Doesn't matter the weather outside, ramen always sounds good. This is the only good ramen I've found in Murfreesboro. Or at least the most authentic. During colder months there is usually always a bit of a wait. Not terrible. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This is family friendly and parking is easily accesible in the plaza.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They can accommodate big parties but I suggest calling them ahead.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I've come here several times and service sometimes lacks but nothing bad.

Decided to try this newish place while out in the Murfreesboro area. Delicious bowl of Tonkotsu Ramen. Broth was absolutely delicious. Red ginger was amazing. Love the bottle but they put in the bowl. The waitress said she usually asks for extra ginger. I may do that next time. Nice bite to the homemade noodles. Soft boiled egg perfectly cooked. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Clean dining area and bathroom.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Comfortable seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

Simple and soothing, our kids even enjoyed this visit. The hot tea is wonderful, and the spring rolls were delicious! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Very calming ambiance with 2 tvs playing a lofi on one and Ghibili on the other.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The egg in the was chilled which was different, but still yummy. Service was wonderful and fairly quick. Recommend this little place for older kids and teens for sure.

First time trying Brothers Ramen and not sure if it will be my last. Met my brother in laws friends here because they highly recommend it. They told us it was one of their favorite spots in the Boro so of course I came in with high expectations. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I will say I love the vibe of the restaurant. The interior is decorated very nicely and gives a more upscale appeal.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We were also seated right away even though our full party wasn't present, which was nice. They only had a couple other customers for it being a Saturday afternoon. Service was good. Our waitress came around to check in on us a couple times before the remaining part of our party arrived. She was also good with refilling our drinks and making sure we good during our visit. Unfortunately something happened with their oven while they were preparing our ramen so we had quite a bit of a wait. I'm also not sure why we were served after the table to our left and right were, even though they all came in after us. Both tables ended up finishing their meals and leaving before we even got our food. So I'm not sure how they do their tickets for orders. Wasn't really happy with that. The food was the biggest disappointment. Very lacking in flavor. I ordered the chicken curry and pork buns. My husband got the Kaisen ramen and Takoyaki. He said he didn't like it, which is surprising because he's more forgiving when it comes to food compared to me. The pork in my pork buns was the thinnest piece I have ever seen and the soy sauce was very overpowering. The curry I had in my dish was very thin and watery. The chicken was basically the karaage they use for the appetizer, not actually chicken cutlet like I'm used to. Part of me was thinking maybe it was because I didn't order ramen at a ramen spot but the fact that my husband and my sister both didn't really like their ramen tells me I might have been disappointed anyways. It's unfortunate but I guess we will still be on the hunt for a good ramen spot in the Boro. I'm rating two stars because my husband and I both liked the vibe of the restaurant and our waitress was good. But other than that they were a bit lacking with the food and service as far as who got served first.

I love going here. It's definitely one of the better ramen places in town. They have a great selection of ramen and other plates and appetizers. It's reasonably priced and you'll definitely get full. Once you see the small plate or appetizers list you'll want to order it all. The service has always been nice and fast and the food hot hot hot- be careful! [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a nice place and looks to be able to accommodate quite a bit of people.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Luckily this time we had not wait but on occasions they have a pretty good wait time. Go try it if you haven't.

The food is always amazing. I practically live here and want to go all the time. The service is always good and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the ambience is cozy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I love the pillows and the anime that plays in the background while you eat.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I have never had bad service or a bad meal here.

Great service Great food The tonkatsu raman was near perfect. Even though it was a Monday, the quality of service was more like a Saturday.

Had a fabulous meal here tonight after getting a massage. I was so relaxed, I didn't feel like cooking and decided I was craving ramen and tempura shrimp. I was originally going to get the Tonkatsu ramen which is my favorite, but decided to try the Tan Tan Ramen instead and it was fabulous too

Perfect experience. Recommended by a friend, I headed straight over for an early dinner. It was perfect. It was as delicious as I expected it to be. Service was great. We were seated quickly. I ordered a Shoyu Ramen and pork buns. Yummy. I was hungry and now I'm satisfied. Also ordered a Tonkatsu Ramen to go for later.

Finally got to visit in person. Not a super long wait, but the draft about froze my friend and I to death. Then when we were seated every time the door opened we almost froze. Eating hot ramen and we never took our coats off. Much different experience in person with the ramen this time. The chicken ramen was excellent with all the little touches that were forgotten the last time. It was a five the experience was not. Besides the draft issue when you are seated at the tables in the middle there are small slotted bamboo separating you from your neighbor it is was awkward and loud. Severs were hustling and took excellent care of us. Would totally go again and request to sit on the far wall side.

The service was great! I started with the pork buns and got the tonkotsu ramen. Food was delicious

It took me way too long to come here. I've never been a ramen fan until my husband introduced me to it. This place is delicious. Forget the instant cup o noodles from the grocery store. Go for gourmet! I've been loving the Tan Tan Ramen and steamed buns. They've been my go-to's almost every time. The staff is friendly and the bathroom has a changing station, so I can't complain. The portions are also so big that i typically order extra noodles for $2 and have a whole extra meal from it.

Food was really good restaurant was pretty clean and the staff was really nice! We had never been before and we WILL probably be back. The tempura shrimp and chicken bun were awesome. We will explore more of the ramen flavor options next time.

You can get a shopping cart right in front of the store before coming in if you need one (or you can also grab a small hand basket inside if you prefer). My husband and I stopped by this market yesterday evening, around 5:50 pm. I wanted to see if there was any banchan and other random snacks for our trip. And although this is a small market, there was a fair selection of banchan that I ended up purchasing (japchae, the glass noodle stir fry) and stir fry fish cakes (one of my favorite banchan). I also purchased a few sheet masks since they were only $0.99 (prior to tax) but kind of in a hidden area that I think others may overlook when they browse this small mom and pop store. My husband picked out a few canned drinks and I also ended up purchasing some seaweed flavored snacks. The prices in general, seem to be a little bit more expensive than the prices back home in Los Angeles at my local Korean markets, but that is to be expected. The selection for most items is actually pretty good, considering that this is a small market. But I think overall, it fits the need of most items that you may be looking for at a Korean market (there are also items that are Chinese and few Japanese items here as well, for those interested). After paying for our items, the employee (whom I suspect is one of the owners), was so nice and thanked me for shopping at the store. I enjoyed our visit and would come back if I lived in this area.

The food was prepared fresh so everything was nice a hot even after a short 10 min drive to get back home. The wonton soup was excellent. The chicken fresh rolls were decent, but some of the lettuce was not so fresh. Also, the peanut sauce was a little runny for my taste. The sesame chicken was pretty good, however, the fried rice was a little bland. Overall, I would say it was a decent lunch.
