Well I am not a ramen connoisseur, this one hits the spot every time. The flavor is good, it comes out quickly and it hot. The pork belly was amazing, crisp but also tender. Service was quick, we went when it wasn't busy, and were served quickly. Ambiance is nice, high ceilings, and tinted windows so you never know what temperature it'll be when you go outside. I'll be back when I'm in town and want ramen.
Doesn't matter the weather outside, ramen always sounds good. This is the only good ramen I've found in Murfreesboro. Or at least the most authentic. During colder months there is usually always a bit of a wait. Not terrible. This is family friendly and parking is easily accesible in the plaza. They can accommodate big parties but I suggest calling them ahead. I've come here several times and service sometimes lacks but nothing bad.
Simple and soothing, our kids even enjoyed this visit. The hot tea is wonderful, and the spring rolls were delicious! Very calming ambiance with 2 tvs playing a lofi on one and Ghibili on the other. The egg in the was chilled which was different, but still yummy. Service was wonderful and fairly quick. Recommend this little place for older kids and teens for sure.
Decided to try this newish place while out in the Murfreesboro area. Delicious bowl of Tonkotsu Ramen. Broth was absolutely delicious. Red ginger was amazing. Love the bottle but they put in the bowl. The waitress said she usually asks for extra ginger. I may do that next time. Nice bite to the homemade noodles. Soft boiled egg perfectly cooked. Clean dining area and bathroom. Comfortable seating. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.
First time trying Brothers Ramen and not sure if it will be my last. Met my brother in laws friends here because they highly recommend it. They told us it was one of their favorite spots in the Boro so of course I came in with high expectations. I will say I love the vibe of the restaurant. The interior is decorated very nicely and gives a more upscale appeal. We were also seated right away even though our full party wasn't present, which was nice. They only had a couple other customers for it being a Saturday afternoon. Service was good. Our waitress came around to check in on us a couple times before the remaining part of our party arrived. She was also good with refilling our drinks and making sure we good during our visit. Unfortunately something happened with their oven while they were preparing our ramen so we had quite a bit of a wait. I'm also not sure why we were served after the table to our left and right were, even though they all came in after us. Both tables ended up finishing their meals and leaving before we even got our food. So I'm not sure how they do their tickets for orders. Wasn't really happy with that. The food was the biggest disappointment. Very lacking in flavor. I ordered the chicken curry and pork buns. My husband got the Kaisen ramen and Takoyaki. He said he didn't like it, which is surprising because he's more forgiving when it comes to food compared to me. The pork in my pork buns was the thinnest piece I have ever seen and the soy sauce was very overpowering. The curry I had in my dish was very thin and watery. The chicken was basically the karaage they use for the appetizer, not actually chicken cutlet like I'm used to. Part of me was thinking maybe it was because I didn't order ramen at a ramen spot but the fact that my husband and my sister both didn't really like their ramen tells me I might have been disappointed anyways. It's unfortunate but I guess we will still be on the hunt for a good ramen spot in the Boro. I'm rating two stars because my husband and I both liked the vibe of the restaurant and our waitress was good. But other than that they were a bit lacking with the food and service as far as who got served first.
I love going here. It's definitely one of the better ramen places in town. They have a great selection of ramen and other plates and appetizers. It's reasonably priced and you'll definitely get full. Once you see the small plate or appetizers list you'll want to order it all. The service has always been nice and fast and the food hot hot hot- be careful! It's a nice place and looks to be able to accommodate quite a bit of people. Luckily this time we had not wait but on occasions they have a pretty good wait time. Go try it if you haven't.
The food is always amazing. I practically live here and want to go all the time. The service is always good and the ambience is cozy. I love the pillows and the anime that plays in the background while you eat. I have never had bad service or a bad meal here.

Had a fabulous meal here tonight after getting a massage. I was so relaxed, I didn't feel like cooking and decided I was craving ramen and tempura shrimp. I was originally going to get the Tonkatsu ramen which is my favorite, but decided to try the Tan Tan Ramen instead and it was fabulous too
Perfect experience. Recommended by a friend, I headed straight over for an early dinner. It was perfect. It was as delicious as I expected it to be. Service was great. We were seated quickly. I ordered a Shoyu Ramen and pork buns. Yummy. I was hungry and now I'm satisfied. Also ordered a Tonkatsu Ramen to go for later.
Finally got to visit in person. Not a super long wait, but the draft about froze my friend and I to death. Then when we were seated every time the door opened we almost froze. Eating hot ramen and we never took our coats off. Much different experience in person with the ramen this time. The chicken ramen was excellent with all the little touches that were forgotten the last time. It was a five the experience was not. Besides the draft issue when you are seated at the tables in the middle there are small slotted bamboo separating you from your neighbor it is was awkward and loud. Severs were hustling and took excellent care of us. Would totally go again and request to sit on the far wall side.

Go for gourmet! I've been loving the Tan Tan Ramen and steamed buns. They've been my go-to's almost every time. The staff is friendly and the bathroom has a changing station, so I can't complain. The portions are also so big that i typically order extra noodles for $2 and have a whole extra meal from it.

We tried this restaurant for the first time last night, and it was absolutely delicious! We were honestly surprised it wasn't busier because the food and service were excellent. We started with the crispy shrimp appetizer, which was perfectly cooked and a great way to begin the meal. We both ordered the chicken broth ramen, and the flavors were incredible--rich, comforting, and full of depth. My husband also tried a couple of the Japanese beers and really enjoyed both of them. Our waiter was fantastic--friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to offer recommendations that did not disappoint. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and we'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend giving this place a try! read more
This was my first time at Brothers Ramen and I enjoyed myself. The service was excellent, the menu was explained thoroughly. The ramen was cooked perfect, I did not leave one noodle behind. The atmosphere was nice, it wasn't too crowded and I was able to hear the person I was sitting across from. read more

Food was really good restaurant was pretty clean and the staff was really nice! We had never been before and we WILL probably be back. The tempura shrimp and chicken bun were awesome. We will explore more of the ramen flavor options next time. read more

Tasty, fresh, hot, nice selection and nice atmosphere. The waitress was also very helpful. I had the Kaisen Ramen, which has seafood, but is not normally a spicy option. They added a little spice, which was just what I was looking for. Though I didn't try them, there are gluten free noodle options also. read more

I won't judge anything except the meals... I'm sorry, but 3 THIN slices of pork belly is not enough. That and a spoonful of corn,cabbage, radish and a slice of bamboo. It is not enough for my palette. And the broth was bland too. read more

Ramen, Oh Ramen, wherefore art thou Ramen?! Well we definitely found it at Brothers Ramen! We have been in search of good ramen in middle TN! We ventured to the "Boro" and gave this place a try, so glad we did! Tonkatsu Ramen was awesome! Broth was fantastic and had most of the elements we needed in our ramen! I will say it was missing some bamboo shoots & Narutomaki (fish cake), but will say this has been the best ramen we have had in Middle TN so far. We also had a side of their Don Buri (beef) with rice, then added some red ginger and Ichimi Togarashi (red pepper flakes) and it was literally like having a Yoshinoya Beef Bowl! Yum! We also ordered the steamed buns! Okay, it was a good bun, but was bummed to find they weren't made there. They reminded me of the frozen (but very delicious) buns we pick up at Bangkok Market. They are good buns and I would probably order them again, but again bummed they weren't made there. Service was fantastic and quick! Good selection of Japanese beer and sake was great! read more

The decor for the restaurant was great too! There was a bench that went across a wall that accented with throw pillows for comfort! There was even an anime movie (Studio Ghibli) playing. 10/10 read more

In my opinion the best ramen/Japanese food place in Murfreesboro. Everything I've ever had here has been so good. I've been coming here for years and it's always been good. If you're looking for some good Japanese food in Murfreesboro definitely check them out. read more
We were excited to find a ramen place in the area, so we decided to check it out. The place was very cute, nice ambiance. The thing that stood out to us was the service. The waiter was very friendly, went out of his way to try to accommodate us. Spicy Miso Ramen (3/5): the broth tasted different than miso usually does, and it wasn't my favorite. It was good but not the flavor I was expecting. The noodles were okay but not super fresh. The pork was really tender and tasty. The boiled egg was really good as well We also got the hot sake which we enjoyed. I was going to give 3 stars, but because the service was amazing, I gave an extra star. read more
Not sure how I really felt about Brothers Noodle Bar. Maybe my expectations were high based on what I was hearing about the place. It didn't start out good when they said they ran out of sweet tea and weren't making anymore. How do you not have sweet tea in the south available? The service seemed unfriendly and rushed. The overall feel wasn't very welcoming. As far as the food they are huge portions and the flavor of the broth was good. The noodles I expected a little more out of. But overall nothing I'd write home about. I'm not sure it was worth $14 a bowl and extra costs ($2.00 ) for anything else you want to customize your bowl with. I don't have anything to compare the noodle bar too since this was our first experience maybe I'll try another one and see the comparison. read more
I have been to Ramen Brothers each time I'm in Murfreesboro. The service and the food is excellent. There's no delay in receiving your order. It comes out hot and fresh. The spice rack needs a attention like wiping the bottles and refilling them as well. read more

No nori. No alcohol. Dylan offered excellent service. Chill atmosphere. Wood smell (not overwhelming, very settled) and food... delicious. Just a few words to describe this place. Love the food. I'm definitely driving here to get my kick for ramen. Definitely worth it. Only 4 stars just because of I love having a cold draft Sapporo with my hot ramen. Yes I mentioned they don't have alcohol at all. No wine, no beer, no liquor... Yes, that means no sake either but I was told that they are working on getting the license. They have been open only since April 2019. Nice job guys! Place looks great. Staff is sure friendly and accommodating. I came at opening time so it was just me for about 20 mins. I'm always looking for ramen places when I'm not in Nashville. I think Nashville only has one ramen place that I know of and it's not very good in my opinion. It was nice getting greeted with genuineness. I had the Tonkotsu Ramen and it was delicious. I honestly was very happy and left feeling full but not hurting ha! Dylan told me I got 1st ramen of the day. Pretty cool. Yay me! It had spinach which I thought it was it was an interesting choice. I liked it but I missed the nori in there but everything was perfect. The pork was flavorful and soft. The red ginger was a nice touch. I will ask for extra next time just because I love ginger but the amount was perfect. I forgot to say no corn but they added just the right amount. I dislike it when they add it on big amounts and over powers the whole dish. Sprinkle tinkle. Not sure what the base of the broth was but I'm assuming is bone? The temperature was extra hot which I loved! I hate when it get cold and I'm only half way in.... Either way, it was delicious! The decor is awesome in my opinion. It has a nice mixture of traditional and modern. Love the poster stickers on the walls too. They have a bar area with a tv, they had it on food network it looked like but this guy was in Japan and I though it was cool and fitting. They also have a tv on the main floor playing music of current pop music. The volume is nice, not too loud, more on the quiet side but nice, not boring. It looks like they have a good area for outside seating but it's empty right now. Definitely a great idea if they haven't think out it... add heaters for chilly nights? Cover for the winter? Hint, hint ;). Awesome waiting area for the busy nights. Definitely will be coming back soon and trying all of the items! Everything looks delicious. Hopefully when they get the license Sapporo draft is on their mind, extra hint hint ;). read more

New business alert! Brothers Noodle Bar in Murfreesboro just opened recently and still even have their 'grand opening' banner displayed on their storefront. This ramen place popped up as an option when I was searching for places to eat on a recent rendevouz to the 'boro so I decided to give it a shot. I came early afternoon on a Saturday and was surprised to find that there were only a couple of people seated at the bar and only 3 tables of people. I guess the word hasn't gotten out yet? I was greeted immediately when I walked in and the server was very nice and attentive. I decided to stick with a basic, safe order which was the tonkatsu ramen. This choice came with a few slices of chashu pork, which is basically my reason for ever ordering tonkatsu ramen. The bowl had corn, spinach, pickled ginger, green onion, bamboo shoots and half of a marinated soft boiled egg. All the toppings were great and very tasty. I liked the actual noodles as well--they were actually pretty thick. The broth itself was just okay, not the star of the show. I do wish that they had different sizes of ramen bowls available. I was hungry and able to eat most of it but if there was a smaller size available I would've ordered it (and I hate wasting food). Likewise, I know some people who could eat more than me and the ramen didn't fill up the bowl that they brought it in. I liked the ambiance here, the service was great and the food was good as well. I think that as a new business they seem to be working pretty seamlessly so I was impressed that there were no kinks to work out. read more
Everything we ordered was delicious. Pork gyoza and takoyaki were enjoyable. We also ordered tonkotsu ramen and spicy miso ramen which were both full of flavor. I like spicy food and was hoping the spicy miso had more spice. It was more like a hint of spiciness. The ramen portions are large and the bowl it's served in is deep. The pork in both ramens were generous amounts and not just one piece of pork that will last you 3 bites. The prices are a little higher for ramen but the food is good so you get what you pay for. I just wish the add ons weren't so high in price. $2+ is a little much for small add ons in my opinion. Overall, it was a great experience and I can't wait to go back and try the rest of their menu. Don't let being afraid to try something different scare you off. It's not the same $1 ramen you buy from the grocery store... read more
My whole family loves this place, including my 12 year old, picky-eater, son. I'm not a fan of eating meat with soup (guess I know why my son is a picky eater ), but I'm not a vegetarian by any means. So, it's a real treat when they let you order pork broth without any meat. And they will give you an extra egg in place of the meat. The eggs are delicious! Soft-boiled and almost taste like they've been dipped in soy sauce. Very unique taste. We ordered steam buns and gyoza as an appetizer. Loved them both! I highly recommend the Spicy Miso soup with thin noodles. It's my favorite. I only took a picture of the Shoyu ramen bowl, no meat, with an extra egg - which is also highly recommended. Enjoy! This place is awesome! read more
