Lee, and his staff this morning were very helpful. Went In first thing this morning after attempt my to order our food online and being unsuccessful. There were two employees that didn't hesitate to take my order, when I asked about a specific bagel she informed me that they JUST made a new batch and will have some available. I had placed my order and waited. I grabbed my food and left. When I check about ten minutes later I noticed that the bagels were not in the bag. I called and spoke to Lee who was more than helpful. I love Panera, but I almost always forget to check in while I'm here. I come here at least once a week to either grab some bagels for my doctors or to grab a Fuji apple and Chicken salad for breakfast. Boy do I love that salad. I used to come in and grab their Mediterranean egg white breakfast sandwich, but they have discontinued it. It was so good with the soffrito, spinach, and white cheddar cheese on a panini. I ordered two meals for delivery and was highly disappointed. $30 wasted. I ordered the turkey and avocado blt sandwich. It was so bland and unappetizing. The turkey was extremely dry. My sandwich didn't have any mayo on it which made it even more dry. The avocado was just one chunk that they didn't even bother to slice into smaller pieces and evenly spread across the sandwich. To top it off, half of the lettuce was bad. My boyfriend ordered tuna salad sandwich and we could've made a tuna salad sandwich better than that at home. I'm not ordering from Panera anymore. Came to this location to get a coffee and cinnamon crunch bagel to start my afternoon. The lady at the front was super nice and helpful. Upon receiving my order, I noticed my cinnamon crunch bagel was surprisingly small. I decided to go back inside, since I was on the patio, and see if they had any cinnamon crunch bagels that were the normal size or at least a little bigger then the one I received. After explaining my situation, the lady behind the food-service counter was not happy with me and said they are all small because they have a new baker who is learning. I assumed this lady was just having a bad day and is usually super nice. She then gave me a new bagel to make up for the small one I received but didn't seemed thrilled to be making the situation right. Food is so thrown together and sloppy I threw it away. Such a waste of time and money. My avocado egg white sandwich had a tiny sliver of avocado on it that was brown and unsightly. This is a good Panera. I don't come here often, but it wasn't disappointing. I ordered the Pick 2, with a Caesar salad and broccoli cheese soup... and it also came with a sprouted grain roll. The broccoli cheese soup is absolutely delicious... it's definitely the reason I keep coming back. If you are a fan of broccoli cheese soup, this is one of the best versions of it that I've ever had. The Caesar salad was decent, but it wasn't the best. I added grilled chicken to the salad, but I probably wouldn't do that again, because it didn't really add too much. The croutons were great though! Overall, this was a good experience. When I come back I'll definitely get the broccoli soup again, and then probably try one of their specialty sandwiches. read more

I order online from this location about once a week and the food has always been fresh and pick up is easy. Sometimes the order isn't accurate but they have always been friendly to correct any errors without having an attitude which is rare with most places. I'm not real fond of dining in the restaurant. Still don't like the idea of having to bus my own table but the online order works pretty well for me. read more

Nice place for lunch. You may want to get there early as the lunch rush is heavy and you may not be able to sit where you want. It is on the other end of the building from the Men's Wearhouse. The staff is courteous, the food is well-made, especially the breads. I had the French Onion Soup (hearty) and Bacon Turkey Sandwich, which was a great combination for me. Try calling all you want anytime of the day or night no one will ever answer until it hangs up automatically. The hubs just walked in with a half dozen bagels and the plain cream cheese isn't even from Panera (yes, he purchased it there but it's a cheap tub of Hahn's). I love this Panera! It's got the cutest farmhouse decor. My food is always excellent when I go here. The reason for my four star review is because on my most recent visit they seemed a little unorganized. I normally love panera bread and have never had any complaints about this location, until yesterday. I ordered a you pick 2 with a green goddess salad and chipotle chicken and avocado panini. I ate lunch there around 3:30ish. Then later that night i woke up sick and had food poisoning. Panera was the only thing i had eaten that day besides a granola bar. This morning i called the store around 6:00am to report to the manager that I had gotten food poisoning because i have always been told to do that. I was told by a manager there that her boss would call me back, but it's now 3:00pm and no call back. I don't think I will be eating here again due to fear of getting food poisoning. read more
