I like tenders, but I was craving fried chicken(bone in). It was late, around 8:45pm and I went to the drive through and ordered the first combo(bummed about no bone in). It had a catchy name for it, but I forget. Pulled up to the window and received courteous and fast service. They advertise as every order is freshly prepared. Since I received my order so quickly, I was anticipating something left on the warmer. Boy was I wrong! I opened the corner of my takeout box and felt around for a tender and that sucker was hot! What a nice surprise to see the meat steaming after a bite. It came with some bread and my hungry butt shoved that big tender into the bread and had the best sammie while I finished driving to my destination. I ate the rest of the fries and slaw and 2 more tenders after I got there and all that hot and delicious food was worth the stop. I would definitely recommend this place if you're a chicken tenders fan. I really wasn't a big fan until I had some of Raising Cane's. Good, hot, freshly prepared, and super fast.

Service was prompt and friendly. My order was accurate. The tenders and french fries were nice and hot. I really like enjoying the cane's sauce with the tenders. If the fries had been just a teeny bit more crispy and would've been even better. I like the fact that they have a double drive-through. This probably helps with those busy lunch breaks. This restaurant is a little newer, and the inside is always clean. For future reference, I'll need to remember to ask for ketchup, thankfully I had some in my truck. He had called the former owner and asked if anything they sold had sunflower in it and had even called the manufacturer of the buns and his distributer to see if there was anything that had potentially used any sunflower products but he hadn't heard back from them as of yet. AJ went above and beyond to check on an allergy. That means a lot to those of us that have allergies. So I feel like they should be considered allergy friendly. An old building, a little history, straightforward Southern food and people who seem considerably more concerned with whether you ate enough than whether their plates are Instagram-ready. And then there are the fried taters. Crispy, salty, unapologetically fried potatoes--the sort of food that reminds you mankind occasionally gets things exactly right. Nobody needed to deconstruct them. Nobody needed to drizzle truffle oil over them. They needed hot grease, seasoning and somebody in the kitchen who knows when to pull them out. The rest of the food follows the same philosophy: familiar, filling and comforting. This isn't a place trying to reinvent Southern cooking. Thank God. It's trying to feed you. The old building and its history make the whole thing even better. You sit there eating fried potatoes and realize people have been passing through this little corner of Tennessee for generations. We were greeted and told to sit anywhere. Nice. Found a booth against the wall and were given menus and drink orders taken. Drinks came while still viewing the menu. I almost wanted a burger but chose the patty melt with coleslaw. I was going to have fries but they have those Checkers type fries. My wife had the BLT with Tots and after having a couple of her tots I should of had the tots. My wife even agrees, these are the best tots she has ever had and she has tots when ever offered. These had the crispy outside that you can bite into without crushing and fluffy innerds mmmmm. But getting back to my patty melt. The menu said it came with thousand island dressing. I would usually hold the TI, but now I'm in a phase where I order with no substitutions. So I took it with the Thousand island. And so glad I did, it did something to it.
