The taco's were OK but were more like a cheesesteak taco versus the flavors you expect for Al Carbon (cilantro, garlic, jalapeño) especially seemed to be missing the "cooked over coal" part. Now the tacos were good, I added some lime juice and salsa for added flavor, and I liked how the tortilla was grilled and the onions were Al dente. But overall it really didn't fit the bill for "Al Carbon" steak. I will visit them again and check out some of the other items I saw being delivered to tables. The place is clean, love the artwork, and the service was solid.
