Tonkotsushoyu w/ Pork

Very good! Broth is flavorful in the ramen. Pork is super tender. Like is equally as fresh and flavorful. Fair priced in my opinion as well.

A great runner up for some good ramen in Murfreesboro. What makes this place so great is the convenience. Close to home and good for on the go. The tonkatsu ramen was good, and boba tea was decent. Look forward to trying more of their menu in the future.

The food was perfect. It was fresh, tasty, and filling. For any ramen lovers, this place blows any other place in Tennessee out of the water. I 100% recommend Toki House.

Food was great. The fellows behind the counter were super nice. The egg was cooked to perfection. The pork was so tender and packed full of flavor. The poke bowl was delightful. Fresh and not fishy.

I can't rave enough about Kim's International Market…read more They have the best freshly prepared Banchan products available in the 'Boro. You can get a shopping cart right in front of the store before coming in if you need one (or you can also grab a small hand basket inside if you prefer). My husband and I stopped by this market yesterday evening, around 5:50 pm. I wanted to see if there was any banchan and other random snacks for our trip. And although this is a small market, there was a fair selection of banchan that I ended up purchasing (japchae, the glass noodle stir fry) and stir fry fish cakes (one of my favorite banchan). I also purchased a few sheet masks since they were only $0.99 (prior to tax) but kind of in a hidden area that I think others may overlook when they browse this small mom and pop store. My husband picked out a few canned drinks and I also ended up purchasing some seaweed flavored snacks. The prices in general, seem to be a little bit more expensive than the prices back home in Los Angeles at my local Korean markets, but that is to be expected. The selection for most items is actually pretty good, considering that this is a small market. But I think overall, it fits the need of most items that you may be looking for at a Korean market (there are also items that are Chinese and few Japanese items here as well, for those interested). After paying for our items, the employee (whom I suspect is one of the owners), was so nice and thanked me for shopping at the store. I enjoyed our visit and would come back if I lived in this area.

We ordered the bulgogi and prime rib to cook ourselves at the table, which made for an interactive meal. Both were flavorful and cooked up really well. The galbi came which came cooked, was a bit different than expected, and while it was a little fatty and not on the bone, the flavor was still there. The banchan (side dishes) were all good, and I enjoyed the variety they brought to the table. Overall, service was good & attentive and the atmosphere was relaxing and food was decent.

The website stated they had lunch specials which didn't appear on the menu. I asked about it and the server retrieved the lunch menu which had a number of choices priced at $10.99 each. I had the Soft Tofu soup and chose seafood as my protein. While waiting for my entree they brought to me 4 delicious ban chan dishes - broccoli lightly seasoned with sesame, kim chi, a delicious warm potato dish, and a macaroni salad. There were very generous portions of each. When my entre arrived - a bowl of rice and boiling hot soup I cracked an egg into it so it could cook while I enjoyed the rice and side dishes. I often order this dish at other Korean restaurants, and this was the most flavorful soup I've had, with plenty of tofu and some seafood. There was so much food I had to take some home and had it for dinner. I felt it was a bargain to have 2 meals for $10.99. The menu showed that the restaurant also offers tables with grills so you can have that experience, but it requires minimum of 2 diners, and not part of the lunch menu. I will be returning to the restaurant for lunch and may try the grill option when I'm not dining solo. I recommend this place.
