I had never eaten Zaxby's chicken at all so when I needed lunch today I stopped by to try the "Signature" sandwich. I wasn't sure which flavor to get so I asked for some of each - Zax Sauce and Spicy. I also asked for no salt on the fries. What I got was a big meh. The sandwich I ate plain because Zax sauce is not good, imo. They didn't give me spicy even though they said they would. The chicken was good - basic crunchy chicken. Not bad. The fries were soggy. I expected crispy. I love crinkle cut but they were just ok. Again, not bad but not great. In the end that was the whole meal: ok. read more

I have been a Zaxby's fan for a long time, but after today I won't be back!! I ordered 2 kids meals, ( only got one) I only paid for one My fried chicken sandwich was grilled And there was garlic salt sprinkled on it and ALL Of Our food!! When did y'all start sprinkling garlic ALL over Everything???? French fries were soggy. We were very disappointed in the food!! read more

Just as I remembered it. They are efficient at collecting your money, but fall short on the chicken. I ordered traditional wings and a basket of fries. The cashier informed me we no longer have the basket of fries. We have a large size. The chicken was mediocre, flavorless, and tasted old. Flavorless because they are stingy with the sauce. I asked for double the sauce. I was assured that extra sauce would be added, and yet here I am giving a negative review. Tasted old because the wings were dry like the wings have been sitting under a warm lamp all day and dry. I say warm lamp because the food was not hot and warm barely warm. As for the fries, the large must've been a large to a child. From an adult perspective it was medium size at best. In the end, I couldn't finish it. I hate wasting food! As much as the meal cost, I'd rather write a negative review. I'd rather do this than have to experience this crap again and again. Bleh! read more

Chicken tenders were fine but the coleslaw gave me food poisoning :( Won't be back to this location read more

The general manager is extremely rude and full of herself. The other managers are also rude and unprofessional. All of the employees seem miserable. Great food but evidently poor management and treatment of employees. read more

Not only was the staff here all nice but the chicken was BOMB!!! I'm from the west coast and our chicken strips taste like doodoo and old oil. I was staying at the stay bridge inn and suites which is right next door so walked here for lunch one afternoon and was hooked after! So were my kids! I'm sure I gained a few pounds but it was worth it. I have no idea if it's the oil, seasoning or the breading but these were the best chickens strips I've ever had. I am pretty anti fried food because it just never tastes good no matter where I try. But not here. These chicken strips were life changing and the fries had the perfect amount of seasoning. The prices are also affordable! Where I'm from to feed a family of 4 fast food it's $50+. Here our total for us 4 was only $30 something dollars. Store was spotless. I miss you Zaxby's! read more

I have grabbed wings where a few times. I have never been inside drive thru only. Always fast fresh food and a friendly staff. Teriyaki Boneless wings with extra celery as ranch! read more

Come on Zaxby you got to do a little better on customer service drive thru waiting time. I ordered 2 salads their zensation zalad. And had to pull forward and wait for my two salads. I wasn't thrilled they didn't have the Citrus vinaigrette dressing. I was okay not having the dressing. It happens they run out of things. I opted for honey French instead. Poor guy came outside looking scared I would be mad. He was aware I have been waiting awhile. He let me know they didn't have the dressing that it usually comes with. Gave me 3 free cookies cause he felt bad and was genuinely nice. read more

Zaxbys - Cobb salad - Salad Near Me - Murfreesboro, Tennessee

I love their chicken! The toast used to be buttery but it is still tasty. Krinkle cut fries - the bomb!

I remember why we don't go often. Besides the long wait in line, Zaxby's rarely gets our order correct. Today there was no salad dressing for the salad! Really, Zaxby's??? read more

besttttttt chicken everrrrrrrr it sooo yummy i love it hehe its way better than raisin canes. canes is not that good fr its really just ehh yk. read more

Food is not that good . It's not consistent. One day it's really good chicken the next I wish I didn't eat it .

This has to be the most poorly run fast food restaurant in Murfreesboro. It's unfortunate it is my daughter's favorite as I have to battle their incompetency weekly. You can almost count on sitting in the drive thru for 45+ min: I had a cashier tell me once to not order inside they were so backed up and I'd just be waiting for at least an hour. Today I ordered online for "asap" - asap was a 70 min wait time. My order was cancelled after 35 min. It's truly fascinating how inefficient this store is. I've never seen anything like it. You're better off driving to Lebanon if you want to eat Zaxby's within the hour. read more

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!! I live nearby and every time I come here, which isn't often, my order is wrong or the service is extremely slow. I ordered one meal in the drive through for myself and sat waiting for my food for over 30 minutes (not an exaggeration) after they messed up my order. I ordered in the evening, not during the dinner rush either. Where is the management or the customer service? It took so long I walked inside to wait for my food and see what the hold up was. How does one meal take this long? After going inside, I was told they forgot my meal again and they proceeded to go through a list of meals asking me what meal was mine. After waiting a few more minutes they finally got my correct order. Awful experience. Will not go back ever again! read more

I guess their manager is either new at this, or was having a bad day. Either way, Sam handled my very reasonable, very simple issue as if I were I a criminal. She explored every possible way to not fix a $4 issue. In the end, she won. Just very poor customer service. Average food. read more

Delicious! No words to describe their delicious chicken fingers and their crinkly fries. I can't even I can't even find the words. I love love this-this type of spice they put on their fries. I wish they told me, but the Best secrets are the ones you don't Share. My mom and I love the chicken finger plate. read more

Every time I go here there's an issue! Once I went and they gave me the wrong change back and I told her and she was like no you gave me a $10 and I said now I gave you a $20 and at first she wasn't going to do anything until I told her I know I gave you a $20 because at the time I drove for Lyft and it was a tip and I was super excited so I took a picture to send to a friend. Well thank goodness I did because I showed her and then they went to count the register and proceeded to bring me the rest of my change. Didn't even apologize. I just got eye rolling. I didn't go back for the longest. Then I started back eventually to try it again. I was good for awhile. They put a good amount of sauce on my wings and then they started barely putting anything on them. So I stopped going again. Then tonight I went because I had been given a gift card and you can add a gift card to the app. So that's how I was going to pay. Well the guy said he couldn't scan it because the one at the drive through didn't work. I said well I guess you can cancel my order because I don't have any other way to pay. Then he went to talk to someone and I see eye rolling again and nothing but irritation on their faces. He comes back and tells me they can scan it on another machine but they needed my phone. I definitely watched where my phone went. I also figured out the guy was brand new and they put him on the drive thru ! That's ridiculous. He looked so lost and I felt bad for him that they put him in that position. I have a little left on a gift card and I just don't even want to go back to use it to be honest. So frustrating. read more

DO NOT EAT HERE! I think they are running a scam. I pull into the drive thru and they tell me if I spend over $5 I get a free funnel cake. I say, why not....free food! They guy who took my order told me they would take it off at the window. I get to the window, 20 minutes later, and I noticed that I was charged for the funnel cake. They told me the offer stopped at 7:00pm. I thought that was interesting because I ordered after 7:00 pm. Why would the guy mention that? So the manager tell me they will give me a refund for the funnel cake. 5 minutes later the manger tell me it is his 2nd day of work and he does not know how to do a refund! How are you a manager and do not know how to process a refund??? How??!! So at that point he offers me a 2 funnel cakes and apologizes. At this point, I have already waited 30+ minutes so I take it. Finally, I get all the way home and notice that there are no chicken fingers in my Kiddie Finger Meal, just fries! This place sucks! I knew I should have went to CFA but Zaxbys was closer. Never again! Order ID: AAAYZLQUCJDC read more

Messed up my order and expected me to drive back to town with 3 kids. Big hassle to get a refund.

First time eating at our new local Zaxby's but not the last! Went inside and ordered a chiicken sandwich. To my surprise the bum was stale. When I told the staff about it right away they made me another one right away. I was impressed thT they didn't give me a hard time about it. The restaurant's new dink g area was clean and the decor was very nice. We will definitely be back! read more

I ask for zax sauce every time, never get it. Fries are never salted or seasoned. Mediocre overall

I love when my chicken smells like cigarettes. Horribly ran location. Go somewhere else.

Clean, quick, and fresh. Kids loved it. Yelp thinks my review should be longer so here is a bunch of gibberish until I got the required character count. read more
