rotating cookies weekly but every time I see something I want to try, it's just been a huge disappointment. It's cute that they're trying to incorporate cakes for an up charge but they're also not that great. Their signature cookies are not as great as they use to be when the first opened...I think the quality has gone down significantly within the past 5 years. Updating this because since this review, I have been to this location multiple times and continue to be disappointed. The employees are rude, they don't greet you or make you feel welcome at all. You have to order on the app or the tablet when you come in and they act like it's such an inconvenience to help customers. Every time I try to order on the app, the cookies are not available/sold out and they hardly ever offer curbside service. I only go here because of the location, but I won't be going as often unless the customer service improves. I went in for 1 cookie and they wouldn't serve it to me even though it was available, just because they didn't have the single cookie box in stock. I would've taken it in another box happily, but no accommodations were made, I was stared at until I just walked out. Very rude. read more

This is probably the second or third time I have visited this location. Every time I have came they have messed up the cookies. Whether it is the decorations on top or ingredients missing. This time I ordered a Hazelnut Sea Salt and Blondie. They gave me a Nilla Bean. They did tell me I could keep the Nilla Bean, although it was missing the sprinkles. I love this spot. Patience is necessary. My previous review disappeared (with all my interior photos- just means I'll have to go back). I love that it's open and you can see all the magic happening. I also appreciate that they have the cookies set up for the day. Fridays order was the first time I tried online ordering. I would say unless it was a huge line just walk in and order. Bought some Crumbl cookies to give to some friends. I have heard a number of rave reviews about how great these cookies are, and the truth is they really are amazing. I have two friends who love cookies and have wanted to try Crumbl but don't live close to a Crumbl location, so as a surprise and grabbed two packs and took them to them. I placed an order at 10 AM for 34 cookies. I arrived at the designated time for pick up.. Nobody was available to greet the customerss but there were 10-12 employees in the back mostly talking to each other. I later learned that my order was not ready. Not only that, I would have to wait while they baked the cookies. I'm not sure why Crumbl cookie has an online ordering process. There's no point in ordering them ahead of time. Typically, when people order something for a designated pick up time, they expect the order to be ready. I was told employees don't look at orders until the customer arrives. When I got the cimpleted order there was chocolate on the outside of the packaged boxes. I was also informed that there was no crumbl cookie bags available so the order was placed in a nasty cardboard box This was the most awful customer service experience; I'm not sure how they stay in busines. Are they good cookies? - Yuck, no. Both mine and my wife's were too crumbly and crusty, but that was not the major detractor for me. It was the grittiness that made me want to wretch. Texturally, it was overly evident that the bakers (or perhaps it's just their recipe/method) put WAY too much sugar in and not enough milk/eggs/cream or other variety of moisture/wet product. The sugar never broke down properly, so your teeth just crunched on raw sugar crystals. Think nails on a chalkboard, but using your teeth instead. 2. Are they affordable? - For over $3 per cookie, just go buy yourself a roll of Pillsbury at your local Kroger and make yourself a dozen cookies. Your waistline might not thank you, but your wallet and tastebuds will. I have a huge sweet tooth and love my desserts/treats, but even I could not make it all the way through my whole cookie. I've heard nothing but good things. Finally decided to try it. We ordered the sugar cookie and churro cookie. Well to start off. I kind of wish they had a menu board on the wall or on a sign somewhere other than at the register. I appreciated the cookie samples at the register , you're able to see how the cookies look but I feel like it's easier/better to see a menu before you get to the register(just my opinion) *shoulder shrug* lol Anywho, the churro cookie was delicious and the frosting complimented the cookie perfectly. It was the perfect amount of frosting. The sugar cookie was interesting. The pink frosting was a bit much and not needed. The cookie itself was good and heavy. Next time I would get it without the frosting (if possible). We also ordered the chocolate chip cookie and the s'mores cookie. The chocolate chip was ok, my husband liked the smore said it wasn't too sweet. The marshmallow had good flavor. So far his favorite is the churro. Overall cute in and out place, I'd recommend a menu somewhere other than at the register. I'd definitely return to try other cookies. read more

Cookies are good and seem to be undercooked sometimes, but I still enjoy them on occasion

The service is always friendly. The cookies are hit and miss. I love most of the fruit flavored. The peach ,poppyseed, banana pudding, and the pink almond frosting sugar cookie are my favorites. Unfortunately, they don't circulate through often enough. I don't care for the milk chocolate chip one. Their goal is crispy on the outside soft in the middle. They are large cookies so their price makes sense, but they are not soft and chewy like I would hope. I tried the chocolate chip, lemon glaze, churro, and Oreo cookies today. This location is constantly sold out of cookies and the cookies are usually sold out as soon as they open. It is not even 10am and they're already sold out of 2 flavors of cookies! I always end up having to take a trip to the Smyrna location, as they are rarely sold out of any flavor which is very inconvenient considering I stay in the Medical Center area. This location needs so much more improvement with the presentation of their cookies also. Smyrna is better. read more

The time we went there were about 20 people working in there, walked up to the counter to order and they told us they were out of items that were sitting on huge trays behind the girl taking our order.
